Stopped at Target on stellhorn this afternoon. My wife and I stop here quite often if were going to go shopping. They seem like a kind of an in between store. Their items arent high dollar, and theyre not cheap either.It seems like they always have the same items on the shelf year after year. Im not sure if thats good or bad.Getting out of the store and checking out also seems kind of in between. It doesnt take a terribly long time, nor is it very quick. They sure have enough Lanes, and its the same old complaint as every other place that has way too many lanes. They have 20 lanes and only two of them are open. But theyre not bad I actually like Target.This location is always clean. The employees are always polite and say hello for the most part. Never had any problems there. They seem like a nice bunch of people.

If they ever answered their phone, to find out if they had a product it sure would be nice. Called twice after about 10 rings they hung up on me both times. Can’t stand target anyways. Nothing but a Commie company

Love the remodeling. Clean lines, colors and lighting. Less cluttered and more open.

Love Target because if you ask a team member for help they lead you to where you need to go not just point or tell you an aisle to go to.

Super friendly staff. Store is going through renovations but you can tell that the employees are working hard to make sure customers are taken care of

The employees are very helpful. They dont just point in a direction, they actually take you to the product youre searching for. They also opened up new checkout lanes to quickly move the lines through.

I love Target pick up services! It is always free and the online availability is accurate to what is Target store. No matter what I order, it is always ready for pick up within 2 hours and I love how the app tracks me appropriately so when I pull they are already waiting in the parking lot for me! Target on Stellhorn does a fantastic job!

The store is really clean and I’m always able to find anything I need, Melina was a great help and really sweet. Definitely prefer to go here

I have to mention Armie because she helped me check out quickly and was very pleasant when dealing with my concerns. She has excellent customer service skills and is a natural when dealing with people!

Good Target, has a lot of supplies that you need. I would not recommended getting all of your food from here. Maybe a walmart, sams, Costco.

Wow is all I can say!! I went to the womens department and what a mess clothes all over the place. Here are a few pictures. I gave a 3 star because everyone was friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness of the store and friendliness of the staff for sure are why I shop here. Overall my whole trip was worth it for meeting Stephen at the checkout. He was super friendly and just made my whole day.

I know they are remodeling but no one in this store has their stuff together. It takes too long to get through anything and they never have anyone at the front who can check out booze. Someone always has to come from the back. I never have seen a target this disorganized and with such rude and thoughtless staff.

The staff and cashiers are always friendly and there is a good selection. Ryan is always very nice and is good at getting guests through the line!

The woman running the cash register tried to let a white woman cut me when I had been waiting in line for 6 minutes she than yelled at the line to form one line behind the white lady that formed her own line and cut everyone. I told her the lady never waited in line the employee ignored me and never apologized

I had visited the Target store on Stellhorn in Fort Wayne. I wanted to let Target and others know of a particular employee I had interaction with. His name is Boyd and he is in the electronics section. He went as I see way above to help me . I had needed a phone and with other circumstances I could not go to a regular phone store. Boyd helped me from picking out a phone to help me where I was not going to be without a working phone. Boyd was busy . I could see he had a cart of things to put out and others asking questions. He handled himself great. Although he was busy it didnt feel like he was annoyed with me or other customers trying to ask questions. I had decided that when Im ready to buy a new fitbit as a result of how Boyd treated me and others this is where I will be getting it. I can highly recommend Target on Stellhorn road in Fort Wayne. Target carries Godzilla items for my autistic son. He saves his money every 3 weeks to make a special trip to purchase a new one! So far Target is the only place that seems to carry Godzilla items. Please keep them coming! The staff is always friendly and willing to help when we can not find something! The store is clean and the toy isle is always in tip top shape!

We love Target. The employees are very kind and respectful. They take time to say hello and acknowledge my kids which makes them feel special. We frequent Target so often that we’ve made many friends with the employees there. Target Pickup is THE BEST. No minimum purchase or fee and the items are available quickly. Such a lifesaver when my kids are sleeping or cranky. 🙏🏼

Customer service was great. In and out in 4 minutes.

Love the ease of drive up! Pull up let the app know your there and make sure you let them know that your on the way prior then you wait time at the store is much shorter!

Cant recommend this place you walk in and your on not the store 5 mons they have their lps following you around. I confronted the one who I call scarface due to the birth mark on cheek and I asked why was he following around never got a straight answer spoke to the store manager and I explained the deal he told he was not a lp. I told he was cause he was more worry about bagging is next shoplifter

I was checking out and told the cashier Mackenzie that I had a birthday 5% off and she went through the whole process of bringing me out and I had to ask to put my phone number in for my circle so she had to go back. Once I checked out I looked at my receipt and I didnt get my 5% off. Apparently just putting in my phone number must not link it to my account. One would think the employee would have been able to tell me this!

Customer service was amazing! Ive been in and out of this store so many times in the decades that its been here that I sometimes take for granted how good they do what they do.

This is a pretty nice location for Target, but the drivers through the parking lot here act like theyre racing for slips. I really dont understand it - I realize Fort Wayne isnt exactly a pedestrian friendly town but do you really need to speed through the parking lot at 30mph to nab a parking spot two slots closer to the door before anyone else takes it?The store itself is just fine on the inside, everything youve come to expect from Target. They keep it organized, clean, and well-maintained throughout. Employees are nice and helpful.

The store is untidy and staff members are walking around, playing with their phones and ignoring clothes strewn across the floor. Really like target but this is very disappointing by their standards!! Would rather go to the one on Coldwater.

Place did not have common items that any store should have. Staff was incredibly rude to a person in warm ups and a t-shirt. I was in my suit from work and they treated me completely different. If possible use a different store as this on profiles people and does not carry items every store of its size should in my opinion this store is a joke and need to either be shut or completely redone as they have got things very wrong with this store and its workers. I spend well over $1000 a week in stores like Target I can promise I will drive double the distance to make sure they do not get my money and hope others do as well.

I shop in at Target at least 2 times a week if not more some weeks. Target is my favorite store. I can find anything at Target that I need for everyday needs as well as gifts. The return policy is wonderful especially when I cant find my receipt. I use my Target Red Card to save even more! Target, in my opinion, is one of the best retail stores out there! Now that they have groceries, I also buy my groceries there. Again, Target, the best!!

The new drive up option is everything!This process was incredibly easy! I have 3 kids and I needed a birthday present for a kid party. Picking out a present online and stopping without having to drag my kids into the store was a huge win for me! Target saved me time and the anguish of taking 3 people asking me for things through the store.

This is the friendliest and clean Target that Ive ever been in.

I really like this Target. The employees are so friendly and helpful. Priscilla helped me today and she is a sweetheart! She hasnt been there long but went out of her way to help me. Good job guys!!!

Great selection of products, extremely fast pick up

The location is convenient and the selection is rather large. My biggest complaints are the hit-or-miss nature of the employees and the carts, which I am constantly kicking while pushing them. The carts are a minor grievance, but the employees can make or break an experience at the store. Friendly employees had me coming to the store every time I had grocery shopping to do while unfriendly employees would result in me going to the nearby Kroger instead and not visiting this location for months.

Good store just the cashiers always super slow. It shouldnt take 15 minutes to check one person out . Nobody is trying to help out to speed things up.

Easy return and fast checkout. I was able to find the items I was looking for and got 5 percent off with my handy redcard. I also like the way my receipts are kept electronically so I do not have to keep up with paper receipts.

We called this morning (11/30/19) to ask about availability on a specific carseat. The woman we spoke with was very helpful and said that there were 2 in stock and agreed to put then on hold for us until we could come get them later on this evening. We drove an hour to get to the store, did some other shopping, and when we went to claim the carseats, we were told that they couldnt find them and that they arent supposed to hold items. We were very disappointed to have wasted our time and to walk away with nothing.

Had everything I needed, and was mostly easy to find. Wished they would have more people working registers though. The lines were pretty long, and they were just opening a 3rd register when I finally got to the front of the line I was in.

Love shopping at Target, they have everything I need and its quality merchandise with good prices.

BUYERS BE WARE........................................................I have tried to get my issue resolved for 3 days now. I tried to call....2 hour wait time and I got disconnected. Your Chat says unavailable after I put my info in and the store that was supposed to ship the item says they cant help me with an online order......So now what? Do I file a claim with my credit card company for the $430.00????DO NOT BUY FROM TARGET.COM or this location!

Yesterday morning my wife stopped at the Starbucks in a target here in fort Wayne while shopping with our kids. She was told they were out of that particular coffee and offered to top it off with hot water. Not thinking it would be a difference in amount of coffee in her drink my wife declined to have her coffee diluted in exchange for an ounce of volume. After getting to her car and getting kids in and preparing to leave she found out the up was nearly half empty and was still charged full price. Being that she was with our kids she couldnt just run back inside and have it corrected she was left feeling dissatisfied and disappointed. This is unfortunate as we are typically offered a pour over if this is the case, or at the very least offered to mix it with a different blend to make up the difference. I dont think adding hot equates to the product you offer. Thanks for your assistance in this matter.

Just a heads up. They give tickets for items around 6-6:30, they are allowed to leave and come back when ever they pleased after they open. They should be there once they open or else the item goes to the next person. Workers cant even come out and addressed that they gave tickets out already

By far my favorite Target in the Fort Wayne area. This location is always clean and well kept. Always enough registers open for the amount of traffic that they receive!

Did order pickup on a Black Friday sale but when I went to pick up the item, it simply “couldn’t be found.”

Jay in electronics went above and beyond to find the item I was looking for. He absolutely made my trip worth it.

I love target, but this store is awful. The employees are always shouting across the check lanes to each other, I think they feel it is charming and we are all supposed to think theyre so funny but its really rude. I also dislike how pushy every cashier is about the Red Card. I shop here at least once a week, if I dont have one, I obviously dont want it. Even if you politely say No thank you. they still ram it down your throat. I will be shopping at the Coldwater Road store as much as possible.

Found what I needed. In for fast trip but lines at all checkout registers..Had to wait as they dont have lane for few item checkout. Other than wait everything ok.

I like Target a lot. Its the online order pick up that I have a problem with.One of my items was unavailable. It still says that the item is available on the site. Why? All of my area Targets dont have it. Please work on how your system updates its stock.
