I have been going here for over 10 years and they have always had the best knives and products. Ive always had engraving done and it always looks amazing. I went in recently to get a birthday gift for my Dad and brother and Jake did a awesome job helping us. They loved there gifts. Thank yall so much keep up the great work.

Very nice knife store. They had Cold Steel so I was pumped! I had to buy several pieces. The store was low on inventory but that was expected. It was clean and organized. Many other things besides knives, cups, kitchen ware, axes, swords, sharpening stones, etc. I like the log cabin look. Not bad prices here either.

The engraver hooked it up! She knocked it out of the park! Got all the small detail in the engraving. She was awesome and I will be returning for more goodies.

What an awesome store with a boat load of inventory. Im done going to Walmart, Academy, Cabelas, or any other of those stores when I need a knife. The store is a bit overwhelming when you enter for the first time because of all the selections and different varieties. I needed a particular pocket knife when I entered but ended up spending 15 minutes looking at kitchen knives. I easily could have spent an hour in the store browsing but I had a great salesman that I told what I wanted and she helped nrrow down my selection. I enjoyed my shopping experience and was reminded how great it can be shopping in a locally owned store.

Went to buy myself a Microtech Ultratech, kristy helped us out and while in line checking out I decided to have her grab the Violet Microtech for the girlfriend also! Excellent service, very friendly. Brought a friend with and he also bought one :). 10/10 will be back

The sales girl was very unknowledgeabe, and not very friendly. She decided to pull down her mask to start coughing uncontrollably. She was obviously very sick with who knows what but didnt have the decency to step away from our infant to not spread her sickness, then she just walked away so we left without being helped. My husband has bought dozens of knifes here over the years, so this was a very disappointing experience.

Due to COVID-19 we had to change our wedding date to another year than what was desired. My fiancé and I took in several products by another distributor to fix them from 2021 to 2022 and Kate did such an amazing job at fixing a mistake that we had no control over. She was super friendly and so understanding of our situation. Kate, was determined to fix this mistake for us with no questions asked. We are extremely happy with the end product and we definitely highly recommend this location for their great customer service!

Brought my spyderco PM2 with a chip towards the tip to be fixed. 10 mins later I had a completely repaired blade that looks stock and came with a better than factory edge. Highly recommend these folks.

Most kids mark theirs by putting a strip of duck tape on the handle. Well, with Laser Engraving that’s not necessary. They came out perfect... just as she wanted. I have been shopping at House of blades since I was a kid. About 25 year no complaints. I just bought a spyderco manix2 a few days ago and one of the workers went out of theirway to help me. Im super grateful. If you dont see what you want just ask. They do have more inventory upstairs.

I left with 2 Benchmades I had been interested in, and I plan on coming back in the future. Definitely worth your time if youre in the market for a new knife!

Prices are standard brick and mortar (high) but thats to be expected versus an internet dealer. Selection was good. Staff allowed me to test out several high end knives without any issue.

The entire staff was very friendly and checked on me several times to make sure I was doing okay while I browsed. The sales associate who helped me (Ethan) was very knowledgeable and made sure I got everything I needed. I originally came in looking for a knife that House of Blades didnt have in stock and he showed me numerous knives before I finally landed on one that fit what I needed. I travel every year from California to visit my family here in Ft Worth and always make it a point to go to House of Blades. Every knife I own I bought from them. This place is absolutely worth the hour drive from Dallas. With things getting crazy,y these days I decided I needed a new self defense knife and Alice was AMAZING. Im so indecisive and picky and she was so nice and so patient and willing to help me find the perfect knife for me. I must have gone through half the store and she didnt seem to mind. I ended up finding 2 I loved so I got both.

Wow, totally recommend this place... I brought my fathers favorite, used every day, Buck112 with me with the hopes to get it cleaned and engraved. KIMBERLY cleaned off some roofing tar for free and then sharpened it for a few dollars. But the best part was the ENGRAVING of his LOGO... Plus his INITIALS... Then I saw YETI mugs there and they engraved his logo on the YETI also!!! Im so impressed because they were able to do all the engraving while I waited a few min...

Me my husband and his uncle went in to purchase a knife. When went in we were greeted by a friendly staff. I was very happy with the service here. The young lady that helped us her name is Kimberly. She was very sweet and helped us out on getting our 4 year old son get a trainer knife he really wants to be like a man with a cool knife. We ended up buying four knifes instead. Shopping with house of blades through Covid has been simple and a pleasure. From a first time knife buyer to now purchasing my 4th blade from them, they helped me each time find the right blade I had in mind. I now have a well rounded collection for various purposes. The curbside pick up/shopping was also very quick efficient. Looking forward to getting some engraving done soon on some of blades to see how they come out!

I lost my pocket knife I had carried for 15 - 20 years. It was an old friend, and I had to replace it. I walked in the door hoping to find some old guy like me with lots of knowledge I didnt have, who could help me decide if I wanted to purchase the same knife or choose another.Emma greeted me when I entered. I told her why I was there, and expected her to take me to Old Guy or someone else. Instead, she asked me how I used my knife, what brand I had when I lost it, etc. She told me the Uncle Henry line of knives isnt the same quality as the knife I lost, then she showed me several knives that aligned with the features I said I wanted.I probably spent 15 or 20 minutes holding the various pocket knives, asking questions, going back and forth between three or four, then comparing those to which I had narrowed my search.In the end, I chose a knife that Emma recommended at first. It got sharpened this afternoon, and after shredding a few sheets of paper, I know I have a new friend. Thanks, Emma!

I went in to get a name etched into a masonite pegboard. I did have to wait as there were people ahead of me but the wait was short. Misty was extremely helpful and entertaining during my wait! Definitely plan on going again in the future for more etchings!

So. I visited this store for the first time today. I drove an hour and a half, excited to go to a big knife and gear store, being that there are none near me. Well. I was disappointed. It was very quiet when I walked in. No one seemed in any way happy to be there. The first aisle I walked down, a guy was putting knives in a drawer, and made no effort to acknowledge that I was there. I asked to check out a couple knives of which I referenced by brand, but ZT seemed to be the only brand they knew, in the case. I never really got the impression anyone wanted to help me. At one point I ended up explaining how a CRKT Field Strip knife worked, to a customer, since the employee had no idea what it was. I also asked about the collection of Chris Reeve knives, and was presented with a blank stare, when I asked if they had any of the new Sebenza 31s. Instead I got ummm, I dont know, what we have in here is all weve got. With them being higher end knives, it would seem beneficial for the staff to know what theyre selling. I consider myself to be very knowledgeable with knives, pens, flashlights, and gear in general, and I feel like I could have been of better assistance to the few people that were there while I was. The store has potential, and I understand that with everything going on with the pandemic, that inventory might be hard to come by, but as it stands, I dont know if Id make the lengthy drive to visit again.

Great place to see a lot of different kinds of knives, and talk to knowledgeable staff. There knife sharpening services are superb. Honestly I was a little hesitant to have my blade sharpened by someone else. But now Im so glad I did! My knife was sharpened by Russell. He is by far the best I have dealt with! Every time Ive had my blade sharpened by him it shaved the hair clean off the arm no discomfort. Not to mention a beautiful literal mirror finish on the edge. Its a beautiful thing. Do yourself a favor and stop in House of blades and have Russell sharpen your knife..

I bought my first Microtech OTF knife at HOB yesterday and it was a great experiance. Matt was very helpful.

I went to House of blades to buy a sheath for a machete. Kimberly showed me a machete that was the same size as mine with a sheath. She said you have a new sheath and you now have an extra machete. She made sense, so I bought the new machete at a fair price!

Ive been here a couple times over the last year or two. The staff are always very pleasant and Ive gotten a pretty good deal every time. All their staff is great but Joey is something else! Its such a shame its such a long drive.

Outstanding service, extremely knowledge staff. Their custom work is fantastic. Their prices are as good and often beat prices from my favorite online knife website, but House of Blades has better quality. I have discovered my go-to website was selling factory seconds. I now shop for my knives at House of Blades and no longer buy online.

Im local to the area, and HOB is the only place I shop in person and online if available. Their service is excellent and staff is always ready to help you find whatever you want. During my last visit, Joey helped me out and I cant find a negative thing to say about him. I recommend House of Blades to everybody.

Wow, I was completely impressed. Within about 2 minutes of walking in the door, I had an associate ask me if I needed help. Within the next 10 minutes, two more associates asked me if I needed help. Joey, the associate who sold me my knife, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Out of the hundreds if not thousands of knives on display, he took the time to help me figure out and find exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be visiting this place again and I highly recommend anyone looking for a knife to check this place out.

Great customer service. We took a cutting board to be engraved. Within two minutes Matthew was there to help us decide on fonts, print style and what he thought would look best. Plus, he told us it would be ready that day before store closing and this was a Sunday afternoon. Wow!! Unbelievable service. We couldnt pick it up until the next day, but, when we arrived the finished product was perfect. The lettering size, font and color were absolutely beautiful. Came in here during my lunch break expecting to place an order for a customized pocket knife. I thought Id have to place an order and pick it up at a later time. Instead I walked out in less than 15 minutes with it already personalized and everything! I know nothing about blades or knifes or anything but the front desk young man was so helpful in assisting me in choosing what pocket knife to gift. So I picked it and it was personalized in less time I had to walk around the store. Highly recommend!

This place is incredible! I love knives, but I had no idea I lived next to the DISNEY WORLD OF KNIVES! I could spend all day in there. Staff is helpful and friendly. They also have camping supplies and plenty of Yeti gear to keep other family members satisfied while you browse their mountain of great knives.

I bought a handmade stag knife on March 2, for $100 for my nephews 34th birthday on March 7,2020. He lost his battle with addiction and took his own life the. morning of. I never had a chance to give it to him. The knife is worthless to me now and is a constant reminder of a bad day.They would NOT even consider store credit, which is all I wanted to begin with.

Great experience! I told them what I was looking for and tried a couple knives, but ended up buying the first one they showed me (Kershaw 1660ST) because they were spot on. They worked with my budget and gave me a free engraving, and Ive been very happy with the knife itself. It was quite sharp out of the box, opens easily and smoothly, and is comfortable to hold and cut with. Small enough to carry and big enough to cut just about anything you want to.

I was assisted by Misty on of the sales representatives and she was knowledgeable, nice, and very polite. After telling the manager I wasn’t happy with the aftermath. He immediately started working on Solutions to the issue. As a and to the solution he backed his product and reputation of HOB and replaced my hi quality knife at no extra charge. Seriously great customer service.
