Rick Harris from Culligan of Fort Wayne was our Culligan specialist. He was extremely knowledgeable, and made sure everything was clear and understandable. He didnt try to upsell or pressure into any purchases or services. He came to give us info on our system and test our water and he did exactly that. We recieved good news but still had an odor problem, he went above and beyond to give us tips and recommendations to solve our issue. Would highly recommend Rick and wont be calling anyone but Culligan in the future. Excellent Job!

I work for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fort Wayne, and were always going through lots of bottled water while working with our crews and volunteers on the job site. I reached out to Culligan, and they graciously offered to donate 8 cases of water to help us out! The sales rep. Jamison was friendly, prompt, and helpful throughout the very simple process. Were very thankful to have great businesses like Culligan around.

I called on a Monday wanting to set up new service. They gave me all the terms. I wasnt crazy about the terms. You have to sign a 1 year contract. They only deliver once a month. If you live in an apartment and dont have much storage where are you going to keep all of those bottles? But I was still going to sign up. They said they would do my credit check and get back to be later that day. I didnt hear back from them till the next day. They approved me and set up for them to deliver me my cooler and water the next day, Wednesday. They dont give you a window for when they will be there. So I was home all day waiting. At 5:22pm I called to find out what was going on. No answer but they gave a number for the on call person. So I called that number. No answer and I left a message telling them I was still waiting could they call and let me know what is going on. They never came on Wednesday and they never called back. On Thursday, again they never showed up or called me back. About 6pm on Thursday I called and left another message. I told them to cancel my order as I am not getting stuck in a 1 year contract with a company that has such horrible customer service. Of course I still havent heard back. And Im fine if I dont hear from them now. I am done with them.

We signed up with Culligan and everything was great and after a year I’ve had nothing but problems. May have a system to call you and tell you when you’re going to get a delivery sometimes they call you sometimes they don’t. Also I’ve had nothing but problems with delivery of water to my residence like when you know you’re supposed to have a delivery and your bottles are placed outside you get home and you don’t have a water delivery you call about it and tell them that you didn’t get your delivery then they say well they delivered and left them by the door well I’m looking at my security camera I don’t see you delivering but my bottles are still here. Again you call you get some story when we had a different driver today not my problem with today’s technology and maps cell phones I don’t think my house is hard to fine on the corner of a city block with the police car sitting in the front yard but then yesterday same thing I was to get a water delivery I get home no delivery empty bottles still sitting on deck call them within the office hours and get an answering machine repeatedly called finally got through just stay here while the driver said he delivered them I’m telling you again looking at security camera he did not so this morning on the way to work I take a drive up N. Harrison St. my water delivery was sitting at the address on North Harrison and one I’m not going to get it they can bring it to my house I am about so sick and tired of stupid drivers can’t deliver it to the proper address and they don’t quit making excuses for Seth drivers they will be finding their equipment in the front yard which brings up another thing when you do the rental of the equipment and they come to do the service on it they take that device and bring you a different one well Hey bring wine and it doesn’t dispense water call them they bring another Technician positive and puts the water on top leaves doesn’t wait to see if it fires up no cold water when I get home smell or something hot in my house water cooler was sitting there clicking on and off and compressor was really hot good thing It didn’t burn my house down so they come out 3 days later and replaced again this company really makes it a big inconvenience for the customer Do you think they would credit your bill or something for all the hassle no like I said give them one more time to get stuff right and make it right or they are gone

After a few calls, a tech was scheduled for the next day. I have an older unit so was expecting the worst news. I was delighted to be informed that it was a simple fix as a pin had come loose leaving the unit stuck in regeneration mode. Took less than 15 minutes to have it up and running with only a service call charge. All the reps were friendly and pleasant to work with. Tech knew exactly what to look for. In 15 + years, Ive only had to replace parts and pay labor once (approx $300). Its been a great unit for my family! Thanks Culligan folks!

Culligan is an amazing company to work with. We have been a customer for several years and have never had an issue! Fort Wayne Museum of Art Chalk Walk would not be the same without their generous donation.

We have been customers of Culligan of Fort Wayne for more than 16 years. That includes the purchase of two high-efficient water softeners for two homes and home delivery of salt. Our current $2,000 “Gold Series” softener recently stopped working. A service representative determined that both the display and some internal valves were not working properly. The display circuit board was still under warranty but the valves were not. In addition to the $99 “trip charge”, the service rep estimated $137 to replace the valves and another ~$100 for labor to change the circuit board. I balked at this labor charge since it was obvious to me, and confirmed by the service rep, that it would take less than ten minutes to replace the circuit board. I told him that I would pick up the circuit board at Culligan’s place of business and install it myself before he completed the out-of-warranty work. Everything went as planned and I paid the representative the balance for the service call on January 30. A week later I received a bill in the mail for an additional $35 that included a $2 charge for a “Statement Processing Fee”!To Culligan’s credit, the Office Manager, Bryan Sexton, contacted me within a few days to apologize for the miscommunication and blunder with the billing. He offered a consolation to maintain good faith in their business. I recommend having a full understanding of what is covered under any equipment warranties and to obtain a quote in writing prior to entering into any service agreement.

I had Bruce Schoenle of Culligan Fort Wayne over to test my water and discuss options. He was very thorough in testing and explaining the results. I dont know anyone more passionate about water than Bruce and as a result we are going to be getting a reverse osmosis system.

There are, I believe, a lot of fake reviews about this water softener company. LISTEN TO MY EXPERIENCE.!!!!!!!!On August 17th, 2017, I had Culligan install a water softener in my home. Next day the smell of rotten eggs coming from the water was disgusting. I do not have well water, I use city water. I never had this problem before. The tank I was given looked like it came from a garbage dump.I had to pay upfront a $105.93 . The advertised $9.99 for the first three months does not appear to exist.So far, this company is refusing to at least refund partial payment to me.My mom has a compromised immune system because of illness, I cannot afford to have bacteria in my water. This is where the rotten egg smell comes from

45.00 a month to rent a water softener! Then your salesman got an attitude when we bought one outright from another place. It will pay for itself in 6 months. He advised us we just spent more on getting it installed then on the cost of the unit. Also on a scale of 1-10.. our install is an 11. Trying to scare us into going with Culligan. By the way.. your salesman couldnt have been more wrong

Amazing service and very friendly staff. We had a softener installed last month and the difference in our water is like night and day, it is so much better. This is very noticeable with our dishes. We used to have really bad water spots on our glasses, but now they are gone. I would highly recommend Culligan to anyone.

We have difficult water from our well, but they have done a great job making it excellent.

Office staff is not service oriented, helpful or friendly. We have been very confused with the billing process. The online bill pay is not user friendly. Somehow we suddenly had 2 accounts which led to more confusion! The prices were raised on the salt without warning or explanation. The amount of salt being delivered changes from delivery to delivery without explanation which leads to having to call for more deliveries. The only plus of this service is they show up when they say they are going to. If you have a choice for water softening services in Fort Wayne, dont choose Culligan.
