Ive been a long time consignor and customer here and love this store! The owners, Dani & Suzi are so sweet and really care about their customers... they make everyone feel like family. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a relaxing shopping experience. Great prices too!

Came into this store for the first time and was surprised by how nice everything was. They definitely put the “boutique” in consignment boutique! I will be going back soon to take my mom & sister when they come into town….they both love bargain shopping. The ladies working made me feel like we had been friends forever! It’s hard to find such attentive customer service and good prices nowadays😁

Was so happy to find this amazing store!! The clothing is incredible and the prices so inexpensive for 1st quality items!! The ladies working there make you feel so welcome ! They were so helpful finding me an outfit!! Will shop at this amazing store always. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

I love this store as a buyer and seller. I took my daughter to go shop for homecoming today, I got to use my credit for my sales. I was very pleased with their no purse policy because it protects me as a seller. The mother and daughter owners are very attentive, help my daughter find everything she needed, and I am very thankful for them.

“ HOW CAN BUSINESS LIKE THIS STAY IN BUSINESS FOR SO LONG, WHEN THEY RIP-OF MERCHANDISE FROM CONSIGNEE?”I truly wish I had reviewed all the comments on previous reviews before I had talking my new merchandise to this store. After the contract days were over they made me go trough the whole store to pick up my own items had several pzs missing from their list which I KNOW THEY SOLD AND THEY DIDNT PAY me according to agreement on what they need it to pay and return all items that were unsold. Please please do yourself a favor don’t consign at this store if you don’t want to be ripped off.

Had to give one star in order to leave a review. Im a born and raised Texan, and as such, I was raised with manners. The women running this store need to invest in a couple of Emily Post books so they can learn what manners are. I remember in the 70s and 80s, Texas was considered the friendliest state in America. Its sad to see it isnt anymore.

Rude and arrogant women. Called up my daughter who is away in school to say, they couldnt store her dress any longer. She needed to come and get it right away.They inspected it when they took the dress but all of a sudden the dress is dirty.. they are what is dirty . The 90 days she agreed to are not even up

We drove 3 hours to shop in this store- we arrive at the store and there is not a single worker and we are in need of a bathroom. We walk to a few stores nearby to find a restroom before returning to the store and are unable to find a bathroom. So we walk back to elegant diva and ask the lady if she would mind us using her bathroom before we shop her store. She proceeds to yell at us for needing a bathroom and then accuses us of using her store just for a bathroom. After continuing to yell at us after we are trying to explain that we just drove three hours to buy two prom dresses from her store (elegant diva) we decided to walk out. I would NEVER return to this store and was highly disappointed with the lady working in there. Horrible service. No matter who you are no one should be treated this way. if I was able to give this a 0 star rating I would.

I am an absolute second hand junky, but I am over the major chains and having to dig through piles of junk to find a gem. This place is full of amazing items! It is seriously one of my favorite places to shop of all time.It is family owned by a mother/daughter who have had this store for 10 years. I agree with the reviews that say this place is horrible for getting back what didnt sell at the end of the contract. They had a coat that belonged to my friend that was priced at $90, but it didnt show as sold, nor was it on the sales floor. If the clerk had spent as much time helping as she did complaining that she didnt have time to help, we could have retrieved all of mine and my friends items. I felt that we essentially gave them a lot of clothes and got very little compensation. The clerk gave me the owners number but she never returned my call. Ill never step foot in this store again.

My Mom took in several new items with tags on them and several gently used items approximately 15 items she got paid $7.00 and change and they could not find over half the items, returned one that got stained in their possession. They stated they sold 1 item received back 6 items the rest could never be accounted for..I have now heard several people having the same issues.Prices are great to shop, but horrible getting items back that did not sell or the money for the disappeared items. will never leave items with consignement stores again

Lovely shop with awesome retail items and finds. You can shop smart and elegantly here. Budgets welcome and imagination endless. Theres nowhere else in my opinion where you can find luxury and reclaim it. I just wish there were a few more options for larger sizes.

Elegant Diva is one of the most awesome consignment stores I’ve ever been in and I consider myself an expert shopper. Their merchandise is extremely quality and very fair priced. The customer service is beyond belief! They have special VIP events on a regular basis which they did today and it was so much fun! I highly recommend this place if you live anywhere nearby. You will not be disappointed!

The best resale shop that I have ever shopped. Upscale clothing at reasonable prices with great variety. Linda and Danny are the best. They are very friendly and helpful and make you feel right at home. Im so glad a friend told me about Elegante Diva. Not only do I consign but I shop there, too. 5 stars from me!!!!!

At first I didnt think I would fine the formal gown I was looking for but boy was I wrong. All the gowns were very organized and in great condition. The one I fell in love with had a couple of missing rhinestones so she contacted the seller and gave me an offer I couldnt refuse. Very nice place! They offer a military discount as well.

A great place to find great clothes that have had previous owners. Great selection, higher end clothes and purses and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Recommend for shopping and consignment.

The store has good quality merchandise. The owner Susie and management team-Linda and Danielle are great. I had the most awful shopping experience I have ever had in my life, however, there due to one sales associate - she ruins the business. So, although all other experiences at the store were positive, I have to rate my buying there as unsatisfactory and ended due to this overwhelmingly tragic occurrence with the sales associate-I wound up calling the police.

Might be fine for purchases, but I cant recommend them for selling.
