Great customer service is a rarity these days but u can find it with Ross at Cricket Wireless! After coming out of a carrier nightmare, Ross helped us get into a family affordable plan with great phones. He is also very knowledgeable on a variety of phones. Would highly recommend him and his store!!

Update:The phone in question is less than a yearold AND WONT HOLD A CHARGE!!!! I was coerced into a phone by the pushy, overbearing GM.I had certain requirements. None of which this phone meets.Now Im stuck with a phone that doesnt do what I was specifically told it would do.I will NOT return. Very disappointed.

I met the manager at the door as he opened the store at 12 PM. I explained to him what I needed in my next phone. He listened and took the time to find THAT Phone for me. I even let him upsell me some products because he showed and explained the VALUE. Thank You again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Sales associate didnt know anything about the phones, and was blatantly rude and nasty with me. Not to mention, they could use some personal hygiene. You dont talk to a customer when your breath smells like a toilet. I will never be coming back.

Not sure who the kid was working but he should of at least knew a little bit about a phone told me they discontinued the s9 and the iPhone 6 was better lol
