My Dad handed me down his 93 Chevy pick up. Tires were my first step in restoring it. Did my research and decided to use Phoenix Tire inc. Excellent service. They took the time to help me pick out the tires I really wanted, and were reasonable on the price. Even went out of their way to keep Dads truck safe until I could drive down from Rogers to pick it up the next week. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I have been in tires my whole life. I was 14 when I started tires with my Dad. I’m 49 now. I work in medium truck tires so I don’t have access to do the pickup tires for my own truck.I’m a little picky on my tire service. I double checked the torque when I got home. I had a 7:30 AM appointment and was leaving at 8 AM.I am extremely pleased with everything and I will be a repeat customer when I need more tires. Thanks for the professional service!

Great work by some great people. Cost less than what I was quoted. Once he got in there realized didn’t need replaced. Instead of charging anyway he only fixed and charged what was needed. After it was all said and done I get a call the next day after picking up my truck. I was told that I was charged $10 too much. $10 too much. I would have never known I was charged too much especially only $10. That is the type of people that run this shop. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. Customer for life!

I was driving from NC to OK when I had a flat tire. The shop staff were excellent on the phone & even better in person. They got me in & out quickly. They showed me the different products I could choose from & talked with me & my family about which would be best. They gave me an ETA of 30 mins but I was out in 15 to 20 so I could get back on the road quicker. Definitely recommend for good business.

Amazing place with hardworking and honest people. I have been going here for oil changes, alignments, and inspections. Every visit has been quick without the hassle of dealing with false claims or pressure to pay for something not needed. They put their customers best interest first.

I went here for oil changes and for a longest thought they were ok. Until I went in to get my brakes changed, which they claim they can do. Dont ever put you or your familys life in their hands trusting they will do their jobs. They claimed they changed my brake pads but never told me about the brake line leak or the springs that were corroded. Lesson learned, they only care about your money and put on a friendly face, screw your life or the life of others, letting you drive off with your brakes able to go out on you at any moment.

Had tires put on my car here in 2017. They were real friendly and very good prices. Ordered tires for my truck and agreed for a certain time to be there. Arrived and was told couldn’t get to me until tomorrow even though aware I worked 45 minutes away and lived equally as far. Was unable to go back and pretty disappointed in their service after our agreement.

Long story short....purchased 2 new tires on 07/12/18 last night I got a flat. I returned to the store this am the tech stated the tire wouldnt hold air. I needed a new tire for $90 plus tax no discount no apology nothing considering the tire is in my opinion new. I have never purchased new tires and had a problems in less than 30 days. I was shown where what look a screw had entered the tire. OK that can happen. I went to my usual tire shop AA tires on Grand the tech pointed out that if you NEVER patched hole how would the tire hold air for $10 the tire was repaired and I was back on the road. I will NEVER return or recommend this tire shop.

We were on a road trip starting in Wisconsin. We woke up at our Fort Smith AR hotel to find we had a low tire. It was a Saturday morning (which where we live no tire shop would be open). We found this tire shop and they had our tire fixed within a half hour - with no appointment, we just stopped in. They repaired the tire and we continued on with our remaining 4,000 miles of driving with no tire issues. The bill was less then expected....$16. The guys were very nice and we were thankful to get back on our trip so fast. Thanks! Bob & Linda

I bought a new set of tires for my little old pickup at Phoenix Avenue tire shop. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They do many other repairs there including alignments. I had them grease my truck and look for other problems. I did not have to wait long and the waiting area was quite comfortable with free wifi. I even told them I would recomend there business to others.

Tire pricing very fair. But oil change total cost is outrageous.

I highly recommend going here first. Wonderful customer service- knowledgable and friendly. Maintenance on my car took less time than expected, and the prices (especially for a full set of tires) are tough to beat. Very glad they were recommended to me!

Bought tires and only lasted a year. They aligned the vehicle 3 times and still the tires wore on the inside. My wife took the car in one last time and they told her that the tire ware on the inside was a normal.
