Prior to taking my car there, I had researched both their Better Business Bureau and their reviews online. I had great expectations. Reviews certainly don’t tell you the entire story. I took my car in with the expectation that it was going to be a one or 2 day project. The “ service manager” told me it would be several days due to parts, OK, so my warranty company was paying for a rental car. I picked up my car when they said the repairs were finished and drove it for a day only to have the same situation present itself again. I was quite upset but it was a holiday weekend. I took it in the following Tuesday when they were open only to have them keep the car again for another four days, this time the rental car was out of my pocket. The work was not checked thoroughly the first time around or the problem would’ve been found. I was billed for services that I didn’t necessarily need and I believe this to be incompetence. The service manager was uncaring and could barely speak two words out of an entire sentence the entire time. We certainly will never be going back and I would absolutely never recommend this place. Just my two cents.

Ace Radiator solved the air conditioning problem I had for months within the space of a few days. They communicated with me throughout the entire repair process, letting me know both price and time estimates. The staff were personable and clearly knew what they were talking about.

Felt like I got bent over here. They said my radiator was leaking so paid over 900$ for a new radiator and 2 days later my low coolant light came on so took it back and they said it is leaking internally. Took it somewhere else and found out coolant was leaking in my heads getting into the engine. Now need a new motor. Feel like if I would of know sooner I could of fixed before it got worse. At least would of saved 900$ by not needing a damn radiator. Some BS.

I had a weird problem with my van that somehow fixed itself when they were looking around for the problem. They were super friendly and only charged me for the searching they did. Its been working perfectly since!

You can call AutoZone you can call OReillys you can spend 4 hours hunting RockAuto but youre not going to find the cheapest deal unless you look local Ace radiator is the go-to people even if its just for a question dont take the time of day to go through with you so you dont need to waste hours on the phone just 35 cents in gas drive over grab your quality parts and be on your way.

Took my 2005 nissan titan in for a heater core and actuatorI can upload pictures of the multiple cracks in my dashboard and accessories on the dash board from the heater core replacement. The dash doesnt line up. I could have dealt with that.The price was decent, the work was poor and the customer service was C r a p.Wont go back as I let them know thanks. I already took the truck back for non working heat... they said they bypassed something and got it 15 degrees hotter.The heater core works but I would go elsewhere for better quality work in the future.Anyways if you had a good review thats cool but this was my experience. Thanks for reading.Im replacing my radiator and fan now yay.

We just picked up our conversion van from this place because we took it there to get the AC fixed. Its an older van and we didnt want to throw a bunch of money into it. They were able to repair the line and fix a belt to get it going again. It turned out to be much cheaper than what we thought it would be. The staff was prompt and very personable. We were extremely happy with the price and the service and would definitely return to them again if we ever had additional issues!

The only place to get quality radiator service DONE RIGHT. Example, I took my 2011 Ford F250 Super Duty to have a fluid leak fixed. They could have said the radiator was bad but they found a upper hose causing the problem. Honest, good service every time.

They had gave me a low price (wrong price) on radiatorit was about a third of the price it should have been. they still honored that price ..I have 4 trucks 2 semi and I will always buy from this place if possible.

Called and spoke with Bud on January 13th. Explained to him what I wanted done, he said they could handle the job and he offered me a next day, Tuesday appt.Work was done as described and on time. I asked them to use their best judgment on peripheral parts replacement as they disassembled the top end of my motor.I am extremely happy to report that yes indeed some additional parts were required and were replaced as well, saving me a hassle later on.The truly amazing thing for me, they stayed below the quoted price, even with the additional items.I will definitely go back for future auto repairs.Thank you Bud and thank you to the mechanics that worked on my 1997 Chevy K-1500!!!Greg B.

Ace is a local family-owned business that cares about their customers. They are honest, friendly, and do a great job. They service much more than radiators. My AC had a leak and was blowing hot air when I took it in to them this morning and now it’s ice cold. Thanks, Ace!

We had taken our truck to a Warsaw IN dealership to get the air conditioner fixed and after 4 times when they said it was done we would pick it up and the the part would blow again. So we took the truck into Ace Radiator Ft Wayne IN and it had been misdiagnosed and they-had it fix within 48 hours. What a GREAT place and KNOWLEDGEABLE PEOPLE.

Ace replaced my radiator that was completely blown. It didnt take them very long. My wire harness got destroyed by my radiator while it was at their shop, they took full responsibility for it. Fair and honest.

I had an appointment to bring in my car on Wed to get the A/C worked on. I dropped it off Tues afternoon, by Wed afternoon it was done. Ace had diagnosed and fixed multiple problems that Bergers had missed the previous year.Ace is the only place I will go to get my vehicles A/C and radiators worked on.

Very fair and knowledgeable. I have sent my kids their. I dont feel they overly take advantage of people. They know what they are doing. They may look super busy but they get your car done in a timely fashion. Very rarely, there is a communication gap where they think they have called you but havent. I still call them first if I have an issue I think they can fix.
