My new go-to mechanic! Brake service and oil change was quick & thorough. As a woman, I greatly appreciate being spoken to as an equal. Everyone went above and behind, getting me back on the road safely.

My back tire kept losing air. I called them on Saturday and they told me I could bring it up right away to check it. Within minutes they had fixed it or plugged it whatever they did it didn’t cost very much money and I was back on the road, so happy

The service is very poor. The gas pump use for GIANT Food gas points, never work.I had 325 points for gas, the pump tell me that I no points. I know that I had 325 points. I will never go back there again.

Whenever you use your cellphone to get discount they automatically slows the pump so you will leave without pumping full tank. So poorly

The repair shop part of the gas station does excellent, fairly priced work. I had major work done on my Escalade a couple of years ago. I brought my own parts and they had no problem installing them. The labor charge was fair. They also saved a friend of mine over $2000 from quotes he got from other repair shops. I highly recommend this Shell station for mechanical work.

If I had the ability to give them 0 stars I would. I enjoyed the service station when Brian was working there. On Saturday July 16, 2016 my husband and I took my car to get the front and rear brakes and rotors replaced. When we picked the car up and drove it home, which is conveniently 1.5 miles away, my car starts making this loud thudding noise (only when the brakes are pressed).I took the car back on Monday, because they were closed on Sunday, and no one was able to find/fix the issue. Now here it is, Wednesday July 20, 2016, I am not able to drive my car, get to/from work, and I have a road trip coming this Friday and I would probably have to use a rental.I am beyond disappointed in the service that was provided. I am not saying they didnt try to fix the problem. I am saying they did not try hard enough. I feel as if they told me things just to get me out of their face, but little do they know I am not finished.NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE!

I always use this service station because I use to work here back when honest people owned the shop, I miss Blynn & Linda sooo much! Anywho came in with a thumping engine, looking for confirmation that I needed a new engine/ car. They assured me it could be fixed and charged me $400 pick it up and I see on the receipt that it wasn’t a guaranteed fix, and was confused as to why I would be charged $400 for a temp fix. A couple hours later all my lights come bk on in my car so I call them and was told “$400 isn’t a lot of money and that he didn’t understand why I would think $400 would fix my whole car” I bought my car to them to get the problem diagnosed and then payed for what THEY SAID was wrong and now it’s my fault ? I ended up buying a new car literally 3 days later. While wasting $400 that I took out my rent to get my car running because I’m a single mom, who can’t afford to miss work. I wish I could give them 1 star and I wish there was something more I could do but, I will give my lawyers a call because if they are doing this to me, I know they are doing it to others. Not to mention when I go pick my car up, it was off the lot, not even in sight of the cashier. So if my car was damaged or stolen, nobody would of known. It was parked in front of suntrust, insecure & I watched. With dirty oily towels & parts in my front seats and on the floor.

I left my car in the shop yesterday to get it fixed and the manager told me he was going to give me a call this morning at 9 am and now its 1:34 and I havent got a call yet. I called the shop to find out what is going on and the first time I called the manager hung up on me and the this is the second time i called and I was asked to hold and now Ive been on hold for 20 mins and there is no answer. Very bad customer service.

A few things that I like about this gas station...-The gas is decently priced - pretty much on par with the prices in the area.-They have free air for filling up your tires.-The auto repair shop attached to the gas station has a group of seemingly solid mechanics. I havent had any major work done on any of my cars here yet. But the handful of times I have been in there for a couple of flat tires, they were very prompt about patching my tire - I was in and out in under 20 minutes and the plug in my tire only cost $13 each time - which is like half the price Ive ever paid anywhere else in the Maryland area.I will likely keep bringing my auto repair issues to this place.
