Glad to have this nice little treat shop in Fort Thomas. For whatever reason, its not easy to keep a retail shop alive in fort Thomas, but I think top this has a good shot.The donuts were good. Not amazing, but good. And affordable. The kids loved picking their own toppings (gummy worms and m&ms).I was pleasantly surprised that the menu offered more than just donuts. And on this hot summer night with the front of the shop open and no air conditioning on probably 70% of the patrons were eating ice cream and not donuts.Ice cream, coffees and cinnamon roles helped round out the offerings.The service was friendly and fairly swift for a big line. But, if you are going to not have ac on in July, PLEASE get some fans in there. Everyone was far too hot.Overall, fun little place!

A little pricey. Cinnamon rolls are always hard--wish they could warm them up. Fun toppings, good coffee. Sit on the chairs looking out to the street for some fresh air and a view daily life.

My family absolutely loves this place. The donuts are great, as is the atmosphere. I suggest the Maple Glaze with Pecans. My two kiddos would probably rather go to Top This donuts than Disney World, given the choice. So it is our #1 Daddy/Daughter date location. Kudos on a great job, Top This!

I traveled from Atlanta to visit my daughter. She told me about the shop and I had to try it. It was crazy storming outside but I really didnt want to go back until I tried it. OH MY GOSH..so glad I did. It was awesome and everyone in my party was able to get exactly what they wanted and we had a good time trying each others concoctions..

Im a regular at the ft. Thomas location. I like donuts& coffee.Being the web developer I am, I always check Google listings and the locations website Im going to prior to leaving my house. Well today I drive all the way over to the ft. Thomas location and on the door it states that its closed for renovations? Where was this on their website? Isnt this 2018?I dont appreciate a business that is unable to communicate with its customers. Ill no longer choose to visit top this donut bar and will instead go to holtmans.Thank you for wasting my gas & time today.

This is a great place to take our kids as a treat. The staff is very helpful. We did try to do online ordering but were unable to get it to work; however after calling the store, they were able to take our order.

While the donut I got was fine, the customer service and presentation of the shop was sub par. When we entered, there was nobody in the restaurant or behind the counter. We waited about five minutes until somebody finally came to serve us. When the staff member did arrive, she was very dull and disengaged. The selection of toppings was great, however I do not believe the icings were properly covered. When the employee went to get the icing, she had to stir the bin up as it had become crusty on top, seeing as it did not have a lid when it was a container that normally has a lid. In addition, the floor and tables seemed unclean. I would probably not return unless changes are made.

The donut and cinnamon roll were great but the experience was pretty disappointing. We happened to arrive around the time school was letting out for the day. The place was filled with unsupervised middle schoolers who hadnt purchased anything but were screaming and running around obnoxiously. Some kids were even eating Subway sandwiches! It was so loud and annoying my husband and I couldnt even have a conversation so we resorted to eating while standing on the sidewalk down the street. There only appeared to be one employee working and he seemed overwhelmed too. He couldnt deal with the kid chaos and serve customers. Im reluctant to go back after this experience.

I went there with my partner and 2 kids. There were about 10 kids (about 16 years old) in front of us. There was 1 worker making treats and doing register. About 7 kids the same she came in after us. We waited about 15 min in line, which was fine, and then we were next in line. The kid working asked the girl in front of us if she was there with anyone else. She stated she was there with the 7 kids behind us, just like the people before her. The kid asked us to move to the back of the line so that they could be served together. These kids were here a full 10 min after us. It was very rude and very poor customer service. We left after about 20 min, As we werent going to wait another 20 min for the kids behind us to be served. Im very disappointed. My kids were looking very forward to it. What a shame.

Definitely a fun place to grab a donut (or more) for both kids and adults. Their cold brew is only available during the summer but their coffee selection is good otherwise.

I think this place is gimmicky. The donuts are only one style, sort of a plain flavor, but you get to pick lots of toppings to customize your donut. There are lots of options, even weird toppings, which are kind of fun. They also serve 3 kinds of milk (plain, chocolate, and strawberry) on tap, which is cool and unique, and a nitro coffee, which is my favorite part. Oh, and they also have an ice cream selection too. I think I rate this place low because once youve had it once, youve really experienced it all. I think their donut flavor isnt that great, and Id like more options, like a cream-filled one, or even just donuts I dont have to think about putting goopy toppings onto. Sometimes I just want a glazed or anchocolate sprinkles and they dont have that stuff.

Decent food but very bad customer service. Walked in the shop at 7:55. We waited in line for five minutes. When we got up to order the guy behind the counter told us to leave. There was only one person behind us. He could have easily served both of us and then closed shop. Disapointed.

Awesome gourmet donuts with A LOT of flavor combinations and delicious coffees to pair with your donut as well.Great addition to the revitalization and transformation of up-town Ft. Thomas, KY.

I was in there for less than 20 mins and the staff was cruel and I was just getting water and they threatend to call the cops because they thought that I was getting sofa so that the first impression as I walk through the door then they kicked me out because they apparently have a rule of if a customer is in the store for 20 mins and havent bought anything then they can kick people out so that the second thing.So over all i will only put 1 star until the staff checks on there behavior!!

Amazing donuts you make your self. My favorite is chocolate with strawberries.
