Ive been here once and it was a solid experience. Im here today for a screen replacement so we will see how this goes! Their Google hours need a edit though! They are open 7 days a week. 10am-7pm Mon-Sat and Sundays are noon to 5.

So I called and made an appointment to have someone take a look at my device. When I arrived and entered the store, an employee came out and said his boss told him to close the store because he was training new people? (even though the store front door wasnt locked). I still dont get how theyre able to set me up with an appointment and the store was closed.It was just a waste of my time and gas driving there. I ended up going to Genius phone repair on Jefferson and they were at least able to look at my device. Poor service/management.

I took my Pixel 4 Xl in today to be fixed. It would not open or charge. It took about half the time they said it would be. Works like its brand new, Thanks guys. The staff was friendly and great to work with. Well worth the 1+ hour drive.

Took ps4 in for a hdmi repair. They repaired that just fine. But when I got home none of my controllers would sync to my ps4, even plugged into the USB port. When they did sync there would be alot of lagging, then they would disconnect. Took it back to the shop, they said there was nothing wrong and showed their controller worked on my ps4 just fine. Took it back home, same problem with the controllers syncing. Went out and bought a new controller, had that same problem. Not sure what happened, but it didnt start till the repair.-Update, its been over a month and Ive called multiple times each week. Each time I call, I get 1 of 4 outcomes. 1- Im on hold for 1.5 to 2 hours and give up to try again another day. 2- Im told I will be passed to the escalation team and put on hold for 1.5 to 2 hours before I give up and try again another day. 3- Im told someone tried to reach me but was unable to (false Im calling almost everyday at this point and have no missed calls or voice-mails from them) and because of that my case was closed. 4 (my favorite one) Im told I have to look up the address and information of their store for them so they can find my account, and after I went ahead and googled their address for them, they still didnt have my information and they had no record of a repair being done.I guess there is a 5th outcome, I got the someone will call you back in 10 minutes line a couple times...yeah no one called me back...I was just hoping I wouldnt have to buy another game system when I paid to have it repaired

Came in looking to spend 300 or more for a replacement screen for my note 20 the staff did a great job on keeping my price below 200 so I was able to buy a new case so all in all I spent 240 for everything had my phone done in time very friendly staff

I was told that because I started the repair myself there was nothing they could do to help fix my Google pixel 4a 5G. Because I opened it up they couldnt even work on it. Now Ive got a problem that I know how to solve but they wont help me. They were unwilling to help me find parts for the phone nor were they able to sell me the charging port I needed.Its rules like these that go against right to repair.

I didnt want to send my phone anywhere but samsung for a screen replacement so I knew it would be done right on my s20. After issues with Samsung customer service I found out ubreakifix is a certified repair center. I decided to give them a try and my experience was excellent. The phone looks and works as good as new!!! Not to mention they only had the phone for a couple hours.

I went to ubreakifix and these people were the absolute best! I had a broken Samsung galaxy s8 and they negotiated the price with me. I was able to drop my phone off the day before and pick it up the next day. Every detail he told me on the day I dropped it off was the same detail that was explained to me when I picked it up. I was so appreciative of their kindness and their fair pricing! I also was able to purchase asurion home insurance which covers all tech you have at home minus cell phones. But anything from tablets to Xbox you can have it all covered for 24.99 a month which to me is really cheap considering the prices on stuff these days. The price given to me on the day I dropped the phone off was the same as the price given to me when I picked the phone up as well.

I called and they got me in for same day service for fixing my broken iPhone screen. Staff was friendly and nice, the shop is nice looking and clean. The repair was done promptly and the cost was 30 dollars less than other quotes I had for the same repair. I went up to this professional looking shop, the service was as clean as the shop little did I know that it was all downhill from there. Giving them my Nintendo switch and explaining what was wrong with it. They told me, “ We will give you two different price, one to get, it to where it will work but may have small problems, or we can give you a full fix and charge extra to fix it like brand new.” “We will call you in a one to two days CFC day notice, giving you a price”. Then I left, two weeks go by and I have heard NOTHING. I decided to take initiative and call them myself. They answered, I explained to them that I never got a call for any information regarding the Nintendo switch. They then told me they would CHECK if it was ready to go. They told me that they still couldn’t get the “mainframe” to screw in. I then told them it was okay because I wasn’t going to go to the store today I was coming tomorrow, they then told me, it should be fine by tomorrow, also since there was such an inconvenience they would drop the price from 90 dollars to 60 dollars. Never receiving a call the next day, I assumed that it was good to go. I show up to the shop to retrieve my Nintendo switch they then told me, “it isn’t ready” they claimed they told me “we will give you a call when everything is working” which is completely false. So I leave, waiting patiently impatient for a call. They next day I received a call, from uBreakiFix, they then told me “we ended up having to take the entire switch apart to fix it fully, so we are raising the price from 60 dollars to 160 dollars I, then started to think to myself “they told me they would give me two prices they then gave me no choice other then to pay the 160 dollar” Even though I am only 14 I was willing to pay it. But I needed to get a small loan because I was using my birthday money to fix my Nintendo switch and simply did not have enough. I then proceeded to call my father to ask for a loan of 40 dollars, he asked me what it was for I proceeded to explain to him the entire story, he FURIOUS due to the circumstances of the entire situation didn’t give me the money instead decided to have a talk with them about it. We decided Against paying full price and came to the conclusion that they were going to REbreakit and give it back to us for free. I am very disappointed with the quality of professionalism, and I highly suggest not to come to this shop, in Fort Wayne IN.

Went in to get phone screened fixed. Went back to pick up hour 1/2 later. Was told that the phone is deemed as “unfixable” and that it no longer will turn on. Was told there was nothing else she could do for us. Now the phone not only has a broken screen but will not turn on. If you need your screen fixed DO NOT go to this third party corporation. Worst experience.

Went to get a phone screen repaired to get the data off of it and was told by Taylor that it would have been cheaper to just buy a new phone and helped me get the data off of it. Would definitely go back if I had another phone problem.
