I was the only customer and he offered zero customer service. I found a gun I liked so I researched it on my phone. He flipped out and told me to leave immediately. I was looking forward to supporting a local business but this wont be the one.

Horrible customer service, Very clustered! Smells extremely bad! They put the HOURS on the back of the door, We came in at 1:30 and nobody was there so we waited until they i guess got off break so we come in the store and they said we look suspicious and callung the cops to check us out When all we did was wait for them to get off of there lunch breaks ? Makes no sense

In a difficult time to find anything gun related my experiences here have been good. It is an older storefront and the layout display is also outdated, but it is because you arent paying for bells & whistles here. Particularly interesting is that the ammo currently in stock is present here ONLY for the gun purchasers (I havent bought a gun yet, but have no problem with this concept!).

...went in trying to purchase a clip for a Walther PPK.. he didnt have any BUT, referred me to a gun dealer website in NewYork, who, he assured me, had everything you could possibly want.Customer service was polite and genuine, even though I could not make a purchase then. This goes a long way in the next time category.

Never has 5.56 ammo. Never answers phone. Probably a hand me down from family cause poorly ran compared to any other store i been to
