I would tell you that the staff was amazing, but I want to be honest with my review. So I can only say that the sales staff, Shane Durham, was amazing. He handled everything and I didnt have any interaction with the other staff, which was AMAZING! So far my 2021 Honda CR-V SE has been amazing, but lets be honest even a Ford is impressive for the first 57 miles! I will update the review after I have my first service.
We have nothing but the highest praise for the service we received from Floyd Traylor Honda in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Our Honda Accord was recently involved in a bad accident near Fort Smith on a Saturday afternoon and it was questionable whether we could drive it back to Texas. We were able to make it to Floyd Traylor barely before its service department closed at 3pm. Jorge, the service advisor who helped us, went way above and beyond the call of duty to assist us in our desperate situation. He ensured we were comfortable and stayed much later beyond closing time to attend to our vehicle. He personally checked the car and did the work necessary to ensure everything was in order and secured, so that we could safely drive it back to Texas the same day.Jorge was a lifesaver — we can’t thank him enough for everything he did and surpassing all expectations to take care of us in our hour of need. What a relief to us that he was there! Thanks to his compassion and understanding of the difficult position we found ourselves in, we were able to safely make it back to Texas in our own vehicle. This went a long way toward alleviating some of our stress! We would highly recommend any business that have such exemplary employees like Jorge!!

The people were here were easy to work with and dealt with me honestly. On top of that, we got a really good deal on a car.If I had to offer some constructive feedback, Id say they needed better detailing in their cars. Ours had a few minor stains that we were able to remove with a stream cleaner. That aside, I was very pleased with their over the top customer service. Id do business with them again.

Do not trust these people at Floyd Trailer Honda! Sold me a used Honda Odyssey they told me had no issues but not true air-con not working and needing catalytic converters. After paying 5400 cash they gave me 1700 hundred when I traded it for a 2021 Honda CR-V. After they trick you to get the extended warranty and gap insurance on top of the 1.5 oil delution problems of the turbo engine you feel like you’ve been punched in the gut. After checking oil you can smell gas fumes on dipstick so I notify the service department but thy act like they’ve never heard of any problems with the 1.5 turbo’s across the U.S. or Canada and even recalled in China. Honda did a software update and extended the power train warranty on engine for 1 year fully aware it’s a flawed engine and not fixable.

Never brought my Acura from St Louis Mo but bc theres no acura dealership here had to get a transmission oil change . i know youre trying to be nice with making an inspection but do not do any other work if i didnt ask for it . they charged me extra for that . very unpleasant . i did not ask for other opinions.

I needed a replacement vehicle and found one that was listed on their site for $4000. If I recall the website did mention it had front damage due to a deer hit. There were no pictures of the damage which I found odd, there was only pictures of the good side. The salesman was nice and professional. I told him I wanted to keep it under 3000, as he drove the vehicle around I noticed how extensive the damage was, I test drove it, the abs and traction lights were on, the ac fan was clicking loudly. I pulled over and looked under the hood and noticed there was oil all over the engine, I brought this up and he went back inside and told me it was due to an oil change. I offered them 2500 and they accepted. I asked about the oil change and the printed out a paper saying it was changed. Now mind you, they put this car on their website without washing it, cleaning it out (There was still food containers with food under the seats). I was in a rush to get back home so there was no time for them to clean it, they were very understanding of this. I found it very unprofessional they put this on their website in this condition of uncleanliness for a customer to purchase. There was still deer hair where it was hit. The headlight had broken pieces still near the headlight were they did not even take the time to clean out. The reason I gave this dealership 1 star is I believe they lied to me about the oil change, I got home and did an oil change myself and the oil was black, if it was just changed it should not have been dirty. There was an STP oil filter on it, which I dont think the dealership would have used, I could be wrong but since the oil was black I would think Im right. I only drove it home about 30 miles. If they had time to change oil and filter they would have had time to clean the car out and remove the broken pieces. They told me they just got it from an employees wife. Never had an experience buying a vehicle before like this.

I took my car in to have the driver side airbag recall replaced. The 2nd time in 10 years. When I left my cruise control DIDNT work and they claim its not their fault because my car is on the older side. And the service manager Jorge wants to argue about it instead of trying to find a solution. So I have gone home and researched this (I hate having to educate someone on their job) and found out its a clock spring that THEY have knocked lose installing the recall driverside air bag.. I will be back over there tomorrow. Update 8-7-21. Left a message for Keifer with no response. Now gonna file with better business. I need them to fix their mistake. 8-10-21 update... No the sales person did not call me back. And. And I needed to talk to somebody above Jorge as he wont listen to me. In my conversation with jorge I asked him several times to get somebody else that I could speak to because we were not communicating well.And they werent making a blind judgment they make these type of repairs all the time period your facility did something to cause my cruise control to not work and therefore your facility should be fixing it.

I talked to several dealers in Fort Smith and in Fayetteville while looking for a new car, but my mom told me CJ at Honda in Fort Smith was the best. As always, she was right. I made the entire deal with CJ via text messages and phone calls in a little over a day. Once we had a deal we both liked, I took in my trade in, signed a few documents that were already prepared for me in advance, and drove off in a brand new car. It was the most hassle free car buying experience ever. Also, CJ went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. He is by far the best sales rep I have ever worked with.

Sorry but no good.The salesman are nice. The service department, not so good.The salesman who sold us a new 2020 Odyssey was very nice. He is helpful and energetic. When I discovered a problem with the steering on my new Odyssey, he recommended to the service department to take care of us. 150mi.I have been driving Odysseys for years and this is the first one to drift and have play in the steering wheel.Thats where it fell apart. We have been back twice. Once for an alignment which did not fix the problem and once for a THREE HOUR service and the Service Manager denies there is anything wrong.I dont understand. Automobile warranty?The car drifts from right to left and needs constant correcting and they refuse to help us. What Now?
Went there Saturday walked in thinking I had no chance considering I had zero credit. My husband was my co signer who has credit but not great. Got told we were approved, I test drove the car. I didn’t have the money down that day, so I left and went home. I got home 40 minutes away and got another call saying if we signed the papers, brought proof of income and proof of residence, they would mark it as sold & I could pay the down payment Friday when I picked up the car after it got detailed. So me and my husband come back up there to give them what they needed and ended up not signing any paperwork. (Thank goodness) because they were going back and forth with the bank, I was supposed to hear back today. I got a messaging saying we didn’t get approved after all and if there was any way we could pay a bigger down payment. I talked to my husband about it and we were going to pay a bigger down payment because I wanted that car so bad. I messaged him back telling him about the down payment and within a few minutes, I get a message back saying someone walked in with $14,000 cash and bought the car that was supposed to be in the shop getting detailed for me to pick up Friday. Saturday they told us they would mark it as sold and get it cleaned up since it wasn’t our fault we couldn’t sign the paperwork on it. It was someone I thought was a friend and he made the experience great until today. It may not have been his fault either, it could have been someone else’s. But I got played & I will not be buying my first car here after all.
Terrible customer service, go somewhere else. If I pay to get something “fixed”, I don’t expect it to break the same day. Then told it will cost thousands more to fix the original issue? What a headache! The manager, Glen gave nothing but irresolute solutions to the problem. Spineless way of thinking about your customers.

I had a recall that told me that they would provide me a rental vehicle while they fixed my recall when I called to make the appointment i even mentioned this but upon my arrival the host was not friendly seem to be bothered told me that he had to do all these inspections before they could get to the quote recall wasnt sure how long it would be asked if I had a ride I told him no they were supposed to furnish me with a vehicle if it was going to be more than 30 minutes also have special controls and told him that he had to drive from the passenger side because it is my mail vehicle and there is no pedals on the other side anymore and I would be happy to drive it in for him he told me they would figure it out it didnt take him 15 minutes to come and ask me to please move it inside because they couldnt figure it out I just didnt think he had to be so unfriendly the hostess inside while I was waiting was friendly and did bring me some chocolate chip cookies Best part about the day

Have had and continue to have issues with the service department. I have brought my car in for multiple times for a recall and have yet to receive service. The first time (after the service department called me to make the appointment) I brought my vehicle in to get fixed and after getting back to work received a call notifying me that they had not ordered the part and was basically blamed for them not having it as I did not tell them to order it. Again, they called me to make the appointment and dropped the ball. After they received the part I made yet another appointment and dropped my car off at the designated time we agreed on. After getting back to work I received a call from the service technician notifying me that they could not complete the service due to the amount of gas in my tank. They could have notified me while I was at the dealership or before making the appointment but again I was made to feel as though it was my fault for not adhering to instructions that had not been given to me. I am very displeased as I am going to have to leave work yet again in order to get my vehicle fixed. All of this could have been avoided with proper communication and attention to detail on the service department side.
My wife was in search of a new car for work so I recommended she try a civic. We are from Russellville but she happened to be working in FT smith and stopped in for a test drive. Trey Howard helped her when she arrived and she had nothing but good things to say about him, courteous but not pushy. We decided to go ahead with the purchase and everything was taken care of over the phone which was awesome since it was gonna be hard to get to ft smith in a timely manner. Trey even met us halfway with the car the same day. While I have never personally been to the lot the service from Trey was excellent and Floyd Traylor Honda is lucky to have him as he was the only contact I had and it was a great impression of the company. The pricing was also straight forward, no crazy dealer fees, no listing the car way below msrp and then pulling the carpet out with well you dont get that price because you are getting a low rate bs. The price was competitive with others but I have no doubt the service was a step above. If from my area looking for a honda, Floyd Traylor is a good place to try out.

We bought an SUV 2 weeks ago and the sale, transaction, and treatment from the salesman was great. We had an appointment to test drive an SUV almost to closing time and Ray Moore answered every question and helped us in everything. One thing to mention is that he never pressured us and that made a huge impact.Next time you stop at Floyd Traylor Honda ask for Ray Moore. You will feel comfortable and happy with your car purchase.
I went in for a couple things in service and one was a oil change. When getting ready to check out I was told I didnt need a oil change. Most companies would of done it anyway and charge me and I wouldnt of known the difference. This is one of the most honest car dealers i have ever dealt with. This dealership is a 12 on a scale of 1 to 10.

I had a bad experience while getting an oil change. I waited for an hour and 15 minutes and there was only 2 other people in the waiting room with me. They sent me a review to do through email, so I did it and explained the situation. I got a call from the Honda place and the employee was very rude. He wasn’t very concerned about what I had to say about this situation. The employee said “you know my managers see these reviews right?” I replied back with “yes sir, that’s why I wrote it.” I will NOT be going back. My only regret is not getting the employee’s name.Replying to the owner’s reply: Why were several vehicles put before me when I made an appointment? Shouldn’t you reserve a spot for me when I make an appointment for a specific time? Also, I’ve been to several other oil places that check everything that you all do, and it took less that 30 minutes. I don’t think you all were “taking time for care.”Update: the owner removed their comment to my post.
🗣🗣🗣BUYER BEWARE🗣🗣🗣 THIS HAS BEEN MY WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY CAR PURCHASING HISTORY! I purchased my first Honda in May of 2020, after having the car for about 2 weeks I noticed that the bumper was slightly misaligned. I contacted the service dept and scheduled an appt to have the car looked at and was told by the service manager Jorge that the car had previously been wrecked. I then spoke with the manager, EDDIE, and informed him of what his service manager said, that I was sold a previously wrecked vehicle, after which I was basically called a liar and told that no one could have possibly disclosed information of that such bc upon purchase of the vehicle a “clean” car fax was presented and the title wasn’t salvage so there wasn’t a possibility that the car could have been wrecked. After a day of going back and forth with this manager the car was finally taken to Steve Marts and within 10 mins Mr. Marts confirmed that the car was definitely wrecked and had been put back together with all after market parts and whoever put it back together did not align the bumper and he could not fix it bc it would throw the entire alignment of the lights off and he suggested I contact the dealership. I contacted EDDIE at Honda, I told him what I was told by the body shop HE CHOSE and was STILL told that it was no way possible anyone could have told me that, AGAIN. Hours later I received a call from my salesman apologizing and saying that he would do whatever to make things right, he had no idea prior to selling the car that it had been wrecked. I was then offered to have the aftermarket parts replaced with all Honda parts and was reassured that I would never be able to tell that the car was ever wrecked. I took it upon myself to demand an entirely different car, EDDIE was not happy about having to be at my mercy after countless number of times of calling me a liar. He even refused to provide customer service to me OVER THE PHONE saying that I told my salesman that “I didn’t like him” which I did AND I RIGHTFULLY SO, I DO NOT LIKE HIM, HE’S VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, HE’S THE BIGGEST LIAR IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AND I HAVE NO FUTURE PLANS ON PURCHASING ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. The car was posted on the FS yard sale site days later after I left it at Steve Marts and was sold to someone else within a week listed for the same exact price I purchased it for under the impression that it wasn’t wrecked, the buyer probably has no idea just like I didn’t, that the car is salvaged and have after market parts on it and was NEVER FIXED.My advice to anyone considering purchasing from this dealership, MAKE SURE YOU THOROUGHLY CHECK YOUR VEHICLE PRIOR TO PURCHASING IT AND TRUST NOONE!!!!!!!! IVE BEEN TREATED BETTER AT THE LOCAL BUY HERE PAY HERE CAR LOTS THAN AT A SO CALLED REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP LIKE THIS ONE... IF I COULD GIVE THEM A -1 I WOULD! IF ANYONE NEED PROOF, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO INBOX ME, I HAVE ALL OF MY MESSAGES AND RECEIPTS AND WILL BE HAPPY TO SEND THEM TO YOU. Purchased a Pre-owned Toyota from Floyd Traylor and I’m incredibly pleased with the service I received. As many shoppers, I found the vehicle I wanted online but was a 2 hour drive from Fort Smith. From the first phone call, they were quick to respond, very helpful with my numerous requests for detailed pics of vehicle so I could inspect closer before I drove down to view. They worked with me on several requests and took care of them swiftly. They even held the vehicle for me until the weekend so I could purchase. When I arrived on a Saturday morning, I was in and out in less than 30 min. The dealership also had an indoor play place to entertain my kids!! I can’t say enough, id highly recommend these guys. Thank you to Cody, my sales rep, and the gracious store manager who made me feel welcome and taken care of. I would drive to fort smith again from NWA to do business with them again!
Wasnt happy! Took our hybrid car in to have them check it out! They started arguing right off the bat that there wasnt any problem!! Advertised 38 mpg getting 30 on premium??? Not good
