Yoko is a pro !! At $15 a haircut, I can tip fifty percent, which feels great! The style is up to date but not hard to do myself, she makes the most of my thinning hair. Her positivity and cheerfulness are contagious!! This shop is wonderful, not fancy, just reasonable and a quality haircut! I see others get perms n tips colored. I’d be confident to do anything!

First time someone actually listened to what I wanted & worked with me to feel euphoric about my haircut. They were patient and kind since this was my first time going there and was trying to figure out how to describe what kind of cut I wanted. 10/10 Would definitely recommend and am definitely going back!

Called and asked if there was a wait. Was told no. To “come on in”. Took me 9 mins to get here. It’s still literally 35 mins before closing and she said she “couldn’t cut my hair” . Not than anyone was waiting or anything. All 3 stylists are standing around with no customers. Totally unbelievable. I will NEVER come here again. Unbelievable. I called. Showed upLike I was told to do and this. Just WOW!!!!

Had to call in to make an appointment. A basic male haircut with a shampoo wash is $15 not including tip. Customer service was great! My hairstylist Marie was very hospitable. Will be returning for my next haircut.

Im sorry, if you cant get a great cut here for a great price, youre doing something wrong. You could schedule a cut with your favorite our do like I do.... Take the first available. Ive been going there for years and never had a bad cut. Just love them.

Everyone was very nice! The wait time was very short, about ten minutes. The lady who cut my hair gave me exactly what I wanted. She was very professional and confident in her work. She communicated very well with me. The prices are very affordable, especially since they offer student, military, and senior discounts. As for the presentation, the salon was a little run down and the area was not the cleanest. Overall, very pleasant experience. Worth the time and money!

I asked for a caramel balayage, and received blonde streaks in my hair. Five to be exact. I called back and was told I would receive a call back, considering I paid $83 not including tip for this procedure, and still have not received a phone call back. Horrible.

Only place to go for color. Hyon made a life long customer when she fixed my hair from a major catastrophe from the Crestview location over a year ago.She took my hair from bright burgundy to platinum silver with gold tones and NO damage. I recommend her to all my friends & clients. AAA++++

This place just like its haircuts are cheap, if you want to get a haircut u want go someplace els, the Latina lady dismissed my suggestions on how I want my haircut and just cut my hair way too short it took me months to grow it out now I’m back to square one I’m never coming back. Never I suggest this place only to those who like bald cuts

Our family went in yesterday and the girl butchered my hair all i wanted was my hair thinned out.. she clearly does NOT know how to thin out Hair the top of my hair is still very thick while my ends are very very thin ....also my daughter got my daughter went in for a pixie cut we did not get what we wanted were told hair to thick ( note she has had a pixie before since her hair is thick and unmanageable) and also thinned out.. we got a bad lopsided thinning again and the cut was nothing like we wanted.. Plus we were charged extra for having thick hair

I had highlights and lowlights done, she was in such a hurry she didnt condition my hair and burnt my hair with the hair dryer. Not recommend for anything but a boys haircut. I have my boys hair cuts there. I will never go again.

I had a horrible experience and I did not walk out with what I asked for. I explained myself and I even showed the stylist LYNN pictures. I felt the she was to busy doing what she wanted instead of listening to me. She had to ask a coworker what guard to use even after I told her a skin fade up to a one... She did not clean up my neck line nor did she faid the side of my head, and when I mentioned it to her she took the thinning shears to it and said once you fix it with product it will be ok. I felt pressured to spend my money even when I wasnt happy with it. This is not ok and I had to spend the rest of my night doing damage control and my wife had to fix my neck line on a haircut I spent money on! Honestly I would have came out better cutting it myself. This is unacceptable and I will no longer spend my money at this astablishment! ***NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR!!!!***

I took in a picture even said I wanted it longer than the picture because I wear my hair up all the time it was even the assistant manager that cut my hair she was distracted by reg customers and I was left not even asking how I liked it or shown the back now I can not even get my hair in a ponytail I look like a child, I had color apt set up that now I have to wait for my hair to grow out to even attempt it, it has been years since I trusted a haircut now I remember why its uncomfortable the way the shop speaks to each other and not the clients rush in rush out so bigger tickets can sit down, I can say the lady that did my friends hair did great and what was asked Im ok with a language barrier but that isnt it with all of the employees.

Normally I wouldn’t go somewhere cheap like this, but I only needed a trim so I figured I’d be okay. I was wrong. Once she was finished, my hair was uneven and the layers were choppy. Also, she made me stand up while she cut my hair??? Yikes!
