I never thought searching for mattresses would be so exciting until I visited Sleep Experts. Our associate Chris was so knowledgeable about the different types of products available and an expert in finding out which mattress was best for our needs and sleep health. From the beginning, Chris greeted us with enthusiasm and attended us as if we were purchasing a $10,000 mattress!!I’m so excited to use my new comfy mattress, and I know in a few years we’ll be back at Sleep Experts for another :)

This was a wonderful experience. Matt helped us find the perfect mattress for my husband and I. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They also had a high tech machine that measured our bodies to find the best fit for both of us. Sleep Experts took all the guesswork out of it.

Bought my first mattress from Sleep Experts yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the experience! Chris & Matt are extremely knowledgeable on all their products and I cannot stress enough how patient they are. I think I spent a couple of hours there (yes, hours 😳) going back and forth because I just couldn’t make up my mind on what I wanted and the whole time I didn’t feel pressured to hurry up and make a choice. I was able to walk out of there with exactly what I wanted and within my budget! For an indecisive person like me, patience goes a long way. This is not the place to go if you experience any problems! This is a highly trained sales staff and they know exactly what to say. We were not happy with our original mattress and the problems arose when we wanted to exchange. We were initially sent back home to try to give our first mattress more time ton “break in”. After sleeping on the hard mattress we went back to the store and this time were allowed to exchange. We were made aware that we would be charged a 10% restocking fee ($400+) dollars, which showed up on our transaction receipt. However, what is also on that receipt is that there is a $250 max. I brought this to the finance manager’s attention and he acted like he had never seen that verbiage before. I’m sorry, if you are finance manager, you know your documents. Then trying to schedule for the exchange of the new mattress was a nightmare. We had to wait several weeks and then had the time adjusted several times. On the day of the delivery, we had stepped out and met the drivers at the house when they said they were 10 minutes away. They were gone when we arrived. Had to reschedule yet again. Long story, short....I recommend shopping somewhere else for your mattress!

Man, I wish I could remember our salesmans name. We went there today to buy an adjustable base for a mattress we purchased from Mattress Firm over 3 years ago. Apparently Sleep Experts and Mattress Firm are sister stores. My husband and I walked in and within 3 minutes of talking to the sales guy he totally remembered us...even while wearing masks.
