We purchased our garage doors from Raynor 14 years ago. This week we felt it was time to replace the keypad and went back to them to buy one. Neither my husband nor myself are very technical, and we struggled to get the new codes into the opener and into our remotes. The guys in service were more than helpful in talking us thru this, and did so with much more patience that I deserved! Thanks to them both, and we will certainly recommend Raynor in the future.

Our garage door fell off track at 8am. I called Raynor after calling another place and them telling me they were booked till next day. Raynor shouldve been my 1st call. The lady who answered the phone was so nice and polite and told me she had a technician at a job but they could get here right after. Joseph (the technician) called maybe 30 minutes later saying he was on the way. He had everything fixed and ready to go by 10am. It was such a relief seeing as how we had a funeral to go to by 1pm. Bought a new front door & had it installed. Nice sales person. Door is just beautiful, well made, and a huge upgrade from the door we removed from our main entry. Their service was excellent. Installer was very good at his work, very experienced, and did a fantastic job on our home we are getting ready to sell. We plan on using them again for the house we moved into, and replace a couple of our exterior doors there as well. Such a nice professional place that delivers in all aspects of service. Definitely would suggest using them to a friend looking for replacing their doors or use them for a new home being built.

They just fixed a broken cable - but replaced both sides for $50 less than the quote they gave me for one side. Over the years they have replaced 2 springs for me. I have been so happy with their work & pricing I paid them to fix my sons. They always tune it up before they leave and it is so quiet. Cannot go wrong - they do a good job - of doing a good job.

Couldnt be happier with the service preformed. Joseph, the service technician, was very knowledgeable in his craft and very friendly. I felt the price was very reasonable and there was no attempt to upsell. Also, Joseph noticed some of the bolts on the door were loose and tightened all at no extra charge.Raynor was able to send Joseph out within hours of contacting them which was greatly appreciated.Needless to say, we are very pleased with our experience with Raynor Door Authority and wouldnt hesitate using their services again.

I remember back in 2008, I was driving around looking for summit transmissions (around the same area), could not find it for the life of me. Granted this was the era before mainstream smartphones and GPS. So stopped at Raynors to ask for directions, or if they knew where Summit was.I was told by the sales person to either buy something from the store or to leave. I then asked for them to search google maps, or if they had a local phone book....I was then threatened..Im going to call the police if you dont leave right now. Youre not a customer so get out.I havent been back since. Since when is asking for directions justifiable to calling the police?

I called Raynor after finding that our springs had broken on our garage door. They quoted us $180-$240 over the phone, and explained that it depended on the door which was in line with what we heard from other local companies. They scheduled us for the following day.The service technician called prior to his arrival and was very cordial. After further examination, he found that due to the construction and weight of our old wooden garage door, we would require a more commercial grade spring which he would have to make himself on site. This was going to make the price $400. After speaking with my husband I wasnt sure we wanted to pay that much if we could replace the doors altogether for only another couple hundred dollars.Raynor understood why we had changed our minds and did not charge us the customary service charge for what the technician had done. After shopping around we found that we could not acquire a door with a similar durability for much less than $2000, so we decided to just have the springs replaced after all.We called Raynor and they apologized that their original quote was so far off. Most residential doors are not as heavy and built with sold wood anymore. The same technician arrived and did all the work himself for less the $400. Even though it took him five hours to complete the task. He explained later that there was a lot of damage to other parts that he needed to replace and the springs need cut twice in order to install them properly(due to the apparent incorrect installation of the prior springs).The technician said that it took him much longer than he estimated and took more parts than he expected but was true to his word and kept it under $400. We really appreciate his hard work and the pride that he takes in a job well done. The door works better than it every has and we will always use Raynor Door Authority for future garage door maintenance.

Serviceman was efficient, fast, pleasant and a pleasure to deal with.

The technician, Joseph, was knowledgeable and did amazing work! However, our bill was double what we were quoted on the phone. The quote and what it was for was not listed on the work order. Therefore, he did not know to tell us the price would be much higher prior to doing the work. When I called to question the difference in price and why the technician was not informed about the quote or it being on the work order I was told by the owner, Jack, in a angry tone You told us the incorrect thing. I hate customers like you. Go somewhere else. There are plenty around. etc. We will be going somewhere else now which is sad because we have used them for 13 years.
