Salesperson, Kevin was professional, knowledgeable and straightforward. He spent 2 1/2 hours with us in consultation helping us to plan for our replacement windows. He was also unflinching and unfazed by the chaos from our young children during the meeting. Kevin was friendly and respectful.

Kate Gigli was great to work with! She came to determine if two of our windows needed replaced. She called a tech for a consultation, and there was a simple solution to our problem, saving us a huge sum of money. This really made us realize how Kate and Pella are working to give us the best experience, not just make money.

I called Pella to have my 4 windows to determine if needs repair or replaced. Kate Gigli, Sales Representative, came to my house and determined that the sash had bad wood and needed to be replaced. She was very honest in that if she told me whole window would need replaced, I would have made an appointment. She gave me the Service Department phone number. She also advised me on how to repair the rotten wood on my French doors. She saved me thousands of dollars and I am very grateful to her. I recommend Kate Gigli for her integrity and professionalism.

I need to replace 3 windows. Pella was the 1st company that came out to provide an estimate. The guy (Kevin) probably spent about 15 minutes max, maybe less at my house. He measured the windows and asked if I had budget. I told him no and that he was the 1st to come out. He gave me his business card and said he would email me the quote. He didnt even give me a brochure. After a week goes by and I didnt receive the quote, I called and asked if he could send it to me. The lady said she would reach out to him and have him email it to me. Well, another week goes by and still no quote. I called again and asked for the quote. Again, they say, we will reach out to him and have him email you. A few days go by and guess what.....He finally email me saying that he sent the email awhile ago, but it was returned to him and he had just noticed it...... I would believe that IF he would have attached the correct quote. His quote was for a door. The quote shouldve been for the 3 windows that he measured. We never talked about a door, nor did he measure a door when he came out. I will gladly take my business elsewhere...Looks like Renewal by Andersen or Busheys it will be
