Store was easy to navigate, I found everything I was looking for...and a few things I needed but forgot about. An employee actually gave me a shopping cart she had when she noticed I was having trouble carrying everything in my arms. The employees I interacted with were very nice and the store was clean and organized. Highly recommend this store!

There are two other stores in town but I will always choose the Walmart on Rogers! It’s clean, the workers are courteous! The higher up management are doing a great job with their employees! Customer service has always been wonderful!

I want to personally thank a member of your team Jeremy he is the front end manager. Jeremy always has a smile on his face and is willing to help others. Im a regular customer and its nice to know that I will be taken care of from the store clerks up to management. Thank you all your doing a great job!

I go to the Rogers Ave Walmart often during my lunch break and I absolutely love how clean and organized it is. When I need help looking for items, there’s always a friendly staff available with answers. Great team of people and their management team are also great.

I have oil change I check the oil stick and was low, I talk to the Technician and he said oil level was perfect for him, but was low for me. This kid was explaining to me how to read a level stick, I be driving for 47 years, I was a lube man 8 years. Customer satisfaction....... What is that?

Never trust their website. Even if you put in the store in which you are looking for an item they will tell you the store has it and then you get to the store and I tell you oh no we dont carry that. I was looking for candle wax the other day according to the website they have it at the poreau store in the hobby arts and crafys section. So after wandering up and down each aisle in that sectional for about minutes I tracked down an Associate who said we dont carry that youll have to go to Hobby Lobby. Ive had that happen more than once with various items and I have heard other something about the same thing thats what they will say yes there are in stock at your store and then you can you look in the indicated section only to have an employee say they dont carry it.

The one and only cashier that Walmart offers at the front of the store did not say a word to any customers passing through her line and gave nothing but dirty looks. Seems like she belongs in a position that doesnt require customer interaction.

This Walmart is not far from Mercy hospital if you need to pick up items for your loved ones in the hospital. There is also a McDonalds at the end of the parking lot with a drive through for something to eat as well. Its big and friendly and has a garden center as well

It is truly unbelievable how terrible the customer service is, throughout the entire store but primarily electronics! I wanted to be helped for 40mins, the associates that were there didn’t even bother to look at me or ask me if I was finding everything okay. Highly disappointed & unsatisfied!!

Found all I needed but self check out only for cards, SUCKS!!!! Its like they are trying to force customers to not use cash. Why take our right to use cash away and make us wait in Very Very Long Lines! Its so easily fixed by one end cash only and other cards only. Have heard so many other customers saying this is a way to take away our right to buy as we wish. Start of changing to a cashless state. Where less can you go in Arkansas? Walmart is home-based here we are a test dummies I guess.

If you enjoy shopping for groceries for an hour and then ringing them up, this is the place for you. The selection is the only reason they get three stars. Parking lot is a nightmare.

Good place to shop. Its very close to my house. However, they have limited stock of certain things. For example, I have checked weeks upon weeks on baby food and its just keeps getting lower and lower. Almost never seems to have enough. Kind of sad.

I love this Wal-Mart. One of the best I have every visited. They are clean, courteous, friendly, but not too friendly, and fully stocked. Every department is equipped with what you need. This is truly a one stop shop on its own, but it is in a shopping center with even more great stores and dining options.

Nowhere near enough cashiers. Ive spent over an hour and even 2 hours sometimes in line because I prefer to use cash. No more quickly stopping by Walmart before cooking dinner, picking kids up, or going to work, because Id be late if I stopped at Walmart.

They move things daily. They ship clearance items to other stores, I guess we dont need a discount. The three cashiers work their tails off while 4 others sit and watch lines pile up. I guess there job is to watch cashiers? They put out christmas stuff months before christmas then its gone a when most people shop for it, then take the things people still need in the lawn and garden and ship those to wherever too. Sam would be sad.

As usual got everything we needed alin one stop. 1 cashier was working and all the self checkout stations were full. They didnt accept cash in the self checkout isles still.

I am anti- Walmart. We use to go there for everything we needed for years, Im talking about when Sam was still alive.As time went on we noticed a severe change not only in the store but the employees as well. They may be the worlds largest super stores but the only thing one finds in the stores now is things made in other countries. When Sam was alive it was USA made or nothing.I sincerely believe if Sam were still alive today and could see how his stores were ran, he would go to the corporate office and fire everybody and start all over again and make it like he had started it, then go to stores one at a time and tell them it will be done his way or hit the highway.

Clerks in electronics played catch with phone i was buying. It slammed to floor. It was only one they had.. Uh you still want that? What do YOU think. Three employees and not one of them could do a thing. Dept Mgr on vacay. Lucky her

Sams its a big store I love the different variety of food that it has it carries any kind of cheese accessible with wheelchair people that will help you if you need it and if you need a job theyll let you know what and how to get to the website but the one thing I love about Sams is their hospitality always got somebody at the door to greet you and they always say hi how you doing thats what I love about Sams

Today it was super hot outside and so hot inside? Its the middle of July, so please turn on the A/C. My brother was with us and his health is not the best, so imagine our discourage to find out there was absolutely NO PLACE for him to sit down to rest. This is a major disservice to YOUR customers who need it. Surely, you guys can afford a bench or two.. In short, I was worried about him and not being able to find him a place to sit really made me mad. Tell home office to STOP being cheap! The customer service, your company is MIA.....

Unless it is the only place that has what I need I have stopped going. I use Amazon now. I can check myself out from home!

Ethan was the best! I stopped in on 5-25-21 to pick up several items, one of which was for my yorkiepoo who has skin issues. Ethan asked if he could help and I explained what I needed. He could see I was reluctant so he went a step further and checked reviews on the product he suggested. This young man is the shining example of what customer service should be! Thank you so much Ethan! As a person in retail sales I know how easy it is to cut corners in customer service but Ethan is no slacker!

Self check out, cards only. 2 cashiers 20 plus people in each line. Alot of full baskets in line. All I heard was making sure everybody got there break instead of opening a couple more lines to help the 2 overwhelmed older, cashiers. Absolutely disgusting negligence of customer care.

Always clean neatly stocked and great employees its my go to place for shopping!!

Miss tammi at the pharmacy was a very nice lady she help me with all my med and believe me 3 months supply and it was a lot of meds but this lady was a trooper she made sure I had everyone and looked till she found thank you tammi for making my day pleasant

Debbie (cashier) was rude and unproffesional. Wanted to use WIC, but she would rather tell us it wouldnt work then send us to another terminal. Pharmacy is a joke. Waited almost 45 minutes for a prescription that should have only taken 15 according to them. Left to take our milk home. Stopped by the drive-thru pharmacy for 10 minutes and called 3 times, only to be ignored.

Walmart supercenter zero Street gets a five star, Walmart supercenter Rogers avenue gets a two star.

Well this particular Walmart,I dont frequent this one as much as the one closer to home, usually were in there every day to every other day and sometimes multiple times a day, (we have 3 kids) so we tackle ALOT trips,but here recently they have switched up and converted the checkout experience that frankly 75%of the people Ive came across in conversation cant stand that theyve done this what about the elderly and disabled whom cant shop then ring up their own merchandise,its so sad to see everything is turning to digital and more convenient..its taking away that hometown hospitality Walmart was once a big part of the retail merchants on providing this well Walmart has grown to that but now just doesnt seem for the best its cutting out much and frankly I love the casual conversation I have with my cashiers now their going to be out a job because or robotic replacement so very sad

As far as Walmart’s go this one is really pretty good. They usually have a good selection of items even during the pandemic. The employees are usually very helpful and nice. The wait times in line can be a bit long but it depends on the time of day. Overall it’s a good store and I recommend it

Fantastic Walmart in the heart of Walmart country for all your Walmart needs. A bustling store, it offers everything a Walmart has to enable your household to function for another week or so. Plus, they do a fantastic job with oil changes; whenever Im around and in need of an oil change, I always get the Full Synthetic. Bravo, Walmart.

Just about as good as you would expect any Walmart to run. They usually have most items in stock that you are looking for, which is great for a smaller community.

Always a main destination for many so the stocking is a little strained. For about 3 months straight any time I went they didnt have Greek seasoning so I cant say its the best choice of Walmart.

The only thing I think could be better, is the fact that Walmart only has 1 cart that has seating for 2 children.

It’s fine, regular Walmart. The only thing(s) this is a really busy location so they’re always out of a few items I need regularly; dog kabob bones, a certain Febreze, sams choice cola mini cans. That’s fine tho, plenty of other options in those categories. However, closing at 11 is much too early and a GIANT inconvenience, because there is nothing else open, barely even fast food by the time I get off work.Secondly, the way they are handling the closing of the store at all locations needs work. The person rudely shouting the time until close over the intercom at random intervals3 minute, 7 minute, 4 minute, 11 minutes remaining - that only puts everyone in an uproar and slows most normal people down. Then when you get to the front, they’ve closed almost all the registers, even self serve. And there’s no indication anymore whether or not the self serve is accepting cash or it’s vice versa and they’re the only lines you can use cash, I’ve encountered both. A total pain in the neck, with the guy basically _screaming_ “get out” at this point on the intercom., people rushing from line to line trying to figure out which kind of money we’re allowed to use in which line..the stores are like this every night, lines backed up into the clothing sections, you aren’t open long enough if this many people are there at close every night.

Great facility with great staff dont hesitate to ask they are more then willing to help you anyway they possibly can.

This place is absolutely horrible. I injured myself and they said they werent liable. It was in their store on their equipment, but somehow my fault. Walmart has lost its charm completely. They are moving to all self checkouts. They dont care about us at all anymore. I hope they go out of business soon and so do the people that were in line with me. Im going to spread the word. I also have a video of me having to get a working electrical cart for someone who could barely walk because none of them worked. Its on my Facebook.

Its walmart what can you say... Same as it always has been rude and inconsiderate customers.... Either at this point somehow believing that not wearing a mask is observing their patriotic right (yea right) or as always believing that stopping in the middle of the isles to B.S. with an acquaintance is somehow not disrespectful to everybody else in the store that has to get up and down the isles.... Lets just say its a personal choice but I hate Walmart

The store itself is fine, but, the pickup service leaves a lot to be desired. They definitely need to train 80% of the people loading the vehicles. I wont say better, because some show signs of no training at all, except what they may have gotten helping their parents with grocery shopping, and we all know most parents just let the kid throw it in the car any old way just so they can get home. My last visit had two young men loading my vehicle, one was putting in sodas while the other was just throwing bags in wherever he could find a space, on top of the sodas, wherever. Which the first guy would then have to move, this happened like 3 times, with each time the guy telling him Dude, I need room these are heavy. This happens frequently or they put all my stuff in the car then realize they have 6 - 24 packs of soda to push in there, and push is what they do until I stop them. The shopper had also stuffed as many cans in one bag as possible (11 in bag) and didnt double bag, so needless to say none of the bags came out of my car in one piece. I had cans everywhere as each bag ripped apart.

Even though I have a hard time being around a lot of people, Walmart does make it easier as for being able to get most things in one place. I dont really recommend going to the restrooms but they are a lot better than Sams.

Its walmart, what more can I say? Good selection, and this location does have a tire and lube. They also have gas pumps.

Im here 5x a week. I love seeing the wiping down and cleaning of areas. The employees being proactive and you can hear the pleasantness even through a mask by associates. I am glad i shop here.

Was a great experience until I got to the register to pay for my kids toys she wanted. Then the self checkout register was malfunctioning and would not take any of my cards. Was saying type of payment unacceptable I tried to pay out 3 times with my bank card with the correct pin. Then on last attempt decided to not even let me use a pin. Lets just say it locked my card as fraudulent activity. Other than that it was a good experience lol
