All around wonderful service and salesforce!
We had a very unpleasant experience at this store today. We had found items that we were interested in at big box stores and were looking to see if we could tweak them in to our liking by going to a specialty store. Sales person was very negative and felt us feel unwelcome. If you have a “showroom” you need to be prepared to cater to ordinary people out shopping.
Sooo glad that other store we drove to Indiana to shop at decided to hang a closed sign on their door today! Because finding this hidden gem, Kendall Lighting Center was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!! These ladies knew in less than 5 minutes what we wanted & showed it to us. It was PERFECT and so was the price!! So THANKS SO MUCH ladies! You now have our business!! GOOO BUCKS!!
