Started our search for a mattress and heard about Mattress Warehouse in Fort Wayne. We went into the store and were greeted by Aaron who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Didnt try to sell us the most expensive mattress, showed us the differences in mattresses and had us try them out. We ended up with a quality mattress which was comfortable for us. The pricing was well within our budget, the quality was really good, and we were so comfortable with Aarons guidance we ended up purchasing four (4)mattresses!They even delivered and took away our old mattresses for a slight fee. Even the delivery people were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. These days when you receive friendly, knowledgeable customer service at a great price from the sale to the delivery you will always earn our trust!

Good place to get your mattresses with box springs the people were very nice and they will help you and they do deliver and they take the old mattresses and box springs with them its an extra charge

Chris was very professional and assisted us in purchasing exactly what we needed. Josh coordinated our delivery and the delivery team was very efficient and friendly as they set up our beds. It was a very positive experience for us.

After finding this company on Google (and lack of knowledge since the last bed Ive had for nearly 10 years), I called and Josh immediately answered. Josh was very pleasant, professional, and personable. Going into the shop, Chris helped us. He asked what we were looking for, assisted us, and was also pleasant. When we move into a bigger home, well need a few more mattresses for our kids when they get bigger, and for a spare. We will be coming back. Theyre bed quality is amazing and pricing is flexible. We love the mattress we bought here, although the way they are making mattresses nowadays you have to be a Hercules to lift the mattress to make the bed. Not Mattress Warehouses fault. One thing, I think every salesperson should sell some sheets to a new mattress buyer as the mattresses are so thick that none of the old Queen size sheets fit it. No one should walk out of the store without having new, deep pocket sheets offered to them for sale. Since we had not had a new mattress in 50 years, we were clueless.

My mother and I came here to get two mattress and left purchasing three. Josh was absolutely amazing! He answered all of our questions throughly, and explained very well all major differences between the ones we were looking at with the sales going on and our budget. My mother is a repeat customer because of the great service they offer and I definitely plan on being back to get new pillows. Very clean and inviting sales floor also and welcoming as soon as you walk into the doors.

Great experience with great people! I needed an adjustable bed but I had an almost new mattress so they sold me the adjustable base and kept my mattress. Great solution that saved me a bunch of money! The four post bed was kept also, delivery and installation was fast and easy. Definitely a great Company!

We shopped several stores but settled on Mattress Warehouse due to the years of service to the community, their high ratings, the professional level of their staff, their broad selection, and their price and warranties. We worked with Josh to help zero in on our precise selection. He was very knowledgeable and most helpful in guiding us through the features of their beds. Our particular selection had to be ordered and arrived within 5 days of the order placement. The delivery was equally professional with the removal of the old bed and the setting up and demonstration of the new bed. Every person that we came in contact with were friendly and professional. 8 years ago I got a mattress from this place and now that it’s worn out and needing replaced I went back again. Very impressed by Chris. He asked me some questions to help me figure out where to look. Encouraged me to lay on the beds as I would when I actually sleep and was very knowledgeable. I ended up getting a great mattress set for myself and my daughter. I’m so excited for them to be delivered tomorrow! Highly recommend this place. Will never go anywhere else if I’m honest.

Me and my boyfriend went to Fort Wayne yesterday and spent ALL DAY looking for a new mattress for us and we had almost given up hope and we stopped at one last place and that was Mattress Warehouse on Lima road, and we spoke to Josh who was filling in from the Coliseum Blvd location. I’m so glad we did, Josh was very helpful and super willing to help and we found the mattress of our dreams at an amazing price and we couldn’t be any happier! We wish we would of stopped here first because Josh was the most personable and helpful person we had talked to all day!

I went to look for new mattress. Josh was so helpful and no pressure. He was extremely patient. Just had my new mattress delivered today. The guys that delivered it today were polite and kind. Things like that are hard to find, but are important to me

From the moment my wife and I first walked into the store, our experience was great. Chris took the time to understand what we were looking for in a bed, and then took the time to explain the features of each mattress we tried. Our questions were answered in very helpful detail, and at no point did we feel like the staff were trying to sell us anything. This differs sharply with the experience we had at another store.The delivery guys were also great. They got everything into our home quickly and carefully. One of them, whose name I unfortunately dont remember, even apologized for tracking in a little bit of water even though it was pouring outside and there was no way to avoid that. That just shows how truly professional and courteous everyone who helped us was.We were also told that when they take away their customers old beds, they try to donate as many of them as they can to charitable causes. The front desk of the store was also plastered with examples of their other financial support of local charities.We will only be shopping at Mattress Warehouse in the future and will recommend them to anybody looking for a new bed.

Last Saturday we stopped at Mattress Warehouse to start the search for a new mattress. Josh, an associate, introduced himself in a very professional way. He asked how he could help and we told him what we were looking for. We didnt have to ask too many questions because Josh explained the various mattresses and how they were constructed. Because of his knowledge of the products, Josh was able to guide us through the process of selecting the mattress that would fit our needs perfectly. From the owner Fran, to the salesmen and delivery people, our experience was was great. We had a mattress that was a few years old and was causing us to loose sleep. I mentioned it to the owner who in turn sent us to see Chris. He was very patient and knowledgeable helping my husband and I pick out a new mattress. Went with a friend to get new mattress, Josh was very knowledgeable and patient when going over options, styles and pricing. Needed the mattress quickly due to upcoming surgery and even though the choice wasnt in stock, Josh and Chris expedited the order and delivery was made earlier than expected.

Excellent. The salespeople were very knowledgeable and straightforward. They did not try to steer us to any particular selection. We came back twice before making a decision and we are very happy with our mattress. Since it had just gone off sail they gave us $300 of free accessories, like sheets and pillows.This is the 3rd time we have bought a bed from them. We have visited many other stores but we always come back to the Mattress Warehouse.

Bought a bookcase platform rig -- great service and a fair price for the product. As expected, a couple of the predrilled holes for the headboard receiver brackets did not line up (seems like they never do), but a simple fix. All in all a great experience. Wonderful people to deal with.

Went in to buy a different headboard for my adjustable bed. Kace was very nice and showed me what they carried. The manager pushed his way into the conversation and asked why i didnt buy the mattress from them. i didnt because i didnt. it was nothing personal even though i bought my last mattress from them. my other mattress wasnt comfortable but it had nothing to do with that. i just wanted to see what else was out there. anyway Kace got the catalog out and helped me find just what i was looking for. its still sitting in my garage because the room is being redone. i cant wait to get it set up next month. they told me it would take 3-4 weeks to get it, i thought perfect. however to my surprise it came in within a week. wow! Would recommend.the bed is now set up and it looks very nice.

I would recommend mattress warehouse without a doubt. They are the first company that I have encountered that has matched chic fil a’s customer service. They were incredible from purchase through delivery. When I first came into the store, I was immediately met by a store employee and was walked through the process of selecting a mattress that worked for me. This was extremely helpful to me because it was my first time purchasing a mattress. I was planning to leave the country for a few weeks so I had to make arrangements for my first payment and they were extremely flexible with that. When I called in to discuss details for payments for the bed they had record of who I was and remembered my situation. I had selected to pay upon delivery however I had unintentionally left my credit card (my only form of payment) at CVS across town. One of the employees kindly waited for me as I ran from my car to my apartment and back once more. He never stopped being patient with me. I retraced my steps and realized that I had left it at a CVS. This was all after he had gotten the bed delivered and in my bedroom. He called the owner and had me get on the phone with him and the owner allowed me to run to CVS and call him back with my card information. The situation was handled with so much grace and consideration, which is what I really needed at the time because I was going through a worst-case scenario moment. I have had a fantastic experience working with mattress warehouse. I was more than happy to write this review😊

Would give 4.5 stars if I could. Bought a mattress and box spring in November which began to cave in after 6 month. Spoke with Chris Klotz on getting exchange/return. Was very polite and courteous. And received call back with information in a timely manner, even with it being over 4th of July week holiday. Was able to exchange for a better quality mattress and box spring for a lot less money than I expected. All that was needed was proof of purchase and damage. Only reason 5 stars was not given is because both times I did not get to sleep on it tonight which I was really looking forward to having sleeping on bad mattress. They just cant keep up with in store demand I suppose. May receive mattress in 2 or 8 days.**updated 3 days later***I called to confirm delivery of mattress for Saturday and they are able to deliver tomorrow! Only 2 days late from original potential first delivery date, but 5 days earlier from latest delivery date! Very pleased. Updated to 5 stars. Highly recommend this specific location and company.
