I had purchased expensive hardware for a kitchen remodel for our Parkhill house six years ago. The kitchen faucet malfunctioned so I called Pierce to help. I was told they only have records that go back 3 years. I was wanting customer service, however the young lady answering the phone was disinclined to give it. She told me to deal with the manufacturer because Pierce would charge me even if under warranty. Pierce I had thought, was an higher end store who cared about their customers. Sadly, not so.

Unprofessional all around. The guy Erin who runs this joke of a business should be replaced.

Everyone here was the best and polite, courteous except for Karen. I did not care for her mouth at all.

All I can say is the woman named Karen i met was mighty unprofessional. I had to be a fake republican and hear how Horrible the new president. I came to shop, not to be harrased by your idiotic opinions Karen.

Its sad when I go to a place of business to shop and im greeted by a trump supporter whom only bashes democrats instead of helping me out more. Because of Karen, i dont think they will be seeing my money anymore.

I had a malfunctioning part on my Baldwin door handle. I spoke to Lenny about new handles and he offered to order a replacement part for free! He could have sold a new door handle to me, but was honest instead. Lennys honesty is very much appreciated and I will be coming back to Pierce Fine Hardware as long as I am in Fort Worth. Thanks again!

Although I have not visited this store, I called them to ask a question this morning I also called several other stores like this one to ask the same question. This store was the only one that took the time to research for me and answer my question or resolve an issue with my bathroom. Thank you!

If you do not sell hardware take it out of the name your only a showcase which doesnt sell a bit of hardware I hope you go out of business wasting my time
