Wally World has become a favorite when looking for just about anything from Ammunition to Ziploc bags. The cashiers are usually pleasant and friendly and the prices are reasonable on most things. Thats not to say that you might be able to get the same thing online for less. But sometimes the convenience or necessity of need is worth a few dollars more in cost.

The last time I visited the wait time with only one car was over an hour. The time previous my husbands truck took over an hour and the technicians forgot to correctly place the oil cap back on, resulting in us losing over a quart of oil on a road trip. Would not recommend.

I wasnt asked if I wanted the expensive or the lower priced oil, my records indicated I use the lower price oil but for the some reason they put the highest price oil in my car. Instead of offering to correct it they would only offer to completely drain my car and redo the entire oil change. So they were willing to loose the cost of the entire oil and make me wait an hr again rather than just correct the mistake with a credit.

Got here about 30 minutes after they closed. Battery was dying on my car, and I wasnt sure if it was going to stop the next day. I spoke with Andrew, the supervisor, and he sold me a battery after hours and even installed it. Well worth giving them business just because of him. Super great guy!

The efficient and friendly crew make this option best for my car needs! Im always informed about possible benefits and upcoming needs to prepare for, but never pressured to buy now.

I have used other Walmarts in the area and service at this Walmart is far better.

This is de worse place to get auto service. They tried to sell me a top post battery connector for a big ole diesel & I have a little tiny car. Then I came to peak on them working on my car & to shock my heart i catch them slamming my car hood. Its not their frickin cars they need to be careful!!! They were messing with de tires when I had an engine service & they said they always do courtesy. I do not find it any of their business to fondle around MY car not theirs MINE. They automatically put air in de 2 driver side tires w/out checking & just checked de other 2 tires. When I got my keys back a tire was missing an air cap & all 3 of de others were so loose they literally fell off in my hand. De manager came & complained about that he had other things to do than listen to my concerns. He checked my tires again aware that I was there this time & fixed. Now I know why when I took my car here last time for an oil change that I got a flat tire de next day. For some odd reason that time a mechanic was randomly telling me that I didnt have gasket problems which I took to another mechanic & mentioned how weird that was to mention & they check & said there was on that car. Nobody ever even apologized. Do not trust them. Its been a couple years since between servicing different cars. They are still uP to no good. Even if de problem is simply that de service sucks de service sucks. I believe in second chances, new faces & improved standards. I didnt get here.

I got new tires and went some where else for alignment and now my car shakes once I get up to 60

Poor service, bad attitude. Would not rotate and balance tires with purchase of 2 new tires .

DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM WALMART!!!!bought a set of four and two of them exploded!! Went to get my money back or even some new tires and got nothing!! SMFH

I came here to get a single tire replaced. Sitting for two hours and its still sitting in the garage. Terribly slow service considering theres five people in there right now.
