I own a pressure washing business and stopped by because I thought I needed a new recoil assembly on one of my machines (cord broke and wouldn’t retract). The wonderful lady working the counter (I didn’t catch her name) told me they didn’t have any in stock, but to hang out for just a minute. She brought the assembly to their technician, whom had plenty of work ahead of me, and he told me all it needed was a new pull cord. He stopped what he was doing and fixed mine so I could continue working and not lose any money that day. He very well could’ve put mine in line and told me it would be a couple days, but he took care of me right away. Unfortunately, customer service like that isn’t very common in this country, and I appreciate them more than they know! Go see them for your small engine and yard equipment needs!!

Owner seemed put off after realizing that all I needed was a clutch, and didnt have any input when I asked his assistance in selecting one. There was only one other customer in the store and he brushed me off within a minute to attend to the other customer. Just plain rude in my opinion.

Seemed like a nice place...new employee wasnt spun up on everything just yet but every company has to have new employees sometime. Great little Honda parts section.
