I cant give a great review on this location. To much finger pointing when stuff goes wrong, not to mention the management. Its not cool having to go back and fourth from this store and lima store for a 8 buck refund and lost a point off my rewards for a differnt transaction. Just made no sense. Most time you also have more wait time and evenly explained things go wrong and incorrect items get ordered here. I just do the drive to Lima rd. Seems much better at that location.

The credit card machines were down and even though polite, the staff didnt seem to know much about vehicles or parts.

Went in to get a bulb for my headlight and the gentleman was very friendly, he even volunteered to put it in if it was easy to do which it was and he did thank you very very much

I went in this afternoon after work with my husband for a battery terminal brush. Eric W. greeted us and showed us where it was at, along with giving some advice and knowledge about what else could be the issue with my car not starting. Turns out it was the battery. I called after my car wouldn’t turn over to come in for it tested and he told me (and at this point my friend) that if we could get it out he’d test it in the store. Turns out it was 100% dead and he helped me pick a replacement, told us about needed maintenance, and answered a couple other questions I had about other issues. He was very helpful and I would definitely trust him to go to again!

Absolute joke of a store. Employees have been rude to me nearly every visit, and have never been able to answer questions Ive presented. My main gripe, is one time I bought a defective air conditioning recharge kit, with a broken trigger, so I was completely unable to use it. It was a $45 kit, so I took it back to the store. The counter cashier refused to let me return it, due to policy, despite me showing the obvious defect with the broken trigger. (She was the same employee that sold me the item about 20m ago). She ended up calling the manager who also refused to return it due to whatever return policy they enforce here. I will never be returning to this or any other AutoZone. Disappointed and frustrated with this store.

They always have what I need

Stopped by 10 minutes before closing time to get a new headlight, thinking it would be a simple in-and-out. I was helped by Brian P and Eric W and they helped me find the product I needed. After helping me figure out what to do on my vehicle for nearly 30 minutes, they decided to come out and help me, since the headlight seemed to be a bigger issue than just replacing it. The whole time they were both very friendly, and despite keeping them working until nearly 20 minutes over their closing, they continued to troubleshoot with a smile on their face. Never felt more valued by an auto place. They were genuinely happy to help me get set up and eventually fixed everything, even when it went way beyond the scope of what I was initially there for. These guys were literal rockstars. I dont know what kind of long days they had leading up to tonight, but they dropped all of that to help a stranger figure his stuff out way past closing. Cannot emphasize enough how hospitable these guys were.

I wish I could remember the ladys name who helped me. She was very knowledable and I was in and out quick. Ive never had a preference when choosing a store other than looking at and comparing prices. Now I will continue to come back here when possible. When you can go to any auto parts store and get what you need, THIS is what keeps someone coming to you. Great job stores need more people like this and it would prevent frustration and wasted time.

Well I left your store 45 mins ago and have the bushing changed and wipers on! Next time you want to talk down to lady atleast be respectful because some of us do know how to work on cars! I will most definitely being calling corporate about the treatment Eric gives women in the store because guy or girl should be able to walk in to autozone tell you what I want and be able to purchase it without being harassed about my intelligence! Or questions about why I need this part. I hope this helps someone from further being treated down by Erics unprofessionalism. 30 years of knowledge or not you can’t talk to people the way you treated myself. Yep, needed new windshield wipers so the place to go. Employee took old wipers off&installed new wipers. Every time Ive gone to AutoZone employees have knowledge of what I need. Great place to shop.

If some some works at a auto part store they should at least no what a tool is!!! and when i ask if they selll one get told bye a mananger if we did it be at the bottom of the self really cant walk over there and show a customer where they are get told dont have it and dont sell it well there site says they do wont be going back ill stick napa where they not what there doing!!

I appreciate the tools they let me borrow and the free check on the alternator. The only reason I docked a star is because I was given misleading information as to my cars problem. Other than that, the service was excellent, and the staff friendly.

AutoZone was once a place I always avoided. Theyve come a long way.

I love the Rudisill store, the usually have more parts than the hub on Clinton. And if they dont have it they will get it quick for you.

They are pretty cheap on car parts and other items that you might need for your car.

Always busy. Counter people rude and abrupt. Bought a pwr steering pump was supposed to have o rings with it. Called store was told to bring pump back in order to receive o rings. Pump requires a lot of labor. Went and bought o rings from advance auto parts installed o rings only to find front seal on pump was leaking. Not quality parts. Not professional people. Very disappointed. Took van to a shop all the money and time spent down the drain. IM DONE PURCHASING PARTS FROM THEM

Slow service.

Had to replace battery in truck. Nasty cold day, the salesman installed the new battery for me. He originally had the idea he could do this alone but soon found out that with the help of my nephew, myself, and a YouTube video, we got that job done in just under an hour! I dont know what Chevy was thinking when they designed the 15 Colorados battery compartment but I do know what that poor salesman thinks! Thank you sir for all your help!!!!!
