I recently purchased some rings at this location & I was told about Progressive Leasing which they partner with, the problem is that they tell you 90 days same as cash which if its 90 days same as cash thats what your expecting it to be, unfortunately they dont tell you that Progressive Leasing has additional taxes (which Progressive Leasing said were NOT included in my total price) & they also charge a FEE to use their services, again this wasnt explained at all. I ended having to pay an additional $650.00 just to use Progressive Leasing which CLEARLY isnt 90 days same as cash. If I would have been told about the EXTRA fees & taxas (that I thought were already included in my total pay out price) I would have pulled the cash out of savings or put it on a credit card. I hope that moving forward they provide ALL the details & ALL fees that will added to use Progressive Leasing.
We have had nothing but issues with Jareds for more than 12 years. I bought my husbands wedding band from Jareds and wished I didnt. We take his ring in every 6 mos for its required inspection (standard) and at the same time take my rings in, too even though they were bought elsewhere. The service process (even for just his ring) is painful at best. Give yourself at least 45 mins to drop off a ring for service (just drop off for pick up next day). Give yourself another 20+ mins to pick it up. BE VERY CAREFUL at pick up and ensure you are getting YOUR ring back! Today my husband was given another wedding band that looked like mine, but was 3 sizes smaller! After many questions and much discussion it was determined the jeweler accidentally swapped my ring with some elses. Now I get accidents happen. None of us are perfect, but that is why you put strong quality control processes in place to ensure people get their expensive and sentimental jewelry back as they should!Additionally, he is on his THIRD wedding ring due to Jareds poor quality. First ring lost a diamond 9 days after we got married. It had to lose a diamond 2 more times before they finally gave me another ring; which I had to pay an extra $500 for since it had more gold to hold the diamonds better. He lost a diamond out of ring #2, the day after we picked it up from an inspection. We were told it was too large for them to replace in store and the ring needed to be sent to corporate. After 6 weeks we were contacted and informed they were going to give him a new ring (ring #3). Now let me clarify... my husband is not hard on his ring. He is an Engineer with a desk job and only wears his ring at work or when we go out. The one positive thing I will say, Jareds does stand by their warranty (if they can find it in the system, but Im not even going to start talking about that).
We can have it resized in 24 hours or less. Purchase the ring, propose, take it in because its too small, and suddenly that 24hours turns into 6 days. Huge let down considering this is a very exciting moment for us.Very disappointed since the rest of this experience was great, from picking out the band to the stone itself they were awesome.

The repair department did an amazing job on my engagement ring! It was my fiancé’s great grandmothers ring and we wanted to put the plate on a different band and it turned out beautifully! The staff were amazing there!
The service and care on jewelry purchased is why I bought my wifes ring set here 6 years ago. They carefully inspected her rings, cleaned them & dipped them in their white gold renewal dip. You get treated the same as a new client looking to buy, when you come in for your service.

I am very disappointed in the service. I dropped of my wifes wedding ring on the 26th and It was promised to be ready on the 30th. But I got an email saying i just requested service to start on it on the 30th. I need it today the 30th. But they came up with a excuse to not have it ready instead of trying to make it right.

Every time I come here to get jewelry that I purchased here cleaned and inspected there’s always an issue. When I called to make an appointment TWO weeks in advanced because that’s all they had available, the man on the phone asked specifically what I needed done which was clean, polish and inspection I also stated that it was very important I get it back same day and he said it wouldn’t be a problem and they’re having people book appointments and they would have it ready in 30 minutes which I thought was perfect. The day I dropped it off Winter helped me and asked what was being done so I explained it to her and she said it would be done next day. When I told her that I was told otherwise when booking the appointment she laughed. I thought that was pretty rude and unprofessional. They then tell me to come back in 2.5 hours. I spoke to the asm Brad and he said I was lucky to get the cleaning and inspection in. Lucky? I wasn’t a walk in. I thought that was the point of the appointment. The conversation didn’t go very well. He wasn’t understanding the situation and was rude. I rather drive an hour to a different location.
I am more than pleased with the time, patiences, and care provided when visiting the store on S. Hullen. Amanda and the team there are all very friendly and helpful. I appreciated being listened to, educated, and able to try anything I wanted. I was able to customize a beautiful manly ring and order items that were not on site.Many thanks to you, Amanda and your team! Thank you for taking time to invest in my search. I will have to leave my wallet and wants in the car when I return!

I stopped in with my new fiancee to look for wedding band. However I ended up seeing a unique beautiful engagement wedding band ring that I really liked. The sales staff was very helpful without pressuring us to buy the most expensive items.We left store very happy with a new upgraded engagement &wedding band in one.
Went into Jareds today with my boyfriend and we were looking for a band to get for myself and we were there maybe 10 minutes waiting and none of the 4-5 people working there say Hi to us or a single word! So we just decided to leave because honestly we didnt feel welcomed there! Went into the Hulen mall and had no issues there at a jewelry store! Very disappointed and will never shop there!
I’m a little undecided about this specific Jared location... i got engaged on 1/1/2020 and the ring was just a tad bit too small. So the next morning i called multiple jewelers to see who could get my ring sized at a reasonable price and in a reasonable time frame. Most places it was going to be 2 weeks or more, and cost a fortune. So when i called Jared i was quite surprised that they could size my ring in the same day and for less than $100. I drove from Peaster, (about a 30-45 minute drive) to come to this location. (Because it’s the closest one.) as i got there the staff were talking amongst them selves and having a good time. Which normally i don’t mind, but it kept us waiting for a while. Then when someone finally got to us, he was very unprofessional. Carlos was very cocky and had an attitude with me right from the start. He took my ring and not once did he look at it under a microscope. He used the scanner on my ring and it beeped a few times and said “I’m going to talk to our service staff. Hold on” and then walked away. He came back and very rudely said “there aren’t any real diamonds in this ring so we can’t work on it” and sent me to a different repair store. I was honestly shocked because this ring had been passed down, and i knew for certain they were diamonds. Luckily the repair shop he suggested was in the mall across the street, so we decided to give it a try. It was the most sketchy, grungy repair shop i had ever seen. I definitely did not want to leave my ring there, so we went to another jewelry store and they cleaned my ring and looked at it under the microscope and confirmed that the stones in my rings were actually diamonds. The woman that helped us was quite familiar with the staff at Jared and knew exactly who we were talking about when we told her our concerns. I would have left my ring at this store if their wait wasn’t so long. So when we returned to Jared i specifically asked to see someone other than Carlos. And Anne Marie ended up helping me and getting my ring sized perfectly and i had it back before dinner.All in all, it was a nice location and the services i requested were done well, but i believe the staff needs to be trained better on their customer service.
Terrible customer service, showed up with ring to have serviced 20 minutes before closing and woman said “we would prefer not”. I have taken this in before, it is a quick process and she refused to give any decent customer service. Wish my ring wasn’t from here!
No customer service. I have to wait 40 minutes every single time I’m just dropping off my ring for a cleaning. Just to drop off.... un real. They want people to not come in for cleaning so they can ruin the warranty.
Went to the store at 4:36pm with hours posted 11-5pm to wait at the locked doors and find out, they don’t actually close at 5 it’s actually 4:30 so they can start cleaning and sanitizing (employees first at this company so they can leave on time, why work in my humble opinion.) I can easily understand why this location has bad reviews and is much lower than it’s counterparts. Poor management and poor execution fro. Executive level down. Requested a complaint number, was given a 800 that goes to the store itself where a lady portrayed herself as the one who takes complaints (thinking I’m not smart enough to realize what’s going on and trying g to prevent me escalating to the folks who hold accountability) I want all of the people who expect good service to know this location is NOT where you’ll get it. I advise to go to a different location if you like what Jared offers. Stay away from this one or be warned in advance. Next step, file a real complaint with a letter to the executives at Jared. This store needs new management and training to all the staff members.
Assistant Manager Brad is AWESOME! Friendly, helpful and even with all the extra precautions, he went out of his way to help me make an exchange when I had planned on a plain refund.

The girlfriend is a hard one to please but the people at Jared s worked with us and helped us make a selection we were both happy with. The only reason I did not leave a 5 star review is because there was an associate who I assume just returned from lunch with the associate that was helping us. She hovered with her purse and continued to make faces and roll her eyes at the lady helping us. As other associates passed by she would not her head towards us then roll her eyes. I dont think a store as a whole should receive a bad review. But to the lady with the glasses at our location, you can be sure that if you work on commission we will not be working with you in future.

We worked with sales associate Sydney Cloud today and would highly recommend her to anyone shopping at Jared! She made us feel welcomed the moment we walked in the door. Sydney asked us a few questions about our interests/price point then went to work. We didnt have to run around the store; she brought the best options for us while we sat and talked. Sydney was so patient as we narrowed down our interests option by option. Sydney and the store manager easily answered all our questions. Great team!

I love shopping at Jared’s. Everyone is so nice when you come in and shop. I did have a problem with a setting that was made for my diamond ... they didn’t waste anytime correcting the issue and making sure I was happy in the very end. The setting was fixed and I lovely necklace!

My fiance and I have been to Jared on two different occasions and have been helped both times by Chase Morelli. He is a wonderful host and both experiences were great! He knows his product and spent a substantial amount of time with us considering that we left the first encounter without making a purchase. I feel very comfortable buying jewelry from this location and will definitely be back. I am always so appreciative of good customer service and feel that this is also important to Chase and to the location.

I bought an engagement ring and was asked if I wanted to have it engraved. I decided I did want to, thinking I was given all the information I needed to know. But I was never told anything about not being able to return or exchange once engraved. Before buying anything, make sure to get all the information.Maybe the next person will attened you better. Or maybe its just part of their schemes so they dont loose a sale or due to a return or exchange...
My husband bought my engagement/wedding ring from Jared’s, and they have typically been great. I actually went to the South Arlington store for the inspection and cleaning I needed done. I went to the repair desk and they were waiting on one couple. This couple then left and a customer who got there after I did walked up and was immediately helped, as I continued to stand there, and then the two employees began sorting through baggies of other customers’ jewelry, photographing pieces and I continued to stand there and wait...and wait... I finally left. The following day I went over to the store on Helen and their customer service was heads above Arlington. I had to leave my ring for the service I needed and it was actually ready before the time frame she had given me, and I received a call telling me it was ready. Very professional, friendly and quick service! Thank you!
Great store, professional associates, they don’t pressure you into buying but very knowable and there to assist in your purchase, I recommend this store to anybody who is looking for jewelry products from rings to watches.
My wife snagged her wedding ring and cracked a prong holding the diamond. Jared fixed it in couple days, I picked it up, signed for it and took it to my wife. She did NOT like it, the prongs and diamond holder were MUCH bigger than original. This time I returned with my wife so she could tell them exactly what she thought was not correct with their repair. They listened to everything she had to say, brought out the manager of the repair section and said it would not be a problem to redo it.The service was amazing, everyone was respectful and attentive, and now Jared is our jewelry go-to store.

I took a very high quality CZ tennis bracelet into Jareds Hulen Mall to have a connector fixed. The salesperson who greeted me when I walked in took the item, looked at it then told me they could not fix it because it did not have real diamonds. I told her I just needed a connector fixed and ask her to show it to the repair person. She refused. Jared carries other stones besides diamonds, so I have no idea why the uppity attitude.I then took the bracelet to a local jewelry store in Fort Worth (opposed to a national chain) and they said no problem, we will have it to you in 3 days. And they did ... wearing it now.No I will never return or refer Jareds.

I have a channel ring my husband bought from Jared’s, so periodically I take it in to get inspected for loose stones. I stopped in this Jared’s today and was not only told there were indeed a couple loose stones, (which is usually the case) but that all the channels between the diamonds needed rebuilt. They offered to do it at half price which would’ve cost me $375. I politely refused and took my ring to another Jewelry store that had recently resized a different ring for me. They tightened the loose stones and cleaned my ring for free. Said the channels are a little beat up, but do not need to be rebuilt. So thankful for an honest jeweler. Get a second opinion guys. Grissom’s is my go to Jewelry store now.
Bought a ring for my wife. The Asian lady explained the warranty as if it covered lost or stolen. My wife lost it and found out it isnt covered. Anyone can say I should have read the warranty paper. As a customer I think we should be able to trust our sales people. Im thinking if I cant trust the sales staff, I should never buy from this company again. Thanks!

I came into this Jared location this week and have mixed emotions about my experience. I came to look at Tag Heuer watches for my husband. I was immediately greeted by Chase who was super helpful. He was exceptionally knowledgeable on all these different time pieces that I knew nothing about. I learned a lot-like, how they’re called time pieces. Well, that was until I was interrupted mid-sentence by a woman with long brown hair, who I assume was his manager. As I was speaking, she rudely walks up, doesn’t say “excuse me” or “pardon me,” and tells Chase, my sales rep, to go assist another customer. I’ll say it again: MID-SENTENCE. She never apologized for the interruption or took over the sale. I was left there, standing by myself, while she went to go help ANOTHER customer as well. Perhaps she thought that guy was going to spend more money than me. I was planning on walking out of the store with a watch. The one I liked was $1800. I walked out with nothing. I gave 2 stars because the sales rep was fantastic, but because of that manager, that’s all I’ll give. It actually seems pretty generous based on how unprofessional she was. I don’t know what the situation was, but to interrupt a customer mid-sale is horrible customer service. Maybe, work on that...

Had such a great experience coming to this Jared location. Of course working in retail before, sales associate have no idea who is walking in to store, right? Well im immediately welcomed into the store even though the store was busy! Waited probably 15 minutes which was great, it allowed time for me to look around and get a feel for the store. Heard so much positivity with other guests in the store, so I was eager to work with a sales member to finally end up purchasing LeVian jewelry from Ryan. Such a great experience, got the Jared Account, will be paying extremely low monthly payments, the girlfriend will be happy, ill be happy 😋, everyone is happy. Totally recommend for people to come to this store, its amazing!

Amanda went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. We had a slight mishap from the beginning but she absolutely took care of it. Steve from Frisco store was outstanding as well. After reading the bad reviews I had a bad taste in my mouth but I seriously think if you take the time to get with the right person that they will resolve any problems you may have.

Worst Jared ever ive ever been to... on two occasions this place never acknowledges their clients when walked in.. they have you standin there even if its a simple question they make you wait over 30 min just to go up to you and answer....the white heavy weight lady look over at us and ignored us so many times. Couldnt even say hi... same for the other ladies there completely incompetent... I was thinking of going here to upgrade my diamond carat to a six... and I know I have to let them know ahead of time so they order and bring diamonds to show....but definitely not this location.... Ill take my business to the Arlington location. They are attentive and acknowledge you from the get go. It doesnt make sense to make a client wait for more than 30 just to get your rings a quick clean.... the Arlington location is very good with their clients. But this Location here is just simply horrible.....all the ladies are just incompetent. From the reviews Ive read it is true that they seem to ignore the younger age group. And seem to scan people and judge before acknowledging you...... my husband and I have bought several good jewelry from Jared. So its unacceptable and very ignorant for people to judge you when you walk in... if they actually did what they get paid to do instead of going based on their judgement they would be a very good location. Will be contacting corporate on this matter.
Stood in the store 20 minutes made eye contact with several sales associates and not one made an attempt to acknowledge my presence. I noticed several women laughing behind the counters I asked for help, and was told I would receive help immediately, several minutes passed and no one offered service. They missed out on a client the ring I was looking to purchase for my soon to be fiancé was there in the store that I saw online Ill just give another Jareds my service.
Great service... beautiful product...had to cancel our order due to medical/money problem....no trouble at all...will be going back to Jareds after the medical thing is solved.

Stood in the store for roughly 30 minutes. They were busy but we watched several older couples enter after us and leave before anyone would help us. We may be a young couple but we have money to spend on our wedding bands. Its clear they were not interested in us or our money because they assumed based on our age that we arent worth their attention.

I have been to this store in total about 7 times. And each time it has been the worst. Each time I tried to think, maybe it was a rough day for a sales associate or something. Basically giving them an excuse to be rude. I have gotten tricked into a credit card. My bf just recently got me a promise ring(pandora) and I go in and ask them to check to see if the main stone is loose. I said I think my diamond is loose the lady says well this isnt a diamond I say well whatever it is can you please fix it. She says we dont work on pandora rings. I ask her what I need to do. She tells me i dont know. I got someone to look at it for me at halzberg diamonds in the mall. I recommend any jewelry store other than Jared really. They are so rude and half the time take forever to give you attention in the store. More than half the time it isnt even busy. Please do not give them your business. 😪

I went into Jareds yesterday to get an estimate about resizing a ring to a smaller size. The customer service was great. The girl that helped me was sweet and efficency and originally gave me an estimate of 47 dollars. I was excited and so I said yes, lets do it. She got all of my info and took the ring to the back to have it checked. Well... turns out she estimated wrong. Because my wedding ring actually had 3 pieces (which were already sodered together) they had to account for the extra work and whatnot. I completely understood. She did not take into acount the extra pieces ad went solely as if it were one ring. However, the price she came back with was $323 as opposed to the original 47. Thats just ridiculous! I said thank you but no thank you and went to two other jewelry places where I was priced at $145 and $150. ALMOST HALF THE PRICE! no way would I go back at those prices.
I took my engagement ring to Jareds to get it redipped. The lady said it would cost about $50 and take about 3 hours. She took it back to the jewelry repair people then came back without my ring and said they were still looking at it but they said one of the diamonds was loose and so they would need to tighten all of them which would cost another $50 but they could have it all done in 30 minutes. It sounded fishy so I just said no thanks to all of it. She went back to get my ring and I left, irritated and wondering if my diamonds were actually loose or not. I took it to a local jeweler the next day that had rave reviews. They inspected both my wedding and engagement ring free of charge, said all the diamonds looked great, not loose. And redipped my engagement ring in 15mins for 20 bucks. So glad I trusted my instinct and didnt pay Jareds $100 to redip and tighten my diamonds. I cant speak for the sales part of Jareds but as far as the jewelry repair, be careful as they may try to add on unnecessary charges.

And kept rushing me to pick a ring and kept calling me to come in to the store to buy it!! She missed out on the sale due to her being pushy!
