I have completed several projects with Floors Depot over the past 10 years. I first learned about them through Costco. They installed flooring throughout my entire 4,100 sq.ft. house with high grade engineered hardwoods downstairs and carpet upstairs.I could not be happier with this company. Specifically, Sam is amazing. And floor installers Francisco and Louis did a remarkable job.It is very difficult to do a wood floors repair by lacing new boards with old. When we had a leak in the bathroom, they matched and laced it so perfectly to the hallway that you would NEVER know which planks were new versus original.I could go on and on with examples of outstanding workmanship and customer service. They should have 5 stars all the way down. If I could give 6 stars, I would!In a time when quality and care are hard to find, look no further than Sam and team at Floors Depot Ft. Sam Ducklow and floors depot recently replaced all of our downstairs carpet. Sam was very knowledgeable and at the end met all of our requirements (to include price) better than any of the other dealers, and I interviewed 7 companies. Installation was also a top notch experience. The crew worked 10 hour days to minimize the installation time.

GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!The salesmen will lie and tell you they can do something the installers can’t, and since you’ve already put money down you’re pretty much stuck with having them do the work because they know they have you!!Sam (sales person of course) will tell you a price and for sure when it comes time to do the work it will go up in price. Constant comments like “ I have talked to so many people, I can’t remember exactly what we discussed”OR “If I go with the price you say I mentioned, I won’t be making any money off of this”The work was shabby and not up the a standard of a nice home. There are many other places out there where you can get higher quality work for a better price. Do not believe what those sales people say there!!

Worked with Sam for a long time and he was a lot of fun to work with during this project. Felepe and his son installed my flooring and did an outstanding job. They paid a lotOf attention to detail and the quality of work that was performed was exceptional. From start to finish I enjoyed it. They cleaned up they were honest I can’t say enough about them I’m extremely happy with the job they didThanks again guys

II stop in on my way through Texas To see their floor selection I’ve been wanting to buy some flooring so needed a break so thought I would stop there and take a look at their show room is amazing never saw a show room like that where you could see all different flooring laid out in everything beautiful and the help he received there is so relaxing they come to you I want to know if you need help what you’re looking for but they also give you that time to just walk around and do your own thing wow on my way back stopping in there and seeing what I can do about my flooring they are amazing

The staff seemed friendly but could not answer any questions about what type of carpets these are, such as polyester, nylon etc. We were told they have to ask the owner about the specs and that people just buy the carpet if they like it. Really!!!

I am probably one of the most indecisive people to work with when it comes to decorating. I have difficulty narrowing down the choices, especially when I have no idea what Im looking for. I actually worked with two different sales persons at Floors Depot TX. Their entire sales team was outstanding, from my first interaction to my last interaction. Tammy did a great job of helping me select colors. Allen came out, did the measuring and helped me finalize my purchase. Their installer did an beautiful job of installing my carpet. I now have a beautiful outstanding quality carpet with great padding - at a price I could afford!! You wont find a better selection (even wholesale), better service, a better price, or better installation than what they offer at Floors Depot TX!!

My wife and I had such a great experience with Sam at Floors Depot. The wood looking tile we were searching for was unusual and comes at a rather high price per foot. Sam worked to help us stay within our budget. He also worked diligently using our measurements to provide suggested quantities of tile, thinset and grout. He had several helpful recommendations concerning the grout color and type. Sam’s help was exactly what we needed in finding and purchasing the tile we were looking for. We love our new flooring.

Was going here to get flooring for a few of my rooms but read the reviews. One review about the workers not greeting customers and not wearing masks during a pandemic frightened me but what was even worst is how the owner responded to that comment as well as another one a bit further down (same responds to both) just like reviews hurt your business, how you chose to respond does as well.

If your are looking for new flooring of ANY kind, this is the place you go and ASK FOR SAM!I walked into various flooring stores, small and big looking for floor tile; I was ignored by most sales people or given a few sentences of information ( probably because I had two small kids with me haha), until I walked into Floors Depot and met SAM. He gave my kids crayons and began to listen to what I was looking for and answering every question I threw his way.And this guy knows his flooring! From solid hardwood down to the newest types of LVP and everything in between- where it is made and how it is made. SAM will listen to what you want and go out of his way to provide you with that product and at an incredibly fair price; we went through at least 10 different wood look tiles until he found me the perfect one. I teared up when I saw the floors halfway through installment, even without the grout as seen in the photo, they looked so amazing. He then took the time to find a hardwood floor for a different part of the house, that matched the wood look tile, per my preference, and fit the needs of my family. I am so impressed by the service provided by SAM I could not, not write a review!If you want stress free flooring for your home, ask for SAM at Floors Depot, you will not be disappointed!

I had my carpet installed today in my home with flooring depot. I am very pleased with the carpet installation. The guys that installed my carpet were great and did an outstanding job and they were very efficient. They are way too busy trying to do whatever task theyve been given to do than to wait on customers. I finally found someone and he called someone else, She asked him to help me instead because she said...Im really busy and also my trainee just got here. AndHe is saying, I am working in the warehouse today. He helped me but it felt like I was totally inconveniencing him and even though I found what I wanted, Im not buying it here.

We stepped into Floors Depot to browse due to a house fire. Even though we made it clear we couldn’t buy anything today, Allan was super friendly, not pushy, and was very knowledgeable. We will be back again when it is time to buy. Oh, another plus is that they have a great selection.

JT at Floors Depot was so knowledgeable, patient to answer questions over and over again, and can be contacted anytime with questions. We had checked around at other places, and got the best price and better flooring at Floors Depot. We purchased excellent vinyl planks for our kitchen and laundry room first. Our floor was put down perfectly and the crew was very professional, kind, and a joy to have in our home. We love our floor. We came back and purchased all new carpeting for our house. JT was there to help us make the right decision and listened to our needs. This crew was also professional and worked 11 hours putting our carpet down to finish it in one day. They were detailed oriented and a joy to have in our home as well. We would like to give JT and the crew more than 5 stars. I do not know about the other salespeople there, but if you go out be sure to ask for JT. You will be glad you did!
