Absolutely nothing good to say. Horrible workmanship, and management. I was forced to accept a poor body repair. Management failed all the way to the owner. My brakes locked up 5 miles from the shop, after I picked it up. Coincidence? (maybe). Contaminated brake fluid... They are the only shop that had it, and the vehicle was driven 90 miles to get it there. Coincidence? (vehicle sat there for 2 weeks while I was trying to get the body fixed CORRECTLY). I took it back to them to repair the brakes, and they still did not fix it correctly. Ended up getting it done somewhere else. In response to the owners reply! Approval has NOTHING to do with quality of repair! ALL of the dealership management involved, approved the poor quality repair that I was forced to accept. The insurance company NEVER approved the finished repair, nor do they ever. Your acceptance of poor quality sets the bar for all that follow, because YOU allow it!

Tommy and Shannon and the rest of the crew are simply the best! Fantastic work, car back to looking like new after that incident with a deer. Always recommend them to other friends/family/work.

I recently had my car brought in from a wreck and the passenger mirror was missing off of the car when I brought it in, now let me remind you it was from the wreck. Had I not been so excited to get my car back I wouldn’t have paid these people cause my mirror was and is still gone and guess what? THEU WONT FIX IT. Upon other inspection of their shotty work I wouldn’t recommend this body shop to a blind man. I have a new scratch on the back of the car which wasn’t there before either. I’m just all around unhappy with their work and they won’t get my recommendations or future business
