Store was clean, but really didnt see any great prices. Actually a few things I priced compared were cheaper at Walmart. They did have a pretty good selection of inexpensive furniture at good prices but outside didnt see anything I would return for.

The place was very disheveled, asked employee to scan an item which she did… She told me the price so I put it in my cart when I went to the register I was told I couldn’t have the item because it’s not for sale… I was very excited about this item and when asked why was quickly dismissed with saying that our store will get in trouble if we sell it to you… By the way it was a round table. Then when it was time to scan my 20% off coupon I handed my phone which she took and when I get home it was never scanned… I called the store and was told that if it expired they cannot assist me. I went to the Destin store which was immaculate! You could walk through the isles without having to shimmy between things. All the sales representatives except for the one who was at the desk were exceptional. I was told and apologized for the cashier at the front, her personality and was told she only works every three weeks… I told him a scarecrow would be better to represent the store than that lady. The manager was unloading the truck at the time and that cashier told me that he was too busy to talk to me… I made my way to the back and he was so very cordial. Kudos to the store and hopefully they can find some employees and get rid of the one that works in the front every three weeks. I will be making the Destin store my big lots from here on in… I would rather travel than to get treated the way I did at the Fort Walton Beach one.

I had only been at this location for at least 15 minutes when the manager by the name of Sami approached me to ask me was I finding everything ok & was super informative about the the Big Lots Credit Card. Thanks So Much I’ll Definitely Be Back!

Friendly cashier. There’s only 2 employees when I went to the store. Prices are not that bad. Lots of option for home decor and furniture.

Went in to look for recliners. Tricia helped us find a nice pair of stratoloungers. In stock and delivered same day. Loving them. Thanks Tricia.

Pretty much the same as all big lots. Just stopped in not shopping for anything imparticular. Looked like a pretty nice store. I will be checking it out again soon

Still a decent place to shop for VERY SPECIFIC items but, in general, you can get most of their stock cheaper and better at Walmart. Sad, but true, as they used to be a much more unique experience. Basically, by trying so hard to brand themselves, theyve almost totally lost what made them special.

Always my go to when I need puppy pads or cat litter.

The Fort Walton location is one of the top locations to shop. This store appears to be larger. Having choices due to carrying items from more than 1 manufacturer. Always clean. Though clearance pricing isnt tops the prices are worth the shopping trip. Employees have gone beyond the normal customer services and have ALWAYS been very helpful, no matter what Ive asked of EACH of them!

Friendly God fearing cashier by the sound of his greetings. Maybe the end of the world IS coming..by the sounds of it? Happy to see masks at checkout area to buy.

Great experience. Do not recommend the Progressive Leasing Program though, its like 100% interest, big RIP off. Big Lots however is a great store with a lot of items. The manager in the furniture section is great at her job and helped us out tremendously.

Store announced military members get 10% off everything in the store, but when I asked for my discount I was told, “Sorry you have to be a rewards member to get your military discount”.

Says open online, drove 25 min to find out by a hand written note on the door that it is closed due to power outage. However all the lights are on inside. Sure doesnt look like they have power out.

So i went on Tuesday night, to check out the furniture section and was welcomed by Mr Paul... He was very helpful and informative and even help me get a rewards card at that time..... If you have any questions about furniture i highly recommend Mr Paul, will be back for my sofa set

I bought a black and decker blender use it twice and it stop working before I went to the store I call and spoke to alady told her I dont have the receipt or the box it came in she says its ok as long as I have my rewards card thats ok I drove all the way down there only to be told they cant accept it you could have told me that before I wasted my time and gas they werent even apologetic about it my family and I wont be shopping at big lots anymore we spend lots of money there no more if it was Walmart they would exchange it very disappointed in you all is this how you treat your customers I left the blender and told them they can have it shame

This is a great place to shop. They have practically everything you need, unless you shop for name brand items, which they do carry but only a select few. Food, toiletries, misc. electronics, household goods, and alot more. They even carry furniture! Cashiers tend to get backed up, but the convenience of having a store this size if you live off of Racetrack is totally worth it.

Was totally ignored while line was pulled from behind me to be rung up on other register, as the people in front me needed assistance from the manager to activate their Big Lots credit card. The manager promptly ignored me after he finished helping the people in front of me. I will never go back. They obviously dont need my money.

Very disappointed in their after Christmas specials. There prices use to be so much better than most the other stores. They seem to be a lot pricier than they use to be.

I like Big Lots in my home state.But this particular location was VERY clean and organized compared to the store that I frequent! They have a good selection, and close out prices are good as well.

Some prices are competitive or better but overall for the variety and quality offered it really isnt worth what little is saved to shop here regularly.

Good size Big Lots however the staff isnt very friendly.
