The best place to pick up load appointment @12.pm check in @7.30 am give me door and start loading

Loaded quick and easy...less than 1 hour and my paperwork was signed and back on the road...I wish every load went this way.. thanks guys professionals all the way

Texas Motor Speedway neighborhood. NW across I-35 from the new QT truck stop. Truck entry marked; 2nd West from train tressel. Park on North side ofbuilding facing East (also marked) to walk around corner to check in. A bit tight for maneuvering space. Friendly. Helpful.

If you talk to shipping and can get in earlier than your appointment time they will work with you. Had appt at 1700 and was able to get in at 1100. Only spent 50 minutes from time arrived to departure. Other facilities need to come here and take notes. This is how things should be ran everywhere.

Real fast, I was late 4 hrs from my appointment and still loaded me in less than an hour

Truckers !!! This place does not answer calls.Im trying to call on my load and I get 6 seconds in and immediately hangs up. I can hear briefly in the background so I know someone is playing games. As a trucker i need information. If premium waters wants to play games let them. When I dont show up to pick up the load... maybe when it cost them time and money rescheduling they may get the point.

First time loading at this state of the art facility. The people at the shipping and receiving window where extremely helpful. The lady in the am took time to get me schedule in! I didnt catch her name but she is a gem to this company! So I posted a bit ago. Turns out that everyone here at Premium H2O is and consistently a remarkable team. I do not understand the remarks that have been post. Premium waters has nothing but top notch employee working for them. Thank you all!

Appointment time is required, I show up 2h before they send me to truck stop then tell me to come back 15 min before my appointment, Im here already 4hour, they didnt even started loading, this place is slow like tortoisesNo OVERNIGHT PARKINGNO OVERNIGHT PARKINGBut there is tiny pilot 5 miles from here.

What a bad company.Got there on time if not about 20mins early.Sat and waited for my load for about 2 hours and they tell me there behind and loading who ever has been there the longest.And I watch several trucks come and go while Ive been sitting here. They probably wont do anything about it. Because they said they have a 2 hour window and its been more than 2 hours.Edit- I pumped it up to 3 stars because one of the employee actually took the time to find out what was going on and help get my load going.He probably didnt need to either to be honest.Would be nice if people were just as good as him.If I had his name I would put it here but I didnt get it.But non the less the man is cool.

They are very professional. My appointment wasnt until 8pm and went there at 10 in the morning and they loaded me up right a way. They had us loaded within 30 minutes. Other warehouses needs to go there and see how its done right. Keep up the fantastic work.

This place is great to be loaded from. There fast, friendly, safer, and good help...I like loads from here...They have made it one ways to enter, and one ways to exit..Much safer now to get into as well as out of...I remember how bad it was before the one way in, and out was implemented.. Thank yoy from a FAMOUS TRUCKER... 😃😆😉😎

My 1st time picking up here, you must check in & out on the computer. The lady at the counter will not say anything to you, just look at you & will get an attitude if you ask a question as if every warehouse operates the same as they do. I was there with a driver thats been driving for over 30yrs, he didnt know what to do & the lady didnt volunteer or attempt to help him, I took it upon myself to assist him with checking in... Loading didnt take long, only reason theyre getting 3 stars...

I arrived on time and was told that my appointment was 8 a.m. Rescheduled for 18:00 but havent been loaded 2 hours later.

Not a lot of room for trucks to move. Second drive is entrance. Stage behind the building. People were great. Quick drop and hook.

Pretty cool place to pick up. You can check yourself in by using a computer. Very simple to do.

Played passenger on my husbands delivering water. They were slow unloading but we had an opportunity to talk and order pizza delivery.

A little hard to find the shipping office if youve never been here before but once I got checked in it wasnt long and I was loaded and gone. The whole process took less than an hour. The shipping clerk was actually courteous and helpful.

Was a good place to load. Parking is tight and they pretty much stick to appointment times.

Warehouses in this general area are pretty much the same. Cramped, no communication. Yard guys are accommodating though

Outgrown their warehouse by a long shot. Always more trucks than where they can place them. Even had trucks backed out into the highway, which is extremely dangerous. I didnt even get loaded even at my appointment time. And if youre here past 3pm and gotta park, dont bother going to the pilot west of here, that place outgrew its usefulness years ago. Head to the TA up north, no parking here at this warehouse.

Very helpful staff which was patient and informative. Was directed were to put empty trailer when no apparent spots available. This company does more with less space.

Typical warehouse that treats truck drivers like garbage. Wont load if youre early for your pick up. Took 6 hours to load. Thats no joke. Avoid!!!

I have a bad feeling about this i backed into dock at 13:00 its 14:00 and i hsve not seen any activity or movement to get loaded just hope it does not take long

Was here about 3 hours total. Thats not too awful bad. Absolutely positively DO NOT arrive early. There is no place to park if you do.

This place is absolutely horrible! A business is only as good as its worst employee, that being said,,,,, the shipping lady is show as molasses in the winter. Ive stood in line to get a dock door for an hour on more than one ocasion. Its always 2 hrs or longer to get loaded and get outta here. Mu suggestion is to avoid this place at all costs.

Took 6 hours to load and then they have to nerve to tell you that you cant sleep here. Avoid if you have any self respect. Not worth supporting trash companies.

Its a little tight but I was in and out real quick. Friendly staff. Make sure you read all the directions on how to check in and check out.

The computer sign in was a bit confusing. More instruction should be given as for what is an order number or load number and what they start with. Ut took me a while to figure out which number goes in what box. Also if picking up here, there is very limited space, so not show up more then 15 mins before appt time.

The BOL#, starting with 5, worked for the computer login pick up#. Shipping office is on the east side of the building. Park on the north side to walk to shopping office. Use second driveway to enter. 1st driveway to exit. Avoid 3rd driveway. August 2018.

A bit tight to back up into dock but other than that fast loading friendly staff

Not much complaint except on the shipping receiving part that they are to busy and packed that they need to have a upgrade that accommodates semi so they are on the highway backing up traffic just to get loaded

Dont be early (youll be waiting, and not on the property).Dont be late either. Theyll schedule you to come back with a new appointment time. I got scheduled 8 hours later, which hurt my 14 hour clock tremendously. (Plus, youll be leaving the property).2200 appointment time. Approached my truck to put glad hand lock on at 0030. Loading started at 0100.

They load you fast and first come first serve no matter the pick up time you can come early

Today I came in at 12:38pm to pickup a load with an appointment time of 1:00pm. Its now 7:10pm at night and still not finished loading. This is BS

Sometime its a drop and hook but dont go too early then the appt time.no overnite parking but i saw some trucks parked along the street there.

Unorganized people. They will that your load was canceled and no details. And they will recommend that you can come back and check in next day. What a a waste!

I brought a load from Indiana and they put me in a door as soon as I got here! Unloading process very quick.

They need a bigger place, not enough room for all the trailers. To much congestion trying to get in and out.

I was little late for my appointment but they took me in and I was out in less than 30 minutes. Don’t miss your appointment though.

Turned away twice. Can’t park on property. Have to be 15 min before appointment. Started at 2.30 an still here 8:34. Horrible place to load!!

They put u n a door and get ur paperwork and wait four hour or maybe more if you don’t ask them when they start to unload

No parking onsite, no overnight, blind side entry, alley dock parking. Check in at door 16. Tight squeeze for docking, and turning around to get driver side docking. No guard shack.

Very, very slow to get loaded. Sat at the dock for 2 hours before they started loading my trailer. Total of almost 4 to load the trailer. Its not even that busy.
