I was able to schedule an appointment online, go into the store and was immediately greeted by an associate. I explained the reasoning for my visit. He was able to give me an accurate time expectancy for the repair. The entire process was quick, required the least amount of effort with superior convenience and well within a reasonable price.

No longer a customer. Having bought over a dozen batteries for my vehicles in the last 15 years I was amazed and disappointed to find out company policy is a prorated replacement battery has no warrantee. I purchased a Duracell battery for my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2017. In 2019, after 2 years it would not hold a charge. Replaced with like battery at reduced cost by warrantee. Now the 2019 wont hold charge. Employee asked how often vehicle is driven. Seldom as it is tow vehicle for our motor home and is plugged in to maintenance charger when not in use. He said he couldnt tell battery status as it had no charge. I told him it had been on a charger.I was prepared to assume it was no longer usable and buy a replacement. The clerk quoted a full price amount and when I asked ifa warrantee reduction applied he said no the 2019 purchase had a reduction applied so a replacement for it would not be reduced. My reaction was disbelief that Batteries Plus would only stand behind every other battery.As he had my account history on his computer, I noted to him the consistent customer I had been and it fell on deaf ears and his look of oh well prompted me to say I guess Ill go elsewhere, whereupon I was informed that was my choice. I chose elsewhere.

I placed my online order and within minutes I was advised it was ready for pick-up. The young man at the store was very pleasant and courteous. I was in and out within minutes. I wish all store employees were this efficient and friendly.

Service was great! Went as scheduled, done professionally and got some great tips about my phone from the service rep.

Generally overall a good store with proactive store managers. There is one specific associate by the name of Warren that lacks customer service skills to say the least. His tone I find to be very inappropriate in the manner in which he approaches customers.

After spending 3 hours on site going back and forth, my phone is still not repaired properly. My home button worked when I took my phone in, sure my screen isn’t cracked anymore, but now multiple features of my phone don’t work and they couldn’t fix it after they messed it up. So I paid over $100 to have my phone messed up. I don’t recommend having any work on your phone done here.

They have good customer service,and kind people that work here. My experience wasnt the greatest though.I went in for a cracked screen and had to go back 3 times because the screen wasnt working correctly after being fixed and at one point the bottom part of the screen stopped working after being fixed. Wasted a lot of time waiting around. They did assist me everytime and eventually got it fixed. Just a long process

Went originally to get my 7+ repaired for a charger port issue, and they fixed my battery instead and my phone stopped working, went back today they claim to replace it but my phone still WONT CHARGE OR TURN ON ....

I ordered a power wheels battery charger online and picked it up in store; despite my having made a mistake in choosing the item, the process itself was very simple and efficient. The man who waited on me both times I was in today was fantastic and very friendly; however, the long-haired Rasta-acting employee was pretty uninterested when I called back and said I had gotten the wrong battery charger, describing the one I needed and asking whether they had it. He seem to want to rush me off the phone, telling me I’d have to bring the battery in to find the right charger, despite the fact that i said I didn’t know how to take the battery out of the machine it was in.

Very Congenial staff. All the staff had masks on in there were screens up to protect the public. Had an old cell phone that the battery had gone bad on and they repaired in about an hour very good work.

My SONY VAIO VGN-FW 468J/B laptop battery is BPS13 (i.e. item# is COM10378) and you sent me item# COM12912 instead which is obviously the wrong item because it does not fit on my laptop at all (I took my laptop with me). I have to return and get refund back immediately at the store where I picked it up. I then placed another order, item# COM10378 (BPS13) at the same store and I have been waiting for over a week now still waiting to get the right one.

Batteries Plus put a new battery in my Samsung Galaxy S7. So far everything looks great. I feel really bad though. I thought the quoted price was $59.99 and was charged $69.99. I made somewhat of a fuss over it and when I got home I see it did say $69.99. I want to apologize because it was my error not yours.

I was looking to have an iPad screen replaced, and I selected this location over others because of the extended hours (I was coming from out of town, and all the other places would already be closed by the time I got there). The employees kept me in the loop of the progress of my repair from beginning to end. The online scheduling service was seamless. The price was very competitive with what was being offered at other locations.

B+B is a great place to get a new car battery. Just buy it online (there are frequent sales and coupons), then show up any time on the day youve scheduled. Theyll install it while you wait and dispose of your old battery. They have an amazing array of batteries, including oddball batteries for golf carts and motorcycles. I didnt give them five stars because disconnecting the battery disabled my radio and they didnt know how to recode it, something theyve been able to do in the past. All In all, much faster and more convenient than waiting in line at Walmart or leaving your car a your mechanics shop.

Called the store to double check availability on a certain battery for my sump pump. I told them what I needed based on the battery I was replacing. He told me I had the wrong battery (Group 34M) and said sump pumps are Group 31. When I walked in I told him I was there to pick up the 31M battery for my sump pump. He told me what I had just carried in was a 27. I showed him it said 34M. Again he told me he didnt believe it was. Seriously?! He then walked over to grab the 31M and saw they didnt have one, so he proceeded to tell me a 27M is what I really needed and not a 34M or a 31M, even though thats what I was told on the phone. Apparently when you dont have an item in stock you make it up as you go along. Through a lot of frustration and his inability to calculate 10% off, I walked out with the 27M. All I can say is it better not fail when I need it!! If a manager would like to contact me to discuss I am willing.

They were able to answer my questions about a broken van key fob. They checked it and confirmed that a replacement battery would not fix it. I asked questions and they answered clearly and cheerfully.

I really like these guys. They worked with me and my old laptop. Battery wasnt charging, and it was original. Wasnt sure if it was battery or computer not charging. They let me try new battery so I could tell if computer would charge it. Good news, it did and all I needed was a battery. 😊

I bought a car battery with 2 year warranty, in 2013. My car began to start hard due to cold weather. I didnt remember the age of the battery, and they looked it up for me...I was a bit shocked the battery had lasted until 2019! They had areplacement in stock, I drove there and they installed it quickly. Pretty groovy.

Tim Slaughter gave us excellent prompt service. Thought we needed a new battery for our van since the battery was just over 4 years old and recently needed to be jump started a couple times. Tim checked if for us and said the battery was still working fine., but one of the terminal connectors was loose. After tightening up the connector using a shim he provided for us the van started right up.
