From the time we moved in the management at Mill Road Estates assisted us with the company as well as providing with a fair payback plan for assistance with our move to the Estates. They where kind as well as caring. They would even from time to time to talk about things in the neighbor hood just to see how things where. We made many friends here and enjoyed spending three wonderful years here. We now own a home now but I am thankful for the memories we had here. Would recomend this place 100 times over, very affordable and everyone we met where kind, thank you Mill Road Estates.

Mill roads estates is a great place to live. Its very quit. The owner is just a great person to talk to. She very nice. Im glad that I moved in the park. The park is clean. Homes are clean around them. I have only lived here a couple months. Every one in the park is very nice.

Great community. Nice quite neighborhood. Very friendly people. Close enough to the city but far enough away from the city to enjoy nature.

The owner of the park does nothing but complain about everything doesnt matter how nice your place is or how much money and work you put in it she always has something negative to say she harrases me constantly about everything I do not recomend anyone buy or rent here I own my trailer and regret the purchase every day she complains about my vehicles but does nothing about drug dealers or people with nuisance animals every one here wishes her dad still ran the park he was a much better manager as she was given this park she didnt buy it I myself dont feed from a silver spoon I work hard for what I have and dont apreciate the negativity or stress she brings on me and my family I will be reporting her to the better buisness bureau and contacting my attorney again to update him on more harassment as I am keeping documentation of the petty harassment!!!

Nice mobile home park. Well landscaped. I would definitely live there if I moved to that area.

Horrible place to live... If it rains for more than a few hours the road will flood. You wont be able to get a car through. Theres a dead end street that floods with knee deep water. The sewage system is outdated and the smell is horrid. Many of the lots are empty or have run down mobile homes in them. I would not suggest that anyone move in here.

Very family friendly park! Country living in a very nice park

The water is horrible, it always smells like Sulphur, kids in the park like to vandalize all the time, Not recommended, unless you want your vehicles keyed at night. People like to stare while visiting family at the park, it makes you feel uncomfortable.
