I come here often and everyone is always so helpful and nice!

My favorite place to go for shopping for my skin and hair care. I appreciate Joshua and his amazing help in choosing the right staff. He is so knowledgeable about products. He always recommends products that helps to solve my issues with the skin and hair. Thanks to him I discovered Revive serum that helped with my skin getting loose after I lost 20 pounds. I went to several medical spa places and all offered fillers and Botox or very expensive procedures. Joshua recommended Revive and really helped to tighten my skin. The same situation with hair. I shopped in Neiman Marcus before and spent a lot of money and didn’t get the results I wanted. So now I am a loyal customer of Bluemercury thanks to their choices of products and customer service by Joshua. Highly recommend this place!

Very clean! There is a great price range so anyone can find quality items no matter their budget. I really appreciate the amount of vegan, clean and cruelty free items they have! So hard to find!

There’s specific products that I can only get here and won’t go without, but I dread it when I have to pick them up. I always secretly hope this one lady isn’t working. She has dark hair, older, but I don’t know her name. The way she talks is so “judg-y”, even though I’m spending $100s every time I’m there. The others have been great but man, I just wish she would quit. It’s amazing how one person can completely ruin your outlook of a store. There’s no telling how many customers they’ve lost because of her.

They have everything you could ever want or need, the team is so nice and helpful, most of all knowledgeable and friendly! They have a pristine boutique and really take care of their customers. I highly recommended shopping there! Stop in and see for yourself.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I have never felt so humiliated and out of place in a shopping store in my entire life!! The moment that I walked into bluemercury the associates were taking turns debating on who would assist me simply because I didnt look as if I could afford to be there. If I never knew what discrimination and racism felt like, I experienced today in this store. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Knowlegeable staff and many, many brands of skin care.

My sister in law and I decided to visit this location today and I’m very disappointed. The lady that helped us was totally rude and unwelcoming. My 2 year old niece was with us and as her mother was asking the lady a question my niece walked around the corner not grabbing anything but as a 2 year old we know that anything may interest her. Her mother is great at makings sure she doesn’t grab things and or damages anything. As the 2 year old is walking and my sister in law asked the lady a question the lady completely ignores what she is asking her and makes a face and sound like she’s bothered that the kid is walking around again not grabbing anything. I will never go back to this place again. The employee needs to be thought some manners as well as customer service lessons. Sad to say we are both in the beauty industry and were very excited to visit this location. But then again maybe she acted that way because we are Mexican.

Great beauty store - almost like a cross between Sephora & Neiman Marcus. Nice variety of mid-range to luxury skincare & cosmetics, friendly & knowledgeable associates that dont overwhelm you, and store itself is clean and modern. There is also a spa on site, and Laura does an excellent brow wax. A more pleasant shopping experience than Sephora & Ulta.
