First impressions were great. Wonderful selection of cigars, Eric was helpful in finding the right cigars for our group. That is about all I can say was good. The waitresses were beyond sub par with the service. After picking out our cigars we waited for half an hour and still no one came by to ask if we needed anything. The waitress decided to just sit there and bs with other customers. Obviously we needed a cutter and lighter! Drinks would have been nice as well (we ended up taking turns going to the bar to get drinks)… extremely disappointed.

Great place to relax and retreat from the hustle. I stayed at the Embassy down the block and found this great gem.Service is great, bar is fully stocked, humidor has a great selection, and the coffee was phenomenal. Will definitely come back!

Upscale but laid back. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Relaxing place to enjoy some good cigars think, watch the game or shoot the bill with some friends. Comfortable chairs and great views, wasn’t overly smoky inside. Great selection of whiskey and beers. I hope to be back sooner than later.

A most EXCELLENT place to end a day of business. Decor and ambience were good. Selection may be a bit overwhelming at first glance. However, put yourself in the hands of the staff. Grace gave outstanding service. She is knowledgeable, friendly, with delightful customer service and made my first time visit a pleasure. Guaranteed to be a repeat customer every time I’m in town. We had a rough experience there. I was willing to let that go because I realize how hard it is to get help right now. But then we get back to Lubbock and see that my brother and I were both charged different charges after she said she couldnt split the bill. Meanwhile the manager was in the humidor chatting it up acting like it wasnt busy at all and the waitress was about to start crying.

Me and my boyfriend love to come here on our days off from work. The cigars are always well stocked and well taken care of. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We love this place and it truly is our little hangout spot when we want to get away from everything.

If youre black you will be charged a $10 cover which will be added on your check per the manager wearing a pink shirt wearing a grey vest thats playing guitar with the band. 9/17/21...thank you for finally responding 4 days later but I asked 3 othere groups around us and they said they were not charged a cover and I spoke to a few regulars in the line for the bathroom and they said there has never been a cover charge. Thank you for showing how dishonest you and your establishment are!!👍🏽 Update...Came in 11/5/21 with a group of my white friends and there was absolutely no cover! We went there this past Saturday night and we were very disappointed. First of all, we saw there is a $10 cover charge just to sit in a seat. Next, there was no live music playing. The filtration system was not working as it normally does, and it appeared to be more smoky than normal. We stayed for a couple of hours and had drinks while our husbands smoked their cigars. We normally invite friends and encourage others to join us but I was so disappointed in the atmosphere and how the establishment seems to have changed… I don’t know that I’ll be doing that. This use to be a place we would end our night after a great dinner in Fort Worth. 😔

Amazing ambience, great cigar atmosphere, good service. Has good liquor, beer, and wine selection, fantastic selection of cigars. Tvs all over the inside, comfortable chairs, and the option for outdoor seating. Would say this is the best cigar bar in the dallas ft worth area.

Superb selection of cigars and a wide variety of drinks to go with them. Very comfortable atmosphere, comfortable seating and televisions. Some people were dressed in relaxing clothes, some in business attire, everyone gets treated equally.Wait staff was very friendly and cigar concierge was very knowledgeable in assisting us. If you have a little to spend or a lot, this place will please all palets.

Upscale, relaxing, good drinks. Small selection, also must know what you like because when we asked for recommendations the lady said she not sure because she hasnt smoked a cigar or really know about them, but other than that service was good.

Had a lot of fun at this place. they treat you with world class service. I met a lot of friendly people here and the staff is friendly as well. The cigars are not that expensive like some other cigar lounges. The drinks are reasonably priced and are not watered down. I joked with one of the bartenders all night because he entertained me and my guests very well. This was on my birthday.

Love the atmosphere.... kind of a comfortable clubhouse, when weather is nice outside their little seating area there is my favorite spot to go... best top shelf liquor that Ive seen in town, and you have the benefit of the air being full of rich lovly smoke a great natural anti microbial gift during all the hype over this years common cold....

In terms of ambiance, Silver Leaf delivers a comfortable yet elegantly modern environment without being overly sterile. Minimalist dark wood accents are pocketed with eclectic decor. The bar is framed by an impressive collection of liquors. Hope to come back next time Im in town.

This place was quiet, clean and not very busy but it was also kind of early in the day the service was helpful and very friendly. Reccomending several cigars when I asked after a particular flavor.

This is the best bar in the world. I’ve traveled million of miles for work and hands down this is the best.

First visit to Fort Worth and last to Silver Leaf. My cousin and I were profiled. We sat at the bar and were immediately and purposely ignored. We finally received service when a regular patron requested service on our behalf. Veronica the bartender- looked at us and shook her head as in “no”. Time went on and I guess we were acceptable. WTH is really going in here. #dollarsspentelsewhere.

Went on a Saturday, was packed. Will return during a weekday for a more quiet time. Waitresses handled a very annoying customer very well. Staff was amazing!

We were there for a convention and spent every night there. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable about both cigars and bourbon. Would recommend this place to anyone in the area who is looking for a good place to sit and smoke. The ONLY reason I did not give it 5 stars is because their ventilation system could use some work. Very smokey in there.

Ive been here a handful of times now and Im never disappointed! The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Their walk-in humidor is stocked with just about everything you can imagine, and their drink menu is comprehensive. I cant wait for the next time!

Great place. I had not smoked a cigar in years and smelled them passing by. They took time to help me find a great cigar and treated me the same as guys spending 4 times what I spent. Excellent place. I would certainly recommend them.

Super Nice environment. Great live music on Saturday night by Bradley. A good selection of cigars in a seperate cigar room. The staff gets a little swamped sometimes and is a little slow but overall good. The venue is a little crammed. Overall a cool place to go.

First time there. What a place. The cigar guy recommended a really cigar. The waitress was very attentive. She cut and lite our cigars. Wow!! If you like Manhattans, the bar tender made the best Manhattan Id ever had. Excellent!! The walls were done in a dark mahogany and the chairs were phenomenal. I will go back when I go back to Ft Worth. If you want a cigar and drink? Go to Silver Leaf Cigar Lounge at Sundance Square.

Great staff. Lamest selection of cigars of any cigar shop. Limited selection and waaaaaaaay over priced. Skip the Micallef cigars, it aint worth the price tag.

They have excellent customer service. The waitress cuts and lights your cigar and she gave us chocolates and everyone was very friendly. The lounge is a cozy relaxing atmosphere. Ill be back again.

Great selection of sticks, great selection of spirits (didnt try any on account of being unable to drink alcohol) and found a few cigars here Ive been hunting and were unable to find. A nice cigar bar in downtown Fort Worth. No onsite parking but for downtown this is normal. I was always worried about it being uptight with cigar conessiurs, but it has always been a very open and inviting. The staff always have good recommendations on cigars or drinks.No food is served at this location.Definitely recommended for newer cigar smokers and veterans alike.

One of the most relaxing spots in the square. Service is amazing and the owner can be frequently seen during the evening hours on the weekend. The best Texas Old Fashion was spot on and cigar choices were plentiful. Can be a location to stay all night or just to pick up a few good cigars.
