Poor service. COVID or not they should not take prepayments and not schedule service. I was called day one for payment. Been a month and no service call even scheduled. You can wait on hold for over an hour to speak to someone and no one ever answers the phone,. Seek service from elsewhere.

As an IT specialist servicing multiple offices with X-ray machines, Panoramic has been my favorite x-ray machines and company to work with. The person below with problems with Windows updates need to realize that they should ALWAYS set their X-ray machine computer to NEVER get windows updates until you tell it to. (Yes I realize I said Always-Never) This way you can verify that the update will function well with the software. This is true on all machines - not just Panoramic - and especially true on anything running twain drivers. The machines rarely have any issues and when they do, Panoramic is right there to help - logging in and making it right. It is the x-ray machine I recommend.
Ive been very disappointed with my machine. Does good images and the techs have been pleasant and helpful, but every time Windows 10 does an update, the settings for the machine are messed up and the Pan unit and the computer its connected to, wont communicate--no green light sayings its ready to image. That involves a call to tech support and a 45 minute to 1 hour ordeal to get things straightened out--and thats if you can get hold of a warm body. This has happened at least 10 times now and its just getting very old. A third party connecting to Microsofts operating system really needs to have this sort of stuff worked out. Weve had to reappoint multiple patients to have an x-ray taken...certainly not good. I just cant rely on this machine...and hence...this company. Issue going on now for almost two years with no solution in sight. Just disappointing...expected better on a twenty thousand dollar purchase. I have suggested Linux operating system, but they say, no can do. Windows 10 does not play well with third party systems and treats them very hostile. Even small apps the techs write to reset Windows for function dont work all the time. Just frustrating...
Terrible customer service our machine has constant issue and they refuse to send out anyone to trouble shoot it. Wait is extensive just to speak to anyone. When you do finally speak with someone the problem is NOT solved. Absolutely terrible!!!!!!
Panoramic Corporation exceeded our expectations with regards to service. Our office was experiencing issues with our PC-4000 panoramic machine. Panoramic was very generous and partially covered the cost of the repair. We really appreciate their kindness, which is often a rarity in service nowadays. Would highly recommend to our colleagues.
I am very unhappy with Panoramic Corp right now. I have owned a new pan/ceph machine for about 1.5 years. It has never been right. The problem we have is when we take a pan then attempt to take a ceph right afterward. Often it works no problem, but other times we get a red light when we hit acquire, and a message saying no sensor or something to that effect. Last Friday your employee Reese said that I have a bad board and that the hardware was covered under warranty the labor was not. He asked me to pay by credit card in advance! This machine has been giving us this problem, but not every time, since we bought it. We have called about it multiple times. Last time I spent 52 minutes in a queue. I think it should be fixed at no charge to me.
Absolutely terrible customer service and frequent issues with equipment that take weeks to resolve. Do NOT purchase from this company!
Scheduled bi-yearly maintenance. Had a part sent in advance, and paid for all services. They dont provide their own maintenance, they use someone local. It took over a month to get it scheduled AFTER the parts arrived. That appointment got cancelled because the tech went over on another job. The day it was rescheduled the techs truck broke down. He never called to reschedule after that. it has been AT LEAST 4 months since weve paid for service weve never received. We have a part that may or may not be replaced, and I have no idea how long we can wait to return the part for credit if we dont need it.When you call Panoramic for support, you are on the phone for.....? Ive previously been on the phone for over an hour waiting for someone to pick up. Im writing this review while waiting on hold, its only been 16 minutes so this review could end up being a book by the time they answer.The last time I called, i brought this up. They are simply understaffed, and I was told to leave a message instead of waiting on hold. I did that earlier this week, and no one has called me back.Our office will be looking to purchase a new Pan or CBCT in the next couple of years. I can guarantee that it will NOT be through Panoramic Corporation.
They are liars and have worst customer service. Tried to buy Panoramic Envision Unit, I was told to make edition to the wall inside the office so the machine would fit. While doing so, applied for financing. Called them few days later just to be notified that apparently they are all sold out, while still advertising online and sending their brochures in the mail. Dont know if its an excuse to raise the price. Tried to follow up, and none of the departments pick up the phone. Guys be careful, the item is in thousands, you want to get the best customer service and a reliable one for that matter. Best of luck everyone.
Unable to ever reach a live person. Just had a repair take place with an outsourced company. My pano was working just had a small glitch with the sensor, and after Device Doctor came, it will no longer power up. Surprise Surprise, the new repair cost is now over $5000. The technician had zero idea how to explain how this could have happened and offered no solution. Ridiculous service by both pano corp and device doctor
Cant get anyone to answer the phone during their open business hours. Called multiple times couldnt get through to one person. Thats not great customer service. Left a message, never got a response, put in an online request, no response. 🤷♀️
I have to agree with Colleen Fodrey concerning Panoramics service. The only difference is I am a dentist, an end-user. Most times if we do have issues, its mostly due to Microsoft (ugh, dont get me started on that) and not Panoramic, but they are there to help us. Every single time. Our images are first class, our patients even like them as well and we couldnt be happier. Top Notch in every way!!! (And special thanks to a certain person somewhere who helped us permanently get rid of the Microsoft Bloatware that was ruining our computer)
Panoramic Corp has always been easy to work with and never billed me for anything I didnt buy. Im not sure what the previous reviewer is talking about but I would certainly recommend buying a Panoramic x-ray machine from them.
If you need to get a panorex machine call Scott at Panoramic Corp.....you will not be disappointed. Got mine and could not be happier. Thanks guys great job.
Horrible customer service, I have been calling them since Friday and left voicemail, No one contacted. I contacted them today again to place order, I was told to pay $10 if ordering via phone, so I decided to place it over website. They are charging double price online which is somewhat similar to online order. Called again to get it resolved. The sales rep told me that they will transfer to customer rep since she is free for help and she never picked my call. Hate the service
We have had more issues with our pan machine in the three years that we have had it than in the 15 years that we had the machine that it replaced (not a panoramic corporation machine). Service is expensive. Service technicians do not seem knowledgeable. I am upset with their customer care and support at this time.
Do Not purchase from this company. Horrible customer service. We had an issue with our machine. So they sent someone out and the guy was at our office. Left and never spoke to anyone at our office and now our machine takes sub standard pans and cephs. Upon contacting the company they were unable to help and finally told us that are images are fine and they wouldnt send anyone else out to address this issue. Please stay away.
Do not buy a Panoramic Corp panoramic xray or ceph. They do not stand behind their product. After less than 5 years of use, the head had a catastrophic failure for no assignable reason. The corp said it would cost me $7000 plus the repair techs time estimated to be $1500. For a repair cost of $8500. You have got to be kidding!!! I told them I was going to write a review on line and tell everyone in the dental industry to run dont walk away from this company. Our other xray systems have more than 20 yrs of no issue and still going strong. Not a good product and not a company I would ever recommend. I will see if this is the end or they will do the right thing. So far it looks less then promising.
My experience with Panoramic Corp has been nothing short of outstanding. Not only are the crew there always available to answer phones and any questions I had, but the products they sell are top quality. I had one of their older PC-1000 machines for many years, and it was a serious workhorse that never let me down. I recently purchased a new direct digital Envision panoramic unit and couldnt be happier. The ordering process with Ryan was seamless, and delivery/installation was completed perfectly the first time. They provided everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) I needed to be up and running, at a cost that is very reasonable.I saved myself thousands of dollars going with Pancorp vs the other panoramic brands. Why overpay using a middle-man dental supply company that takes their commision? When you by a Pancorp unit, you are dealing direct with Pancorp that makes and sells the unit. In the end, it costs you less for as good or better products than the other pano machines out there. Highly recommended!
UPDATING my 5 star review** I purchased my PAN/CEPH machine on November 2015. It worked great until OCTOBER 2019. Then many many problems began. A radiopaque horizontal lines keeps showing, image is blury on one side... and The BIGGEST problem was getting a hold of someone on customer service. It would take days or a WEEKS to get a call back after leaving multiple messages. Never able to talk directly to someone when calling. Finally, they would send a technician who honestly spent HOURS working and on the phone with Pan Corp trying to learn the updates. After multiple parts were changed (and paid for by me) the PROBLEM is BACK in my images (third time). I am calling AGAIN today and of course leaving a message. I requested in December a new technician and they do not have anyone else in the area they contract with... VERY disappointing. In the future I will for sure change x-ray company. (I did contact the great sales person from 2015, who replied my email in MINUTES, but no longer works there...).** I purchase my PAN/CEPH machine on November 2015, and so far had no issues and I am very happy with the company. I met their rep, Ryan Loeffler, at a dental meeting and he was very professional and efficient. I was able to do the purchase and delivery very fast. The machine takes good quality xrays. Once I had a problem because the machine was making a noise, they sent a technician right away and they repaired the issue at no extra cost because It was still under guarantee.
Fraudulent billing .This is a crooked company ...They bill you for services never performed then you pay to get them off your back and they still bill you . Do not use them for anything . They are crooked company ...
