This company was referred to me by an installer. Customer service has been terrible. I was referred to speak with Carla and I have left her numerous messages that are never returned.I had the same experience 6 months ago when I had another window that was broken and it was exactly the same. Leave messages, 5 days go by, leave another message.Disaster when you have a broken window in your home.

VERY CAREFUL, THEY ARE DIS HONEST BUSINESS, scammer/liar. I ordered 45 windows, signed agreement and gave advance check. First week called find out status, they said my order was cancelled because i texted to cancel, but i didnt. They confused and took another person cancel text message. After spoke to manager, its resolved. Then i called 3rd week, he said all in good status. Then i called 4th week to get windows, they said my order is not placed. Now my construction work is stopped completely without getting windows, delayed.. Its very frustration and disappointed situations. Please dont do business and buy anything from this company. They are fraud, liar and dishonest in their business. They will put you in very bad situation. THINK 1000% TIMES BEFORE DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY( DAVID, LAYDI, HENRY). I WANT TO GIVE NO STAR IF OPTION AVAILABLE. BE CAREFUL FOR OTHER 5 STAR, MAY BE PROXY.

I ordered a custom sliding door through Custom Windows in Houston, TX. They had to send the door back for defects 3 times. All this was 4 months after the initial order. I ended up refusing another door and cancelling my order.
