One star because I couldn’t give less. I purchased 2021 genesis gg 80. Was quoted an out the door price including Kentucky state taxes. Signed a contract. Wired over$76000 for amount on contract. Drove over four hours to pick up vehicle. Vehicle was not ready. When we got there. Sales took us over an hour and half. Filling out papers. Finally gave us extra set keys and car manual. Then the sales mgr comes to inform us they need to charge us $470 more dollars for taxes after we had a signed contract. After much arguing he agreed not to charge us more. We then went back to finance mgr to sign more paperwork. This after an hour and half to sign earlier paperwork. The finance mgr wanted us to pay the extra $470 even though the sales mgr agreed to eat it. After that many arguments insured in the middle of the show room floor they came to the conclusion we couldn’t have car unless we paid the extra. Even though we had contract for the amount we paid in full 5 days earlier. So we left and drove 4hours back without the car. We did not receive our money back we paid till 6 days later. We will be contacting ft Wayne bbb and Indiana fraud division

We decided to purchase the Genesis G70 about a month ago, after it was voted North America Car of the year, and couldn’t be happier. The service in the dealership was fantastic from beginning to end and the service department (to date) has been great as well. The car has far exceeded our expectations and if you haven’t had the opportunity to test drive a Genesis you’re missing out.

Sales person Evan Williams was able to let me test drive his genesis and I am considering buying one in the near future.
