So far I have received two estimates from here. Both times have been amazing. Both gentlemen that I have dealt with were extremely kind and fast. Very knowledgeable also. Taking my truck in on 11/23/20. Will do a follow up after that.

Quick service, over all a pretty nice experience..

My buddy hit a deer on the passenger side and took his Lexus F series here to get fixed. While they did a good paint match and blend of color, the gaps in fender/bumper and ground effects looked like a 10 year old child assembled them. We had to leave and come get it another day because this is what they thought would pass as quality work.....

Recently had my vehicle repaired here and worked with Tyler.He was great at keeping me updated to the status of my vehicle and easy to deal with overall.Car came out great and would recommend this shop for anyone needing quality work and customer service.

The team here at The Collision Center are awesome! I hit a deer with my Chrysler going 65mph and caused a good amount of damage. Tyler got my car in right away and it was fixed in no time. He did great with communicating what was going on every step of the way. Looks like a brand new car again! I recommend The Collision Center and would bring any business I have back to them in a heartbeat.

High quality repair, very responsive to questions about repair status, friendly and quick on getting me a rental while my Durango was getting warranty work done.

After some time paying attention to my car I noticed some issues that should not have happened, I never did contact them about my issues, I do not have any desire to have my car worked on by them again! And this was an insurance job for them! They were paid well an should have done a great job!

I took my Jeep in for a front end repair that required new parts and paint. Having dealt with other shops over the years I had my concerns. Jesse Roth assisted me from start to finish, handling everything professionally and delivered the quality workmanship I was hoping for. The replacement parts fit perfectly and they were able to match the red metallic paint to a T. I appreciated them giving me daily updates along the way. The only surprise was when they finished a day earlier than anticipated. I totally understand their A+ rating from the BBB! I will trust them with all future repairs without hesitation.

Paid almost a 100 just for an oil change and tire rotation. Most expensive one I ever had. Just talked to service manager. He realized there was a miscommunication and is correcting the error and refunding me a portion of the oil change. Appreciate the quick response to my issue

Customer focus is not with this place. Had to bring my vehicle back, because clear coat was already peeling from being fixed in november. Just sprayed and cleared, looks worse than before. I DO NOT Recommend this place.Update: The director called me on the issue that I had with our Durango, he took a personal interest in getting our vehicle back to the way it should have looked after a warranty issue. For this I am grateful and restoring why I choose to have our car worked on at this collision center.

I had someone back into my 2019 RAM and damage my front bumper. I had less than 3700 mile on my truck, now with a crushed bumper. I went to Glenbrook Collision Center for a quote the same day. Considering the damage, the quote was extremely reasonable! I worked with Tyler C. and he was very professional and answered all of my questions without hesitation. My repairs were completed in 1 day and looked fantastic! Having damage done to my truck when it was so new was the worst. In the end, Glenbrook Collision made my truck look showroom new again and the total was a little less than the quote! I have been able to forget the fact that my truck was once damaged. Thank you Glenbrook Collision (and Tyler C) for the fantastic work! I am extremely satisfied, you definitely have my future recommendations!

My whole front of my cla45 amg was damaged. They repaired perfectly and kept me updated the only 2 weeks they took to do so! They definitely go out of their way to help you! Collision centers suck to have to go to but glenbrook collision Center did great to get me back on the road looking like nothing ever happened in the first place lol :)

They do the best Bodywork in town very dependable never had a bad experience and Ive dealt with them on for five occasions very nice people

I am VERY impressed. My sunroof broke last Tuesday, they got me in by Thursday and let my keep my car there because of all the glass and water damage. Estimated about 7-10 days because the part was rare and everything. Well they had it done by the following Tuesday. They deep shampooed my whole car and wiped everything down and all I have to say is I am so very happy with my experience. If you had asked me anything about Glenbrook Dodge prior to today, it would have been an extremely negative response. But today I was amazed by the service provided at the collision center. Not only did they provide me with a ride while my car was being fixed, they also vacuumed and cleaned the inside (even though only the exterior was being fixed). Maybe that doesnt sound like great service to some, but I work full time and have three kids and two dogs. Enough said. They went over and above what I expected and the work they did on the exterior looks great also! Thank you!

Got my car fixed there a little over a year ago the team up there did really good work I had to bring it back in today because the trunk wouldnt close Mr Tyler C took real good care of me he fix the problem I asked him how much I owe him he didnt charge me anything he told me they stand behind their work I was very grateful for that and just want to say thank you again.
