Scooter Brothers fixed my mower within 72 hours of stall out. My neighbors didnt even realize I had a hiccup. Now thats what I call A+ service. Great Job team. Appreciate the effort.

I had an older Troy built push mower that needed a new blade, replacement of side chute and some basic overall maintenance. Received it back today and mowed my 10,000 square foot yard. Good guys who did a good job for me.

I own a 50cc moped and I’ve used Scooter Brothers’ help more than a few times. And they have always delivered. The staff is very understanding and affable and is willing to explain, in detail, what is required for repairs. Either through the phone or emails, they are patient and make you feel that you are important. They also do pickup and deliveries, a major thing if your moped is the only source of transportation and you lack the means to drive it to them.And while I do sometimes lament that there is no local scooter repair business in Navarre and they are located in Ft. Walton Beach, their behavior and work-ethic makes it feel like they are just a few blocks away.

Call them but left a message since they stated they closed at 1:00 I needed inner tube replaced on my granddaughters scooter and wondered if they could do it thats all I really wanted but they have not returned my call

I may buy another chain saw just to have two.

Took a weed eater in that hadnt ran in 2 years and they got it purring like a kitten. I would have given 5 stars but it took them a month to turn it and I had to call for updates instead of them calling me. Overall, good experience, friendly, and professional work accomplished.

My electric scooter suddenly wouldnt start. Scooter Brothers was the only company that could work on electric scooters. We drove from Panama City Beach and left it. A week later they called and it was ready. Very very reasonable rates and very honest. They could have told me anything and made me buy new batteries, etc. Instead they said everything was fine except a simple switch. Highly recommend. Note, these guys are good and they are very busy so I wasnt upset at the week it took

I hadnt used or started my riding lawn mower for over two years after my wife hired a lawn service. She was always on my case about the lawn.But I decided to take over the job again myself to shut her up!I brought the mower to these guys and they had it fixed in a week!Its running great. My wife is still nagging me about the way I cut the lawn. But I expected that! She is the queen of nagging!

I depend on my mower for running my lawn business. If I have an issue I take my mower to scooter brothers and they send me on my way with a demo if I need one. Very professional and friendly. Fast service. Highly recommend these folks. Wish I would of used them a long time ago. They’ll have my business from now on

My pole saw has been making a metallic noise between the head of the pole and engine... Scooter Brothers said they would check it out and give me a call when they knew what was wrong and how much parts would cost to repair the saw... Got a call saying the work was done and I could pick up the saw... So far so good... They took credit for actually repairing the saw, but when I asked the technician what he found that was wrong, he explained that he found NOTHING wrong... I asked if he took the pole off the head of the engine, he said no... However, this company was quick to charge me a half an hour labor for their labor, which begs the question, exactly what was the nature of labor involved? Starting and listening to the engine run while reeving the engine throttle a few times??? Scooter Brothers missed a great opportunity to demonstrate a little goodwill to a customer, but decided the $35.00 charge was more important... After all, as the guy at the counter said, their labor has to be worth something.

Rude. Rude. Rude. Customer service is awful with these guys here. NOT dependable. Late. Late. Rescheduling and no show. Horrible business management. Id give them negative stars instead of 1 star because of the negative experience with multiple guys here... *Edit* after reading your UNTRUE and confused reply, YOU confirm what I stated above. Scooter Brothers did an AWESOME job fixing my lawn mower! I had a couple of things wrong with it and it runs great now. A few things you need to know about this small business: 1. Everyone I came in contact with either in person or over the phone was very polite and very helpful. 2. The price was very reasonable for all of the work I had done. 3. They actually keep you in the loop on how much everything cost before they repair your equipment. This is a small business so not a ton of employees so be patient with them and give them time to fix your stuff right the first time! Thank you scooter brothers for doing such a great job!

This is my first time writing a google review- and it is well deserved! The guys at Scooter Bros. definitely exceeded my expectations! I had a pressure washer that I had let sit up with some old gas in it for way too long, and as much as me and my buddies tried, we couldnt get it to start. After a sore back and a ripped cord to my pressure washer, I did the smart thing and took it to Scooter Bros. The guys were super friendly and wasted no time in taking down my order and I was out of there. Very efficient! I figured that it would take them a week or two to get my pressure washer back to me, but they were contacting me after a day! Pressure washer is back in business, quick turn around, excellent service, and the best part- awesome prices!!! If you have any lawn equipment or small engine repair, I definitely recommend Scooter Bros..Thanks Guys!

We had traveled from Ohio to Destin, FL only to realize once we arrived our scooter knob had been lost during the Drive therefore making the scooter not usable during our weeks stay. My wife is disabled due to diabetes and has to use a power wheelchair to get around. No one in town works on these damn things! I lucked out and found these guys. They DO work on mobility scooters in Fort Walton. Thanks god! It turned out that the problem with my wifes power chair was just a simple switch on the bottom of the chair. I paid like $45 and they had it back to me within a week. The service was great and the mechanic was very honest. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I had last year a push mower that wouldnt start, I stopped the shop and talked to Bob and asked what they could do for me since I had no way to bring the mower to them. He told me that they can pick up the mower and gave me an ball park time completion for the job. When they brought the mower back, it ran like a champ, and its never given me any trouble since. The guys (Nick, Bob, and Dan) at Scooter Bros are top notch in my book and I will keep bringing my business to them for the forseeable future.

In one year my husband has had to take his scooter in for repairs over 4 times. Every time he gets it back it is in worse shape than when he brought it in. He relies on this for transportation and has explained that to them when dropping it off for transmission problems....after ten days and no call all they did was replace the speedometer cluster which worked in the first place. The starter button was out and the transmission were the two important things. We received bad service and just are disappointed in how things were handled. There is no other place around to take it so they feel they can take advantage of hardworking people.

Great service, reasonable rates, and good work! They took care of a blower that was leaking fuel all over the place after having it serviced at another local small engine repair shop that failed to fix the issue after two separate visits.

I think Scooter Brothers in Fort Walton Beach is really great. Look at all of the Pride Mobility scooters that the Scooter Brothers sell, rent and repair. People seem really happy with the level of excellent customer service that they receive from Scooter Brothers.

I believe in shopping local business and Scooter Brothers did not let me down! I purchased a EW-36 Mobility Scooter from Nic and it was a complete pleasure from beginning to end. I can not say enough great things about Scooter Brothers.

They have repaired my electric wheelchair a couple times. The last time I brought it in the told me the problem was the batteries and charged me nothing.

Very pleased with the guys. Had a few peices of lawn equipment to get back running for spring. Everything from fuel lines to just changing an air filter was done and havent had a problem yet. Inexpensive, dependable work, and reliable. Well done, Scooter Brothers!

Dropped off my 2 hurricane generators that had different issues on (probably Wednesday). Told they would start on them Monday. Friday I got a call they were ready. (Wait....wha......) :). Stopped by today and picked them up. Under $100 for the 2 of them for the different things that were wrong. Will be taking my favorite lawn mower back to see if it can be resurrected. I did ask that they call if the price turned out to be exorbitant as not need to pay for repair if just as much to buy new, but turned out fine.

I bought a 1987 RV with a cobweb clad Onan Generator that had not been run in years. Dan spent two hours going thru everything,fuel pump, points, carbuerator, etc HE got it running like a dream. Over the past several months, I as well as my son have had the occassion to take mowers, generators, and yes a scooter to this shop. I was pleasantly surprised at the location and the ease of access to and from Eglin and Racetrack road. The guys there were most curtious and very helpful in that they explained what the repairs made were and why it was required. Since my most recent visit with a scooter, I have refered numerous friends to Scooter Bros., and my neighbor even bought a new scooter there. By and Large, it would be difficult to find another shop with combined years of experience for the mechanics there. Labor rates are the best in town for the level of service received. Heck they even have pickup and delivery at a small fee of course....Give these guys a try the next time you need repairs of small engines, They ROCK

No one ever answers the phone every time I called

I took my bike here hopeing to avoid harlys high prices. I brought my bike there six weeks ago for new wireing and a minor tune up. As of this point i still do not have it. The service has been poor to say the least and i can seem to get any info other than a time frame of when it wont be done. The owners are un plesent and have no sence of egerncey. They cant afford to buy parts so dont be surprised when they ask you for a deposite. The repairs on my bike are not extream, and after some research other bike shops tell me the work i want done shouldent take more than a week. Yet im at there mercy because of the deposite iv already made six weeks prior. Un profesinal in my opinion and extreamly fusterating

Scooter Brothers fixed the motor and put some tires on a riding lawn mower of mine back in August. I had been screwing around with that thing in the garage for almost a full year trying to get it running. I wish I would have just brought it to them to begin with!
