Nobody looks forward to needing a body shop, but Im glad I trusted my truck to these professionals when it got hit while parked. Abby and Kelly did an outstanding job of keeping me apprised of the status of my vehicle repair. I hope I dont need body shop services again any time soon, but I will certainly use Kelley next time. It took a while for them to get my car back to me as compared to other body shops Ive worked with in the past. But the quality of work on my car was amazing and I like the fact that they even cleaned out the inside of my car before returning it to me. Also I appreciated the fact that I could leave my rental with them to be returned back to rental company.

I personally worked with Kelley through the whole transaction. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, she was always on time about everything. Every time she promised me that she would give me a call to update me on my truck, she kept her word! Her and Jonathon were very helpful and very professional. My truck was hit and had damage to the front bumper, front fender and rear quarter panel. I was told it would take 2 and a half weeks. They had my truck for 8 WEEKS! When I called they just kept saying they were working on it. I dropped in several times without calling and my truck was always parked in their holding area... never saw anyone actually work on it. As a matter of fact, I called from the parking lot once and they told me that the tech had it in the garage, but it was in the parking lot.After picking it up, I noticed the alignment was off and a rim was bent. I took it back to correct those items. They told me they needed it for half a day... to replace a rim and do an alignment?! I left it anyway and called them 6 hours later since they never called me. When I picked it up, I realized they only replaced the rim and didn’t align it.I also noticed my mud flaps were misaligned. I showed them and they said they were damaged from the accident. My insurance repair bill says that they were to replace them, but they didn’t. I ordered my own flaps and put them on. They were still crooked. Upon further inspection, I realize that the fenders are not true which makes the flaps crooked. I see that they trimmed the inner liner to make it fit the fender which is a clear indication that the fender isn’t straight. They lied about it instead of resolving it. How disappointing!

The work performed at this shop is shoddy at best. After a month of repairs and countless phone calls promising it would be done, In a couple days, I was in the shop ready to pick up my vehicle. The first thing I noticed were water spots baked into the hood, the hood fits, and the rough ride. When I talked to the people that worked on my vehicle and told them the issues, I was given the run around. They reluctantly buffed out the water spots, but first pointed out that it had a chip in the paint, after telling me not to get three dollar carwashes( thats funny, they were degrading their own carwash). When asking why the hood shuts hard and how it looks crooked, I was told that they would have to drill numerous holes in the fender, which is GM replacement parts, to try to get things right and that would probably make the fender to the door look bad. In other words, they havent a clue how to fix things, yet get defensive about their poor work.

I got into an accident and had to get my car repaired at Kelley. It was in there a month which was what I was told and it was so worth it. It got completely repainted and I had a ton of damage that was fixed. Definitely going to be back in the future. My car looks brand new, even newer than when I bought it off the car lot. I had my car repaired and the roof molding was not installed correctly so in the parking lot I took it loose and fixed it myself then found a large amount of d/a scratches in the hood which was not part of the repairs but they buffed them out and found as damaged belt molding and a chip at the damage and after talking with the manager Chad about it we came together on a plan and they are going to replace the molding and take care of the chip. Makes me happy to see the customer service they have still. Ill be going back if I have another repair needed.

We had to bring our van here to get fix after my husband was involved in a hit and run. They said should be done within a week, they did keep us updated twice out of the week they said the new bumper would take a little longer to get in because of covid because it is coming from out of country. That is very understandable. So took two weeks and finally get a call saying our van is fixed, but there was one issue.. THEY PUT THE WRONG BUMPER ON! Our van has censors on the bumper (which if they just looked at the vin number or looked up in general what they were suppose to they would have known)! They said would take a week to get a new bumper in and would just have to drop it off and stay because it would take 45 minutes to put on. Now this is all happening when we are going to pay for fixing the first part. So now since it’s all done and over with two almost three weeks later they aren’t answering any of there phone calls, not updating us on anything. Called the insurance people who are dealing with everything and they can’t get a hold of them. When she finally did now they are saying it will take longer than 45 minutes to do, and now they are just going to drill censors in. This place is a joke! I wouldn’t recommend. I wish I could leave this on there Facebook page also but they turned off the reviews for it. Not worth going with them save your money!!

They did a great job fixing my car. I did have a couple more issues that happened from my accident that they havent fixed yet (minor issues),still waiting for them to get back with me. They also scuffed my car during the time they had it. They did have to take it in and have it buffed out. Be sure to check your car over before leaving, Im glad I did! Their staff is very nice.

Terrible service. Payed for the 90 dollars diagnostic service and they could not tell me what was wrong with the vehicle even though the car was there for more than 2 full days. In addition, the employee that assisted me was rude. Low quality, rude and expensive service.

I was delighted upon my initial inspection when I picked up my car and later when I was able to do a detailed inspection in my garage. The color match is perfect and the body work is impeccable. My car was cleaner after the work than when I took it in. I dont think anyone can tell it was ever damaged. I could not be happier. Excellent work!

I had an issue but it was resolved. They stand behind their warranty on service. It took longer than expected even though some may be partially my fault. The weather was bad during winter time, There were many accident cars coming in and they were super busy so I am somewhat understanding. Management worked with me and got it taken care of. Because of issues and extended time it took to repair our vehicle, they did give me a loaner which was a Chevy Cruise. I was very grateful for that even though the car was smaller than my car. I would recommend a new Chevy cruise to anyone wanting a car for awesome fuel mileage. The car drove great. I am used to full size cars and do not plan on getting anything smaller but I would recommend it for someone looking for that size of car for fuel economy, sportiness, style and ease to drive. You can buy from Kelley Chevrolet because they took care of me so you can rest assured, they will take care of you too.

09/09/2015 drove, 50 miles, to Kelley Chevrolet to specifically look at a Toyota that was advertised on their website. We were greeted by a salesman and when we asked if the vehicle was still available he said it was. As we were getting into the vehicle, to take it for a test drive, we noticed a child car seat install in the rear seating area. We asked about the seat and the salesman said some other people test drove it the day before and forgot their car seat. We found that strange but the salesman assure us that the car was still available and there was no cash deposit on the car.After the test drive we sat down, with the salesman, to close the deal. The salesman left for a few minutes and when he came back he informed us that the people that were previously looking at the car had been approved for financing so the vehicle was being sold to them.Apparently at Kelley Chevrolet the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Further there was no sold tag on the car and no sale pending note on the internet listing. And the salesman said there was no cash deposit holding the vehicle. My first and last visit to Kelley Chevrolet. We bought another vehicle at a Toyota dealer about a half hour later.

Kelley she is such a great person, my first impression was wow she has such a great and sigt spoken voice. I felt comfortable with her when I first set up a schedule to bring my vehicle in for repairs due to someone damaging my vehicle. She has such a kind face/pesonality I have never received such a kind welcome from anyone in the business industry lije that before. So yes I highly recommend if you needing body work done to your vehicle go there because you will definitely get a warm welcome and it feels genuine.

After a long ordeal we finally got our vehicle repaired completely. (No fault of Kelley Automotive Body Shop, it was the insurance company of the other driver). The staff at Kelley Automotive Body Shop were good about dealing with the difficult insurance company throughout our extremely stressful ordeal. Could not have had a worse experience with a body shop. At this point they have had my car for a total of 7.5 weeks for hail damage repairs. It was admitted to me by an employee that my car slipped through the cracks and that I was mislead on multiple occasions. In spite of that, they have done nothing to expedite or improve the situation. I have been lied to and mislead about the state of the repairs, the depth of the repairs and have been promised four times now my car was almost done, only to be told days later its even further out. I would never in my life recommend someone bring their vehicle here or buy a vehicle from this company.

Chris, the service rep greeted me and knew why I was there. The reprogramming was done on the oil life monitor and I was ready to leave in a short while. Although I was only there for the reprogramming, it appears they checked and adjusted my tire pressures as well. Good job from a great dealership and service team.

Getting in an accident is always stressful but the crew at Kelley Body Shop made the process go really smooth. I went in for an estimate and they did that very quickly and then went ahead and submitted everything to insurance for me. They got the approval they need and even set up my rental car for me! Got our van fixed after hunting deer and the paint peeled in the car wash about a year after the work. They stood by it and found it was a bad prime job from the manufacturer. They even cleaned up the headlights prior to us picking it up. Thanks Dave!

I had some body work done by them in November, they charged me $600 to replace a freaking headlight. Which I thought was completely unnecessary. Not to mention they only replaced one. So now my car looks like Forest Whittaker. To top it off, the headlight they fixed has blown 3 timea SINCE NOVEMBER. Garbage shop, would not recommend wasting your money there.

I just bought the truck a couple of months ago. I had let it sit for a couple of weeks and when I went to start it the battery was dead. Since it was on the weekend I called the roadside assistance program, which resulted in them coming out and jumping the truck. I let it run for about 15 min. then shut it off and tested it. It started. Later that evening when I again tried to start it, it was dead once again.I waited until Monday morning and called Kelley Chevrolet. I was put in touch with Walt, and was told that he would arrange to have the truck picked up and brought to the shop to have it checked out. Within an hour the truck was loaded up and taken away. Around 11:40 that same morning Walt called to inform me that the battery had a bad cell in it and that Kelley had replaced it. He then asked if I needed a ride to pick up the truck, which I did not.How can anyone in their right mind complain about service like that?Thank You and Please keep up the good work!Dick Miller

Horrible experience. We pay to have a free rental through them whenever we have work done and had to argue with them about getting it. Then they send us an email saying our car is ready to come pick up. So we go to pick it up and it’s not ready they say only 5-10 minutes so we decided to wait and it takes another hour. Never again will I go there. Horrible customer service.

Took truck to kelley body shop to get repairs done, just unsatisfied with what mechanic had to say about the way it runs. Driving to work and got rear ended by someone wich caused me to hit vehicle in front of me. Now both vehicles were totalled mine wasnt my truck runs bad, steers funny and sounds loud when running now. Dont tell me its not from the accident . Had no issues at all with truck before accident Havent seen the body work yet praying will be taking to a different mechanic.

Never experienced such a lack in customer service and in mechanical skill from a dealership.To make this short and sweet. I am a certified Porsche technician so I get to deal with cars and customers on a daily basis. The SAE certified joke of a mechanic left bolts on the wiper cowl of my wifes car after they had pulled the transmission and replaced a torque converter seal. We took it back they looked it over. They said the tech knew he lost the bolt and ordered a new one when the car was in originally and he replaced it. So they give us the car back I get home and oh guess what NO bolt in the drastically obviously spot it belongs. I called the next morning they tow the car to the shop because no way in hell is my wife driving the car. Total time they have the vehicle was less than 2 hours. That includes towing both ways when I live 15-20 mins away. They promised to call me back to let me know what was going on. And to no surprise the Service manager doesnt call me back.Dont waste your time with this place.Our service advisor was named Chris and the Service manager was named Andy.Dont buy from here and do get your car serviced here.ThanksKyle Montero

I brought our 2010 Traverse in to the shop because the air conditioning was not working properly. It would blow cold air, and sometimes it would blow warm air. When I talked to Chris on the phone he seemed to know what was most likely the problem. I told Chris that we had an extended warranty that we purchased with the vehicle. I gave Chris my cell phone number and he said they would check it out and let me know what was wrong. (I assumed before doing any repairs) Chris called me a couple of hours later and said it was going to cost $180 because they added freon to the system and for the service fee. During our conversation Chris told me that they done this work before contacting AUL to check on the warranty. When they called AUL they denied the claim. I asked Chris why he didnt call me first to tell me what it was going to cost and ask if I wanted it done. Chris told me that was what they had to do to find the leak (no leak was found). I told Chris that he should have told me that when I dropped the vehicle off. Im not a mechanic, and I dont know what they need to do to my vehicle. The only solution Chris gave was for them to remove the freon from the system. So it was either pay $180 or go without air conditioning. I thought it was very deceptive what Chris did to us.

I have a 2006 Chevrolet cobalt, my engine seized while driving. This car was actually purchased with Summit city Chevrolet but we decided that we wanted Kelley to work on our vehicle since the owner of the vehicle works at Costco across the street and has heard better responses about them. Myself and the owner of this vehicle spent almost 3 weeks fighting our warenty company to cover this problem. They in total had 3 inspectors come out to check the vehicle the first, 2 times Kelley was no help and the inspector found no evidence showing that it was a catastrophic leak caused by something that I had no control over. After begging the warenty company and Kelley to please look further because my oil was always changed and this was no fault of my own the warenty company decided to try for a third time. I then called my service advisor Chris homan, and explained it was again very important that he (or a technician) walked through with the inspector to find evidence of a catastrophic leak. Finally almost 3 weeks later they found the harmonic balancer was cracked and was the reason our crank seal had broken. So the warenty company finally decided to cover for a used engine. This should not have taken this long if Chris had a technican really look at my vehicle this is something that could have been found much sooner. This is where the true problem with Kelley and the service staff began. We finally were able to receive a rental car and we were told that we could keep it till our car was finished. I had explained to Chris that I wanted some other work and things checked out as well before the new engine was put in, ie clutch and seals. I also explained to him that since this would be a used engine that we wanted to make sure we knew what we received and that everything looked like it was like kind and quality, since this is what we were promised by our warranty company! Once the engine came we asked Chris to make sure the vin number of the supposed car the engine was in and the engine its self matched. Chris proceeded to have our technican Scott pull up car facts. One this isnt a job our technican should be doing and two that wasnt even what we wanted. Thank goodness for our tech Scott though, he helped us find everything we needed to look up the engine and the car it was in, tho this itself took us several days since again we had no help from Chris! Finally we found that the engine we received actually wasnt original to the vehicle. This then forced us to do much more digging to make sure we knew what we received. We did find out that it had been a remanufactured engine that was put in the car. At this point we were in another week and a half. Once we finally found this out we were okay with proceeding but wanted to get new Radiator hoses, a serpentine belt since ours was covered in oil, a thermostat and a few other things. We called around and got prices for these parts at other places then called Kelley for a quote. Well Kelley took it upon themself to order the parts I told them I was (looking into) and had a 600$ bill! They then told us some of the parts actually could be covered under warranty. So we asked if they could give us an accurate quote on what would be covered and what wouldnt so we could possibly buy parts elsewhere. We were told we couldnt receive that and that we really just needed to hurry up and give them the okay to proceed! We then decided to go a step up and speak with the service manager Ed Feasby. We explained to him all we wanted was an accurate quote! He explained that if we did not give them promision to put the engine in by the next day at 5 pm that they would take my vehicle out of the bay and not work on it and that we could not keep the rental car. He also said he could not give us a quote and that they do not need to ask every time they do or order something. We just gave up and said okay. Lets hope everything gets done properly. No company should treat customers this way! We will never go here again and we will tell our friends and coworkers about this experience!

I came in on 11/15/2014 to have my coolant flushed and my heat looked at. Nathan Bannon was the service writer(i believe that was his name). short, blonde, glasses, tattoos. Totally unprofessional service writer, knew absolutely nothing about the services he was recommending. Anyway, I drop my GMC Yukon off early in the A.M. and get a call a few hours later, from Nathan, telling me its fixed. I have my wife drop me off, i pay, get in my truck and guess what, NO HEAT!!!! I go in to talk to Nathan and tell him the heat does not work. He then slams his paperwork down like a 3 year old and acts like im an inconvenience and reiterates that Kelleys closes in 2 hours. He tells the porter to drive my truck around back, where i proceed to hear the service techs playing with my stereo(again, really professional). After waiting about 30 minutes, Nathan comes into the lobby and tells me that the main heater controls are bad, it will be $300 + labor and then tells me AGAIN, we close at 5. I told him to give me my truck, I know its not the controls. I asked him about the ambient air sensor unplugged above the driver side(noted on my invoice to look at) and he says Oh that doesnt matter. Then i asked him 1 more time, does my heat work, he said yep. I get in my truck to leave and the rear air is blowing cold and the front air is not even working. While 1 service was performed correctly(the coolant flush), everything else didnt seem to matter. There is a service bulletin for the heater problem on these GMC Yukons. I figured your service techs would know this or at least research it. After researching myself for about 20 minutes i found the blower motor control module was bad. $100 part. I dont know how your business operates but i sure would not push my paying customers out the door. Ive been to the new dealership once before and ended up getting a call from Chuck Kelley because the service was terrible and the techs/service writer did not do what i requested. I am still very frustrated with the situation and cannot understand why the people hired at Kelley are not trained properly. This will be my last visit to Kelley Chevrolet. The service dept at your dealership is a big joke and if the techs cant find a common problem that is pointed out by GM, then they dont need to touch anyones vehicle. I feel bad for your other customers that have no knowledge of how you are ripping them off.

I had an appt on Mon morning. I didnt hear from anyone, all day, until the shuttle called saying he was on his way and I had to tell him I didnt even know about my car being ready. So, he went back, got info and called me.I then tried calling Franklin 4 times. When I finally reached him, he told me my vehicle would be ready by 430 and the shuttle was on the way. I had to tell him that I already spoke to the shuttle and they were not coming, I had other arrangements since I hadnt known what was going on. When I arrived at 432, I was informed that my vehicle hadnt even been worked on at all. I was given a rental, fine. I had been told at the time of scheduling that I would get 15% off for the inj cleaning and tranny flush; I had to have the invoice corrected. I have grease on the visor and the fabric on the ceiling by the door. It also looks like theres soda or oil or something on the hood that I noticed this morning.I know I had to reschedule 2-3 times due to work, family, and health conflicts, and Im sorry I had to do that. I really hope that was not the cause of my appt being pushed off. When I would call to make arrangements, it was difficult to get hold of someone and messages often were not returned. I had left a voicemail on the morning of a scheduled appt at the end of Aug stating that I needed to change the date to the 15th, and I never heard back. I called on Sept 9 to confirm and was told my message had never been received and that they would have the part and I could have the appt as long as I was sure I was going to be there this time. :( I explained that I had left a message and that I had had to make a choice between paying for glasses or paying for my CV Boot and other services. I was going to ignore the way I was spoken to until my vehicle was ignored on its appt day.I used to bring my vehicle to Kelley as soon as I had an issue when I had my Cobalt. Since Ive gotten the Equinox, and your location changed from State, it feels like quality hasnt been the same. So, Im not sure Kelley will be the first place I call anymore.

Your people need to work on customer service - call with updates, not just when vehicle is done. Customers base pickup schedule on promised date and time - inconvenienced if no phone call alerting that vehicle is delayed.

Beware if you are buying over the internet. In todays internet environment trust is a very important ingredient in that equation to make buying over the internet successful. Do not trust this dealers pricing. They will advertise one price on the internet and then when you contact them to purchase they inform you that you do not actually qualify for that price, but they will be happy to sell you the vehicle at the higher price...maybe 4000 or 5000 more than the price that brought you in. Dont trust this dealer over the internet.

The service I received was absolutely ridiculous!!! Had my car for a month and when I got it back three different notification lights are on, my heat doesnt work, and my car is now making a screeching noise. I will NEVER come back to them for car repairs. So sad what this company has become. Bunch of scam artists!!!!

My husband had gotten in a very little accident and our insurance allowed us to choose whoever we wanted so of course we chose this place and I thought we were going to get the right care but I had to take my vehicle back in a month later because their mechanic did not finish the problem all the way needless to say they should have just replaced my hitch and that was it
