They were very helpful. One of the staff members messed up my address on my shipment. I called in a day later and was easily helped to get the issue resolved. Prices are hiked up here but its expected from gamestop.

Place is fine, though Im not keen on trying to push the sale. Yes, I know they have in store competitions but I dont want the extra protection, your magazine, extra bonus cards, which are ALWAYS pushed.. Just my game, thank you.

I will always try to buy from gamestop whenever I can. They have toys, games, knowledge of the products or usually know where to find it if not. If you want to invest in gamestop stop in !! Reddit pun intended

This is a great place to buy new and used games and the staff is awesome.

Wasnt able to find what we were looking for but thats ok. Had to wait in line because they are only allowing 5 people in the store at a time due to covid and masks are required. Wait time wasnt terribly long either.

Obviously great deals as the Christmas stock was pretty low.Employees were so helpful.

Absolutely worst experience Ive ever had at a GameStop your employees are rude and ignored me and were hitting on my wife made her feel incredibly uncomfortable if this negative review is all that I will be giving if not I will be contacting corporate personally I have never had such a negative experience in a GameStop in my entire life and I have been going there since Ive been eight will never be returning here neither will any of our family the most unprofessional store employee that Ive ever dealt with in my entire life came in there with a lot of money to spend didnt spend a dime went to eBay instead and will consider continuing for the remainder of the future also in my opinion if your employee cannot keep self control in front of a pretty woman then it makes me think and feel that you cannot control yourself on your underage little girls

They had it all. From Garfield Kart to Big Chungus on PS4; It was all there. The nice guy who ran the store asked if I wanted to pre-order Sonichu for the PS5 and I would recommend everyone say yes. The all-you-can-eat salad and lobster-tail bar is what did it for me though. If you want to dine in luxury and get a hot stone massage, theres no place like here.

Staff friendly as usual, in fact every GameStop Ive visit all over the country have great staff. Only dissatisfaction is corporate decision to continue to display games that are sold out and waiting in a long line especially during the holidays then be told the game is sold out. Display should have temporary sticker or some communication to alert consumers not available that day.

Staff was not knowledgeable or helpful in any way. Left and got better answers to questions at Walmarts electronic department, if you can believe that. Plus the game controllers I was looking at, were almost $20 dollars cheaper at Walmart than GameStop. Do not recommend, if your a parent like me, looking to ask questions before purchasing a gift for a teen!

I had troubles with my PS4, where I was unable to play any game without an error code shutting down the system; I didn’t have a warranty and was well past the free 30-Day warranty that came with the deal. Store manager Kody and salesman Josh had no reason to take back my PS4, but they did it for me nonetheless. Very friendly and helpful, and extremely understanding of my problem, they took back my PS4 and replaced it without second thought!!! I will always come back to this GameStop! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

As soon as I walked in there an employee asked if I needed help, and oh boy did I! I said the game I was looking for and they found it for me quick and gave me further information regarding the game!.

Stephen was on the register. The guy ahead of me was trading in a console, I needed to trade in 3 games and pay ion destiny 2. He started the transaction with console guy, opened a 2nd register and took care of me. Bonus was that when I called in 2 weeks ago to see if I could get the preload code for my digital copy and was told I would still have to pick the code up on release. I found out that want the case :)

Once you get past the smell of feet you realize that the prices arent as good they seem. GameStop has the physical game, but you arent getting a great price for it.
