I was recommended Ferguson Plumbing by an associate at the Home Depot to order a replacement part. They didnt have the part in stock, but they were able to order the replacement for me. The salesperson at the counter told me it would be in within two days since it would immediately be shipped from their distribution in Waco.We didnt receive a call that it was in, but my wife went ahead and went there to pick up the part since its nearby. She was told that it wouldnt be in until Monday. I try to call them with the number on the invoice and it is not the local store, but a call service which never answered the phone after waiting on hold for almost 20 minutes so I give up. Monday I go the store to pick up the part and I was told it wasnt in. They have signs posted around the counter that has that stores phone number. I ask the salesperson behind the counter if this is a direct line to call them and he then lied and said that it was not and to call the number on the invoice because they dont have time to answer phones.On that same visit while I was waiting in line a postal worker came in to pick up something for a delivery. Apparently he wasnt doing something by protocol and the sales person left the counter with a customer waiting and confronted the postal worker at his truck. When he returned inside he was using profanity and regarding him as an idiot.I never received a call about my part and didnt bother trying to call either number, but instead went to the store to pick it up four days after the last visit. The part was in and luckily it was what I had ordered.The customer service is poor at this location from every visit Ive had to get this one part. The salespeople are knowledgeable of plumbing, but there was definitely no customer care. If youre a contractor this may not be a concern, however as a homeowner that was just trying to fix a sink I was not pleased. Next time Ill choose another company.

Ruben at the Alameda location is the best! Very helpful and nice!The 7th Street location should take lessons from Ruben.

Is a great place to get parts for your plumbing needs and they were helpful and I was in and was out a very short time.

Everytime we call in for a will call order we get attitude. Its always something there. Or the counter guys always trying to correct us on fittings we use. Facility is nice but the customer service at the counter or over the phone is horrible.

Travis started helping me as soon as I entered the store. He led me straight to all the items on my list and they had all of them in stock. I was in and out in 5 minutes!

I come here every other day to pick up 500+$ In gas fitting and pipe because Compared to Morison’s in Fort Worth who shorts me fittings Dosent say anything and still charges me for it and take up 45 minutes of my day doing it! Ferg’s Go the extra mile as to double there fitting to personally make sure I always have what I need for my job every day. And Dwane has me out of there at the snap of a finger! Thanks y’all

I sent list of parts, sketch, catalog numbers and most of the work was done. 12 days later after a reminder phone call I recieved incomplete estimate. No idea when parts would arrive.Morrison Supply of Weatherford gave me a complete estimate and time of parts arriving.I have used Ferguson in Seattle area for years and never recieved such poor service.Smaller plumbing supply may be your choice as is mine?$2500 and my return business was handed to a competitor.Thank You

Ferguson plumbing plumbing supply is the ONLY place that had what I needed to fix my water main leak. Also they were the only ones to immediately know the plumbing part I showed them a picture of. Everyone else just pretends, these guys are pros.

After going to Lowes I couldnt find what I needed to fix a problem I had at my company. Found Fergusion plumbing online and gave them a shot.
