I never shop at the shops at clearfork, this was my first time walking around and I saw this cute shop and decided to go in . First thing I noticed was I was never welcomed in, Second I was never asked if I needed any help finding anything . When I was ready to check out there was a lady infront of me and the cashier offered her a coupon for being a first time customer all while I was being charged for my item I was asked if i was a new customer as well, I said YES, and she signed me up to get a birthday coupon for next year . I just thought that was kind of unfair that I wasent offered a coupon for TODAY like the lady infront of me .Not saying the cashier was mean or anything she was actually nice and after I asked for help the lady who answered my questions was very hepful with answers. I just didnt feel welcomed to begin with and didnt feel welcomed to go back in the future. Everything is also very overpriced when you could find similar and maybe even better items at like a Marshalls or TJMAX. Overall I’m happy with the item I purchased but I most likely won’t be coming back.

My husband bought a few things from here for me for Mother’s Day. A couple of the items I decided to return only to realize that they do not do refunds. I was given store credit which is annoying because who wants to keep up with a gift card especially for an item you returned within 30 days. We will not be shopping with Sugarboo in the future because of this ridiculous policy that is not industry standard. I hope the $36 store credit was worth losing a customer.

My wife came into the store with our children. The 2 employees immediately looked at them and then at each other like they didn’t want them in the store. They followed them around and stared until they were so uncomfortable they left the store. My wife was only in the store for a few minutes. This was my wife’s favorite store. She has been in this store before and purchased several items for our new home. She said they’re a bit pricey but the items are unique so she thought it was worth it but after this experience she doesn’t plan on coming back.

This is the cutest little shop around! I stumbled across it visiting my daughter and I am hooked. I cant wait to come back to town to see what they have next. The employees are as adorable as the shop and help make the experience even more fun. The girls in the store told us stories of the product they sell and about the artist. What a refreshing way to shop, you leave feeling better than when you came in and I found myself not wanting to leave. Thank you for this my new friends, I will see you next time I am in town. You girls may have even convinced me to set up a Facebook so we can keep in touch.

LOVE this place! If you are looking for unique gift items for yourself or anyone else, this is definitely a place to check out. The wall signs are my favorite and I have bought several items. All very good quality.

So many unique gifts and the manager and her associate were very kind. I felt peace when I walked in the door. So happy I stopped by to check it out before getting a coffee across the street. I’ll be going back soon to browse when I have more time.

Absolutely love this place, wonderful costumer service, always say hello as you walk in! I’ve bought a few of the items they sell in the store and they are always top quality! I would highly recommend going to it if you are looking for beautiful unique items to decorate your home

I think they have some fun items and I was thinking about purchasing several gift items. I was with my husband, two teen boys and 7 year old daughter. They are all well behaved! In fact my husband asked if they could sit on a sofa in the store while I shopped. The lady working there said only if you are planning to purchase. My husband walked over to tell me and I immediately asked the lady if that was true. She began to sort of try to back out and explain the policy but I immediately decided this place was not for me.

Very pleasant experience. Great customer service.

People were very rude to the minors in the store. Didnt say hello or bye to me. Didnt want to go here again nor will i bring my friend back.
