This is a thieving company sells you new parts from there store then charges you for your own parts off vehicle when its supposed to be a core charge you get back. Which is illegal to charge a customer for there own parts. I am a mechanic which has been doing business with them for 20yr but now I will be taking my business to someone thar dont charge customer for there old parts but actually give the core charge with out robbing people

Good parts, good price. Some staff do not have knowledge or good customer service skills. Dont bother with curbside/ in store pick up unless you dont mind going in and waiting in line like everyone else... also pay close attention or you will get skipped in line.

Thanks to them providing free diagnostic testing on my car, now I know whats wrong with my car and can take the next necessary steps to get my car fixed. Thanks AutoZone!!😁😁😁

Lack of communication and organization. I ordered and paid for special order gaskets. They never came in and it was not documented. After calling they could not find this order. Hopefully I can get a refund. My van was out of commission all that time.

We were traveling from coast to coast and had a check engine light come on. The guy came out, checked the vehicle, canceled the code, and explained what issues could cause it. Very pleasant and great store!

Its nice to have a one stop auto supply and they this far have filled that bill. From tool loans which really saves time under your car, no matter under hood or under car. They also will print out your obd II for us that understand the information. Free battery checks and charged, they have even went outside to assist with installing parts. Top notch professionals.

Went to try and get some parts for my car unfortunately I couldnt because there were no employees working. There was one vaping outside milking the clock, so I got in my car and left soon as i did someone came out. Took my money i mean business else where. Wouldnt recommend going at night.

I appreciate the the help these guys understand and take time to help me to further understand whatever mechanical issues I take in to them.

I barely got acknowledged, the charger I bought was JUNK and will be returning it. 1 hour behind plugged in and only got to 5%.(I forgot mine at home)

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I came in on a particularly cold day. The store was busy with many people trying to get their vehicle batteries tested. My battery was fine. I just needed more oil for my car. I think it has a slow leak from the plug but Im too lazy to get it looked at and too dumb to fix it myself. Its just a lot easier to put a couple quarts in every few months. Thanks AutoZone!

They told me to be there at 7 for the truck so showed up at 630 they say truck wont be here tell 7 when I went back in at 7 my parts had been there since 630 when I first went in .
