I purchased a simple exhaust tip for my Tacoma. On line price was very competitive for Original Toyota accessories and purchasing was simple. Shipping was average speed for USPS. My package arrived double boxed sealed with heavy duty tape that wasn’t going to tear. The product was packaged very well inside and arrived in perfect condition. What was surprising was the attention to detail when I noticed instructions were printed stapled very neatly and included in the package with my invoice. I highly recommend purchasing parts from Evans Toyota!

I ordered TRD accessory wheels and a skid plate. All of which arrived quickly, and in perfect condition.The items I ordered were packaged extremely well. The wheel boxes were reinforced with extra cardboard and placed inside another box lined with padding.When I called the parts department with questions the staff I spoke with was friendly, professional, and thorough in answering my questions.I recommend ordering parts and accessories from Evans Toyota to anyone.

Dishonest listings online. There is no reason to post a car full of trash and with damage, and not list it or show it. Photos were taken in a way to obscure or flat out deceive customers. And when I called to ask about it, I was met with the most bored or most apathetic customer salesman I had ever spoke too, told me no we havent done anything with it, so yeah. Do not do business with this dishonest company.

I order a part online on October 10 2019 a received confirmation on the e-mail from the purchase. However, a month later I received another e-mail saying that the order was backed up and that it will be delivered on December 5th 2019. I was like well thats not what they advertise, but I still waited. Its 2020 and Im still waiting. They dont answer the phone and dont return calls or e-mails they just took my money and gave me nothing.

I would definitely order from here again! I spoke to the location and they were so nice and worked on a confusion i had super quick and took care of if. Hands down best prices!

Ok so my parts was right. But it took a whole week to get them. And when i got them my brake line was so bent out of shape i could not match it up to the line i took off the car. I only brought the over priced factory brake line so that i didnt have to bend a new one. But i over paid and still had to bend it anyway... So i overpaid waited a week with no car and still had to perform labor. Other than tnose thing everything was ok.

Ordered a set of rav4 all weather mats, purchased on 3/3/19, it is now3/11/19 and paid $10.50 for 2 day priorty shipping and still have not received item.
