I went into this site today for a little help since Im occasionally technologically challenged. The employee was helpful and, patient as he showed me how to do a couple of things with my phone. As Im waiting, I hear the interactions between other customers and the staff helping them; they were all courteous and patient so, kudos to them on a busy Monday.

Sprint was way better. No more leasing. $20 upgrade fee, whatever that is. It took over 2 hours to transfer info to new phone. Children are running the store. Ill be leaving when I am ready for an upgrade.

Wish I could remember the name of the young lady, she was great. Took her and another employee about an hour to solve my Sim card problem, but they did it. I would go back to TMobile. Thank You.

This place is overly busy for what it is supposed to be doing not very trans friendly also upon arriving they do not respect the Fourth amendment right nor do they respect the first amendment right to record outside they also did not want to help me because I was interested in service with T-Mobile when I did get help I found out that they are actually outside of my coverage area barely but it would have been nice to know this a little sooner than instead of having to wait almost an hour and a half later

Representative was extremely rude. Clearly didn’t want to work today. She was reluctant to answer any questions. Basically everything was not her problem. Was bragging about how she hung up on a customer to another employee. Drove to a different location just to have a more positive experience.

I purchased a new phone on June 27th. Phenomenal service, no issues. A week later my glass screen protector broke and Ive always had a plastic one, so I brought my phone in to have it replaced.Couple of jokers working offered little to no customer service but directed me to Keys.com.....and thats not a website for screen protectors. So.... nice work, kids.

Great staff. Zoe was very nice to us. They were up beat with every customer that came in. I loved that they joked with a regular customer. He had a lot of questions and they were great with him. Got a Great deal on a family plan. Thanks!

Manager refused to help with a phone emergency said I needed a mask....got my mask out of the car and he said it wasnt good enough! Put on his store mask he still refused to help. Said I disrespected a customer because I asked a question. DONT GO HERE IF YOU NEED HELP!

While the individuals in the store were competent in explaining information and details about their plans and promotions, they will not stand behind what Corporate Sprint promises their customers. So if youre truly looking for anyone thats going to give you customer service and stand behind their name, consider going to a franchise store before making a deal at a corporate store or calling Sprint to see what theyre willing to do. Unfortunately switching phones from one carrier to Sprint is going to end up costing me more than what it was worth.

We switched from Verizon to Sprint on June 15, 2019. I am very displeased with Sprint’s cell phone service as well as their customer service. We have yet to receive the promised rewards for switching our 4 lines. Today, I called and talked to Dyson about the situation and calmly explained my frustration and stated, that if Sprint’s customer service did not improve they were going to continue to get complaints. Dyson’s response to my concern was, “I DO NOT CARE, FILE A COMPLAINT!”

Staff at this store was very helpful! Unfortunately though, Sprint is uninterested in keeping customers... They only want new ones and offer nothing a loyal customer of 16 years such as myself. We may be changing carriers. Its like the cable companies! Who will give me best value for My money!

This was an amazing experience. We came here looking to get new phone plans (we didnt have one) and we walked out in less than 45 minutes. There was a crazy number of people in the store after they closed but the employees never bat an eye and were willing to help everyone!

Not a very pleasant experience. Went to look at a phone as i was due for an upgrade. A salesperson approached me asking why i came in. I said i was thinking about a new phone and indicated which one i was interested in. Instead of showing me the phone and explaining its features, he took me over to a sales station and asked for my phone number. I gave him the number and then he asked for my license. I inquired as to why he needed my id and he said it was to verify my information pertaining to my account. He then gave me a tablet asking for permission to scan my id and explain that it was to be shared with a 3rd party for fraud prevention services. I objected to this as i just wanted to look at a phone. He asked a manager if there was a way around it, but he replied it is Sprint policy and needed it to access my account info. I reluctantly agreed and after i initialed it and watched as he photographed both sides of my id, he told me that without it he could only look at my account and not make any changes. All i came in for was to look at a phone, which i made clear several times, and now photographs of my id are on at least 2 servers that could potentially be hacked. He went on to explain what was necessary for me to get a phone today. Again, Not what i asked for. I just wanted to look at a phone. He finally takes me to see the phone and basically just stands there. No attempt to sell me a phone. Showed a complete lack of product and accessory knowledge. Very unsatisfying experience. Do not recommend this store at all. Been with Sprint for 25 years. This really makes me want to switch carriers.

Kerry the store manager & john were amazing help for me today. we are hosting a foreign exchange student this year and his phone doesn’t work in america. i had to get him a new phone for here and they were both so patient with the process of testing old phones to see if they were compatible. finally realizing we need to get a new phone, we got one, and they even helped with the application fee and process. definitely a memorable and great experience. i’m 19 so i’m new to this adulting stuff and they helped a lot and answered all the questions i had without a problem! thanks guys!

Terrible, went in to simply pay my bill and listened for half an hour while an associate slandered other companies and continiously attempted to upsell his customer. The other associate was very accommodating her name was Jessica, the other guy though is horrible and a liar

IPhone 7 was giving an error of “unable to update carrier settings”. Went to this sprint store in an attempt to see if they could fix it (after exhausting all DIY fixes that I could find online). Employee that greeted me was professional, and wouldn’t answer my question if they could fix it, only repeatedly told me that IPhone 7’s were having significant problems, and that my best resolution would be to get a new phone.I explained what I was looking to spend, and was shown several phones in that range when a different employee stepped in and started quoting different, higher prices than what the first told me.Frustrated, I left without purchasing a new phone. I then called phone genius on Coldwater and learned that apple had a fix for the original error that took me in to sprint. Called apple and ultimately they were able to fix it free of charge.If you want to deal with sales people, go here. If you’re looking for customer service, I’d go elsewhere.
