Carolina was so personable, very attentive to my needs, answered my questions, the service was quick and painless, I asked her opinion regarding products to complete my look, I am now using Benefits brow in soft brown, it’s wonderful.I highly recommend this wonderful young lady.

If you need your eyebrows done I would 100% recommend using Carolina!! She is extremely neat and does EXACTLY what I ask her to do every single time. She makes my eyebrows look amazing. 10/10

I unfortunately needed to make a decision that this place was not the place or me after a few unfortunate events.Twice in a row my appointments needed to be rescheduled after staffing issues and the third time my appointment was misbooked for the wrong day which was my last straw.I have a packed schedule and reply on appointments to get my stuff done and I decided that the uncertainty of appointments was just not something that I could fit into my lifestyle and to be honest I just didnt feel valued as a customer after all of this.I expressed my frustration to an employee and she barely apologized. Didnt even try to get a manager to connect with me and I just felt like they didnt care if they lost my business or not.Which is a shame considering I was a regular guest.2 stars because when I was going they did a great job on my brows
