I’ve been living here for about 8months now. To be honest Barb in the office is absolutely wonderful to deal with. Also Jack the Maintnance man is pretty cool guy. Both of them are awesome people and will do whatever they can to help you out! So much better living here then renting from the several companies I have dealt with in Fort Wayne!

Great place to live! The clubhouse is beautiful, the pool is always clean and fun. Barb is the biggest sweetheart youll ever meet!

Barb is a HORRIBLE manager, I honestly can not believe she still has a job there. She’s rude, condescending, disrespectful, she can’t even stand to admit she’s wrong even with paperwork proving so (to the point where a lawyer had to get involved.) I considered buying a place there since I grew up there, but seeing her still in the office was a major red flag for me. So I chose elsewhere. You should too.

Its one of the areas largest and nicest mobile home parks with a good reputation. They have a pool, a community center, multiple play areas and a playground they have woods with trails. Wide streets and exclent staff. The manager Mr Berry is excellent, fair, clear, and to the point.The park has other amenities and Perks I dont know the details on. But in my experience this place is the good kind of uneque.

Love living here. Very helpful and friendly staff. My kids love the amenities that they have to offer. Just like having family close by. Good neighborhood, everyone watches out for each other and super nice. No issues, very quite and safe! Definitely worth checking out ASAP!

This place is utter trash. They are unprofessional. They cant even answer their phone without us calling at least seven times. We are trying to sell our trailer to them. We have been beyond patient. They promised a two week turnover and its been almost three months. They are still charging us rent. I know they are trying to get us down in price. Do NOT live here. You will be trapped.

Would be more stars if a lot of the homes didnt look like trash. There are some really nice homes here. They need to keep updating and switching out the homes. Office staff is really nice.

Ive been trying to sell my trailer for the past 6 months. In the beginning they were really kind to me. Even helped me out just to get me into my new home. Now that Im trying to leave their community, theyve hastled me around, havent returned my calls, and they keep charging me lot rent to the point where Im almost in debt because they cant get back to me about what corporate says about purchasing my trailer for less than half of what I bought it for. This place is absolutely terrible and shady. I would not recommend it to anyone. Theyre money hungry hustlers. Im so absolutely disappointed with the outcome when I thought this place was better than that. I have a family to feed and take care of else where and they just dont seem to want to be professional about anything. STAY AWAY.

The club house is Beautiful! updated and clean. The only thing was no alcohol is allowed which puts a damper on Special occasions. The capacity of Guests is limited .

Would never live here but the way you are treating family is insane to me. Trashy behavior for sure and unacceptable.

I have had friends living in Countryside for 30 years and the park maintains itself pretty good.

Its a good community with nice park recreation area with pool and a little exercise equipment area too so its average and not too expensive to live there plus it is quiet

Denied my application without any explanation upon why

I have lived here seven years under various management and owners, and this place is becoming very nice they’re renovating the playground the manager is very proactive has built an arcade for the kids in the pool house, is putting in a computers and a library which I donated books to about $1500 in books, and there’s a work out room in the pool house as well. The pool is very nice. For seven years my children have swam in it it’s always clean, attendants, on duty, are very nice, the park is well-maintained. We have a sense of community here particularly with the kids we donated soccer goals for the kids. They’ve upgraded the playground equipment, are building a pavilion by the baseball diamond. We gave out 250 pieces of baseball equipment, two years ago, held bar-b-question, gave out bicycles, fishing poles (because there’s a nice fishing spot across the road for kids and adults...with trout, bass, blue gill...We have a creek running through the properties for the kids to play (like NatureCat...Tallyho) in the woods on the playground, around the pool house. I have 10 and nine-year-old daughters and it’s always been a safe place to live I’ve never sensed crime around here in seven years. Now tenants beginning to really take better care of their lawns and decks and properties. Meritus, the new owners, have put in something like 30 new mobile homes and some Doublewide‘s. I love the management here. I volunteer . Anne is a great manager.! She told me she has 14 years managing, she is inspirational, a great leader, and trying to create a special place for children and families. I am very impressed with the new management. Trash!Most of the people who live there dont care about their home,which makes the trailers of the very few care still look trashy.

Too many trouble making children running free. No parental, control worse place to live unless your poor and dont mind our next batch of national rejects.

This place is one of the worse that you can get. I moved in January of this year just now I recieve my proper bill. Before I had to be paying the bill of the people before so I can at least have a paper trail. Argue with them for month, dont even give your number cause they will never call back. Never there and phone mail is so full that you cant even leave a voice mail. They have a separate number for maintenance but again no one pick ups and its disconnected. Dont waste you money in this place trust me

DO NOT MOVE HERE! We have been trying to move out of here for MONTHS and can’t seem to get out. Every time there is more things that they say need fixed on the outside. We have dumped so much money into it and it’s still not good enough. Now they say we can have a buyer sign something to have it fixed within 30 days, but they LOST their application. So on top of having to fill that out again and misplacing very personal information, they want the $25 application fee paid again, even though THEY are the ones that lost it. They told us it would be 1-3 days for the application to be processed, to be told they haven’t even done it because we haven’t paid they money they lost in the first place. We never received a call or nothing. We try to call and they never answer. Have to go there and wait almost and hour because the manager is “busy” on the phone laughing. They are never there until 5 like the hours state. They lie to us every time we go there. It seems like our only option to get out is to get up and leave, which we don’t want to do. There is always something with these people and anything to get more money from you. We have tried to work with them and talk to them SO many times so we can just move and it’s like they are keeping us trapped here. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Nice little trailer park with AMAZING amenities like an inground swimming pool, baseball diamond, basketball court, playground, exercise room, ECT ECT.

Every time I go into the office no one is ever there. Very inconvenient when I need to pay the bill or sign the lease and no one is ever there. The past couple time I went to the office it’s always a “sorry we missed you” and I mean every time. The place is great the staff is just lacking very bad.

Park is to run down for what they charge. They think they have gold but it is fools gold.

They are quite pushy when it comes to your yard or parking, also the attitude you get when you call the office gets old. But its quiet.

The outside of many homes are very cluttered and trashy looking. If CLEAN UP this would be a very nice community.

Hell whole company that owns this place are snakes in the grass. They want illegal people in there and us citizen are not welcome

One of the most horrible places to live ON THE PLANET!!! Hateful management; cheats you; lies to you;; overcharges you; is vindictive when challenged even to the point of damaging personal property of residents; holds your mail without prior notice; shows up at your door all hours of the day or night; stalks you if she (manager Kim) doesn’t like you or if you fight her on an erroneous violation, and the list goes on and on.

Some nice trailers, some dumpy trailers...they do have a pool!

They never answer the phones never in the office rude and i still have not got my title to my home and dont be late on rent they try to evict u in ten days just dislike this place anymore management sucks terribly

The lady was really helpful but the trailers are old run downed and trashed very small lots the only thing going is the rec room and the playground.

Front desk lady with nappy curls really really rude when you call with questions . Not helpful at all laughed at me over phone when asked for name ! RACIST !!! Do not recommend moving in !!!!!!! If you are a paisa stay clear from here !!!!!!

By far the worst place I have ever lived before. They neglect ever phone call and never call back everytime their is a problem. Which is often at this location. They rather gossip all day with each other instead of doing their job.
