Can I get a redo?Although upon first entry to this establishment I encountered good service these last few visits have been overwhelming hostile! If people would do the job they applied for, then transactions would be a lot more smooth. There’s no way I will give my money and energy to a place that allows such foul mannered individuals to treat customers with such disrespect. Any good manager would know how to deescalate a situation that wouldn’t even have escalated had they had proper communication skills. It was cool while it lasted.

Been coming here for about 2 months and was okay. The staff was a little slow but always nice. Then today I go in and see some new girl who I’ve never seen trying to charge me more for something that I get every time I go. Hate stores that have staff with no integrity.

Love the staff and selection of products. Wish they had some modern vapes and not antiquated wick based systems though. More vape juice options in higher strengths would be nice as well. If youre looking for a traditional head shop this is the place to go.

Terrible staff. Extremely rude. Not the first time apparently. They get to choose when to sell to you. Also they put all sales are final and places where people won’t look. If you want to gamble in buying stuff that might or might not work, this is the place for you.

Horrible experience. Been coming here for years but the manager is now trying to sell broken/discontinued products with the no return policy rule to save them. (Read other comments) I wouldn’t buy a thing. Glass is all junk too. They stopped selling sovereignty and big names for more China glass they can up charge People double on it.

Smokies has quality items for anything you may need from vape products to old school tobacco pipes. If you are into disc golf they also provide a nice selection of discs and even sunglasses. A one stop shop for your parks and recreational needs ;)

Love this place. Every time Im in there all the staff are in a good mood and even though I feel like I have some dumb questions they are always knowledgeable and friendly. I love going in there during the night shift. Derrick and Dan are always in a good mood and are hilarious. If your looking for the largest selection of glass look no further, they have a huge selection and the prices are very competitive.

No where near as good as Fusion off Berry. Its got an okay selection, but it seems sparse or really just standard. Staff was more invested in their own business and selling me than helping me find what I actually needed.

STAY AWAY!! Would not recommend this place to anybody who works hard for their money I bought vaporizer from them it did not work they gave me trouble to exchange it then when I got the second one it also did not work Brandy the manager at the Camp Bowie store told me we cant just keep exchanging stuff I said I agree I would like my money back or store credit up to the amount I spent. They said it will mess up inventory if they exchange for another product this is expected from maybe a single store shop but they have many stores; greedy people no customer service. When I called the manufacturer of the vaporizer they told Me that they have discontinued the product years ago. Save yourself the time and money RIP OFF

Everyone is so friendly and so helpful. I havent been to the in Arlington, but the one in Fort Worth is cool. Kibbie is one of the guys who works there and he is super sweet and super knowledgeable and if he cant answer he will find someone who can. The store is always clean and smelling good so yea I will continue to shop there.

I have been a customer at Smokies for years. Started back when they where at the ridglea theater building. they always have the best glass at the best price. it is funny to see employees of other smoke shops posting bad reviews on here. i have given them my card to make a copy a 100 times never a problem. the owner Mike explained to me how people would do a charge then go home and claim they where never there and do a charge back. so the c/c company advised him to make copies to fight that. Mike has stopped taking copies on all charges. hopefully people will not be dishonest. i know they are strict on the laws but i dont blame them.

The guys who work here are SUPER helpful and will show you anything, no matter how much time you need. Wide range of prices; the pieces are all well-made; and all of the accessories you could ever ask for.

When I called the girl answered the phone very rude and just saying hello.. I had to ask to make sure it was even the business. When my husband went in, Carey was even more rude in person and not helpful at all.. she even overcharged him on the purchase. We will never be going back here! If your looking for nice bongs, vape, and bongs its a good place. If you want a nice selection of good cigars and pipe tobacco try another place. Stores Swisher sweets with the Macanudos. Came for the tobacco left empty handed.

Kibbie was so great & I am blanking on his name, Trent or Travis, Im sooo sorry, he was super funny! Kibbie helped us this visit, he was sooo fantastic he was funny, knowledgeable and very entertaining. He even provided a lil history lesson about some of the rarest collectors pieces in the shop so neat and a real honor to see some of these rare & some very artistic pieces.

This place is really good, clean and knowledgeable. Recently shopped here and had great experience from a very sweet guy named Kibbie. I was in to buy a hooka for my wifes birthday. Not knowing anything about hookas nor everything I would need I prayed the associate would be knowledgeable and able to explain with ease. Within minutes Kibbie had suggested a nice two hitter hooka along with shisha and all the accessories. I was so happy to get everything I needed at a great price. Definitely gonna go back for the smoke candles.

Found this place about a month ago after Cowtown Vapors went out of business, this place is an excellent place for E Cig products, Dan and Lurch are good guys, have great knowledge of the products and are extremely helpful, a rarity in the retail business these days. I highly recommend this place.
