Top shelf snow cones! Great consistency and flavor, cant really go wrong here. I enjoy their seating arrangement, especially the bar-like seating near the establishment. A great place to unwind for the day whilst watching the sunset, or when it is that time, enjoying some snow cones after teaching your kid to drive in the open parking lot :-) They do accept tips, even if paying by card, just gotta ask!

LARGE CHUNKS OF HARD ICE, ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! HARD TO THINK YOU CAN ACCIDENTALLY MAKE A SNOW CONE THAT HORRIBLE! And I worked in a snow cone stand for 4 summer seasons, please have a little more pride in your work/product. Not at all worth the tip I gave, SMH!

My family and I visit this location frequently during the summer months, but the young people that work there are very rude at times and snow cones never have any juice throughout them. Bought five yesterday and I could feel nothing but ice at the bottom of the cups. Owner needs to pop in every now and then randomly, because he may lose a lot of customers.

Great snow cones, we used to love coming here with the family! However past few times the girls taking our order are always wearing super short shorts. I couldnt care less what they’re wearing behind the window, but the window level is to their knees. Makes it extremely awkward when ordering because eye level is directly at their upper thighs. A simple dress code would solve this issue and make this more for a family atmosphere.

Snow cones here are delicious, and come loaded with the flavor you choose. Good flavor selection and some sugar free options as well. There is always a line but its worth the wait.

My girls enjoy this place! They have tried 4 different flavors and liked them all. Is close by and honestly they line moves rather quick.

Its a fun place to take the family on a hot day or just any time lol. They have made it simple to pull in and out of the line. The business is located in the parking lot of Sokol Gymnasium. The business itself is a large Blue trailer. They have the lot roped off showing where to go in line. As you approach there will be a menu of flavors on the left side. They offer many toppings and sell pickles too. They offer sugar free options on some flavors and those are marked with a heart on the menu. You order/pay at the 1st window and pickup at the 2nd. Ask for a punch/rewards card to punch holes for each drink. You can get free items after 16 punches. There is an area to park if you want to sit outside to eat your snowcone. The area is covered with benches. The exit is clearly marked. I do want to add that you cant enter the lot from Cromwell. You have to enter from Boat club rd. I would recommend their snow ice cream. Very good with condensed milk on top 😉.

Best snow cones in DFW and Im fortunate enough to live down the street from it. Ever year in the off season they come back with a bigger improved store with more flavors and more seating. The staff is very young but also very friendly and always willing to make it right. The problem is so many flavors and so little time 😀PS. Please add more shade

Took a little while but overall very good experience. Decent price and great snow cone.

Cool place for snow cones. We are regulars. However, I dont ever get the correct amount of change back. How hard is it to do simple math? Sometimes they will give me a punch on the card as an incentive but shouldnt you tell me these things. Also had an error on an added flavor. I asked for grape and she thought I said cream. She took it back and made me a new one but didnt give me a punch on the card nor give back my 50 cents. It wasnt serious so we just left. These are some things to consider if you want to improve and keep customers coming back.

Not snow exciting...The flavors and ice is very good, but the wait was ridiculous. They got one of our two snow cones out and then proceeded to make three cones for the family that came five minutes after us. Even after I had asked if mine was on its way, they kept on making the others first. It looked like there was only one girl working there and about halfway through, two other employees came back with chicken express. Maybe only send one person on break at a time? It seems a little impossible for one girl to handle the drive thru and the walk up window.

This is 2 times in 2 weeks. Two times my Type 1 diabetic husband has ordered sugar free and received normal snow cone syrup. Do your workers not understand how dangerous that is?! His sugar is at nearly 400 - I dont think your employees understand how dangerous it is to give a diabetic normal syrup. It happened last week and I called the owner just so he could coach the employees to be more careful. We chose to give it another shot and this happens.Never again.If you are diabetic, for your safety, PLEASE stay away from this place.

When you wait for your snow cone there is a metal board with magnet letter for you to create your own mesage. Snow exciting is a place to beat this Summer heat

I was so excited for the place to open for the 2017 season. Today I waited in line for 40 minutes in the drive through to get a snow cone. Unfortunately it seems that their success from last year has caused the owners to succumb to greed. My Cherry snowcone was so watered down that it was the light pink color of a bubblegum snowcone. Sadly this was one of the best places to get a snowcone last year but its obvious theyre trying to save money by sacrificing quality. The snowcone tasted like light pink ice with food coloring, a HUGE difference from last years Cherry which was a dark red Cherry so rich and full of flavor. I will not return this summer. I suspect many other customers will feel the same way once they realize the cones arent as good as last year.
