Really enjoyed working with Land Rover Fort Wayne. I was out of state (800 miles away) and they did a great job showing me all of the details of the car by picture and video. Completing the transaction remotely was very easy and the paperwork was super organized so I was in and out of the DMV in 15 minutes to register the car. Shipping issues arose (which was not their fault, third party shipping co) but they stepped up to figure it out and get me the car ASAP. Would absolutely buy from them again, and it was a pleasure dealing with Elliet and Thomas who were extremely professional and pro-active. They were super accessible anytime of the day, evening outside of their normal hours.Thanks again and will absolutely buy my next car from you!

I have owned Land Rovers for more than 15 years, and I’ve been to many different Range Rover dealerships for my vehicles. Fort Wayne Land Rover is by far the best run and most professional dealership that I have ever dealt with. They truly care about their customers and their vehicles. They treat you like family and go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy with your purchase (or service.) It also happens to be the most beautiful and clean Land Rover dealership that I have ever seen! Even though I will have to drive out of state to get to Indiana, I will only be using Fort Wayne Land Rover in the future for my cars.

We bought this vehicle remotely from a different state and couldnt be happier with the level of communication that this dealership provided. Every text message or phone call was promptly answered with multiple video chats. Buying remotely can be stressful, but this was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Hands down would do it again and would change nothing about how this process went. Buy with confidence!

I wouldnt bad mouth any company, unless I felt an extreme amount of disappointment or mistreatment. I reached out about a certain vehicle here early on 8/26/2021, I spoke with a lady and scheduled an appointment to come test drive on 8/28/2021. We live 100 miles from this location, weekends are our only time to run errands since we both work full time during weekdays. The sales associate promptly reached out same day confirming the appointment day/time/vehicle. On 8/27/2021, NEXT DAY, I receive a automated message saying that the vehicle we were interested in is no longer available and was sold, attaching a link for another vehicle with double the amount of miles, and not even a certified vehicle. I was confused because I thought an appointment held the vehicle for us. Believe me I have been working in the auto auction industry since 2006, I understand the movement of inventory. The lack of communication is what was the most frustrating to us. If on 8/26/2021 the lady I spoke with, or the salesman would have stated we needed to submit any financial contracts or put a deposit down to hold this vehicle, WE WOULD HAVE DONE SO. I was under the impression that the scheduled APPOINTMENT held it. To insure complete customer satisfaction and trust with ANY company, flawless communication is a must. Customers/clients/guests want to feel that their needs are at an extreme importance to you, especially with large purchases. We are very frustrated and disappointed with the treatment we received and our experience.

The service was exceptional. I love the car as well. All the features were presented and explained and it is the first time I have sat still for an introduction. Usually I say, skip all of that stuff and just give me hose keys!

My first Land Rover, and I cant say enough about the politeness of the staff here at this dealership. Gone are the days of Truecoat and talking to my manager. They made my wife and I feel like part of the family upon every visit. Very happy with my Defender!

I purchased a 2013 Volvo from this dealership... Over 200 miles away from them.Not only was it one of the quickest car buying experiences Ive ever had (a total of 20 minutes from first contact to the car being taken off the market), but our salesperson, Evan, was the nicest weve ever had the pleasure of dealing with! He was transparent with all of the dealerships fees, very punctual (I dont think Ive ever waited more than 10 minutes for a text back from him), and extremely informative, which is twice more than we can ask for purchasing and shipping a vehicle from over two hundred miles away.I highly reccomend this dealer if youre looking for a high quality vehicle and an extremely pleasant car buying experience!

I had the pleasure of working with Elliet and Thomas. I typically dread walking into a dealership and having to face high pressure sales, chaotic environment & inflated prices etc. This was not the experience I had at Tom Kelley; quite the opposite because I worked with Elliet and Thomas. They took great care of me and even allowed me to use their conference room for an urgent meeting that I had. Customer service is certainly a dying breed but it is undoubtedly not at Tom Kelley Fort Wayne. Definitely ask for Elliet and Thomas! Purchased a 2021 Jaguar XF R Dynamic and the service was absolutely outstanding. Not only was the car fantastic but the sales, test drive and pickup was flawless. David Macias was my sales person and he worked very hard to make the purchase happen. The test drive was 45 minutes and I was accompanied by Stephen. He was knowledgeable and extremely professional.
