The young lady at western center store was not friendly and I felt like I was intruding on her. Not once did any one ask if I needed help. I thought Id give them a try. Going back to Specs. Let me start off by saying, this is the cleanest and organized liquor store i’ve been to in Fort Worth! The staff is amazing!! Gigi and Carla went above and beyond to help me find what I need for my party this weekend. They were busy stocking up the store and they still managed to make sure I left with everything I needed and more. I was so stressed but they managed to make me laugh. Super funny girls and EXTREMELY helpful. Even learned a few recipes to make some popular cocktails and shots! Very knowledgeable. Definitely ditching Total Wine and making the trip down and making Liquor King my GO TO. The boss did a good job hiring these two girls! Definitely giving the store a good look and make customers want to come back. Can’t wait till next time!

The Liquor Store has a great variety of liquors, from wines to whiskys, rum and vodkas, everything from anywhere! Believe me, I loved it, and the ladies at the front are so nice, specially Alma, she really knew how to welcome us from the moment my husband and I came into the store. This is the best liquor store. Best customer service ever! This aint the type of place where a clerk just sits behind the desk and waits for you to check out. This place never disappoints. I pop in here when I want to find harder to find whiskeys. Only place around with a wide selection of craft distillery options. Their in stock selection beats everyone, and prices are competitive.Best part of Liquor King are their barrel picks. I’ve bought three different ones now and sampled others. Solid picks.Better still, is Alma. She is beyond helpful and I agree with her taste selections. They have tasting bottles to help you decide when you’re unsure.If you’re in the area stop in. If you’re not in the area, make it a point to stop in.

I had gone into the store in hopes to find my boyfriend something for his 21st birthday, I’m not much of a drinker so I had no idea what I was doing. One of the clerks helped me out though! I believe her name was Amy, but she was so sweet and funny and helped me out a lot! My boyfriend ended up having a very good time that night!!

The staff at Liquor King are great! They are the closest liquor store to me, so I’ve frequented them quite a bit since moving to the area, and their friendly attitudes keep me coming back - Alma’s especially! I mostly like to be left alone while shopping, so I appreciate that they don’t shove recommendations down my throat, but have always been very helpful when I ask. I also enjoy the selection of beers they have available, especially the stouts (my fav). I’ve never had a bad experience!

Prices are on par with other liquor stores, they have a great selection of bourbon. Got a Bulleit store pick and it is so good (Butterscotch Bomb). Liz and Gigi were a lot of help and very friendly, I will be back.

Was driving down the road and saw this Liquor Store. Decided to stop because I needed to restock my Bar Cabinet. Upon entering I was greeted by Alma, she was absolutely wonderful and cheerful. She walked me around the store, gave me great suggestions on the different brands and flavors. She wasn’t pushy and I love that! Needless to say, my bar is now restock.Thanks Alma!

I’ve been in the establishment a few times and seemed nice. Tried ordering via their delivery service as advertised…got charged for my purchase but they never delivered. I won’t be doing either again. Don’t advertise services you can’t deliver on.

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. Loved how neat and organized the store was. Next time you go ask for Gigi she’s awesome. Also they do military discounts. Love those who support veterans I will definitely be back!

Good local liquor store with wide variety. Have always been treated well when I visit. Close to home, close to the office. Prices aren’t as low as the big chain up the road, but I will happily pay slightly more to avoid 35W. Overall, great store, the owners really turned it around after the last store there.

Liquor King had a pretty good selection of reasonably priced bourbons even for someone picky like me. There is a point system for the rarer stuff, but it’s reasonable if you come here often enough. Alma provided exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in greeting me, letting me know about the store picks, and giving me samples. I ended up getting a store pick bottle and would definitely come back to this location.

Friendly staff, great selection and service.Came in on Christmas Eve and asked for Titos but a staff member said he thought they were out as it had been very busy that day, and was when I was there as well. Then a few minutes later he came and found me to say he had found a few small holiday sweater bottles in the back. I really appreciate him going to check, and finding me!Fair pricing and a wide variety of items, even some speciality things I didnt expect them to carry.They also had a free sample the last two times I was there so that nice too.

We were pleasantly surprised when we stopped by for the first time last weekend. Folks here are friendly and very helpful. Was surprised by how well stocked and lots of different brands to choose from. And the prices are quiet reasonable. Convenient, easy to get in and out of. Not crowded but a constant flow of customers. Have stopped by again and same great service and prices. Think this will be our go-to place from now on. Nice place!!

Customer service doesn’t exist,i was looking for a specific beer “Leffe Brown” and i came to that specific liquor store only because the online search said that they had it. I tried to find it but i did not in the belgium section,i was the only customer in the store at that time and the lady on the counter was busy on the phone while i was standing in front of her,didn’t even asked me if i needed help until i asked for it.

My experience at this store was great! Alma gave excellent customer service and made the shopping experience pleasant. They had wine demos, and I was not sure about how a product tasted and I was able to sample it out of their extensive inventory before making a purchase. I will definitely come to this store again.
